My niece had her sweet 16 birthday party. The room was nice but the customer service was Horrible. They give you 15 min to set up before for your party, and anything after that is additional charge. Don't have your party there for that reason alone.

This large Bowling Alley is located next to Tony Luke's. It has a gaming room section, and bar area with food. It was great idea for our family night out. The lanes with updated screens were nice with plenty of seating. The seats expand out which is nice for everyone. Due to expanded seating area there isn't much room for walking between bowling areas. The workers at customer service were very welcoming when we arrived. It was nice to see they were also helpful. The pin was stuck on the lane and they fixed it right away. There wasn't any waiting for service. We will return here. Everyone had a ball!

One of the best bowling alleys I've been to. Comes out to roughly $8/person (1 game is $5 a person and shoes almost $4). All staff are helpful and seem to like working there. Some arcade games, pool and great selection of food and drinks.

Went here with a group of friends for a game night outing. It has been newly renovated, very clean with good food options, and a nice bar at one end. They also recently put in a separate luxury area with six or seven lanes that I assume you can reserved for parties and such. The prices felt a little bit high, $3.50 to rent shoes and almost $5 a game. But that may be standard as far as polling places go. they do have some specials at various times during the week that seem like great deals. Did not try any of the food, but overall had a fun time.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Let’s start wit how rude the bartender was I asked bout the pitchers of beer that they said they had over the phone when we called earlier today and she said they only give them to leagues. Then I ask for 2 coors lights bottles and we both didn’t have our ids but I was the one buying them so I couldn’t get it the other one so I said I don’t want other if I can’t get both she said she couldn’t give me money back even tho she opened bottle without me asking so I had to talk to the manger which was very nice btw. He took care of that but the rude bartender threw my Id at me then it seemed like our lane was the only one messing up which messed up 4 times in a matter of 10 min. I will NEVER come back to this place, only reason I came tonight was because our regular bowling alley didn’t have any specials tonight. But I will stick with 30 strikes. They have way better service and nicer people working there. Btw today was my birthday and all I wanted to do was have a good time and you ruined it.

This is a great place to bowl with kids because when your child's name comes up the bumpers appear right away and you have a great ball roller for the kids as well. The bowling screen is easy to use, definitely more user friendly than other places. The pizza has good sauce and crust but otherwise tasteless and the cheese is rubbery.

Myself and three friends went here on a Sunday for a few games. The price was high but we were hoping for a good experience. After getting set up someone came over the loud speaker announcing some raffle. The speakers are huge and turned up so loud they were distorting. My ears were ringing the entire time and we couldn’t talk at all. On top of that they only had one pair of size 11 shoes and one pair of 13. One was too small and one too big, both very worn out and falling apart. I do not recommend coming here. I’ve been to run down cheap bowling alleys with a much better experience.

Shitty experience. Went to both the bars, was IDed multiple times (like 4x, 5x by 2 different bartenders who were wonderful) and was still literally threatened by the bouncer yet "Robert Edwards Frank's II" condones it and says I shall not "slander his employees" but condones disrespecting legal, and high spending, customers who weren't doing anything besides enjoying their night. DO NOT GIVE A FUCK ABOUT THE NAME OF BRAND, DOES NOT GIVE A FUCK ABOUT CUSTOMERS NOR EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BOTHER. Go to pinsetters. Could've done many things correctly. A. Trusting the bartender who IDed me than once and said no they've already been IDed and still threatene us with violence. B. Diffused the situation by taking us away from fellow customers instead of antoginizing the situation in front of more people and kicking us out without a reasonable cause besides calling bullshit discrimination for bullshit.

Always a discount at Groupon for family and friends so check this place out. Its not really modern but it has been renovated and kept clean including the restrooms. If you use Groupon, you call 24hrs ahead for the lanes

Great place to have fun if you are in the cherry hill maple shade area. They have long lenghthy lanes and wide, so it is not congested. They have an excellent game area with cool arcade games, it is small but still entertaining. However there are a few machines that are broken. There's also a tony Luke's outside. The lanes were pretty clean and tidy, while I was their a ceiling fan blade randomly broke off and smacked the back of my head during a event. The place obviously needs more upkeep and they need to provide a more safe environment. I'm glad it was me bowling and not my 2 children right behind me.

We reserved a normal lane, but got upgraded to their VIP section. The area was definitely nicer with comfy couches. It reminded me of lucky strike. The food we ordered came quickly and tasted good. No complaints here.

I take my grandsons bowling there and to the arcade where u can play air hockey and skee ball and other games and u can win tickets my grandsons have been going for quite a while so they r good at the games in the arcade a machine counts ur tickets and under glass their is candy and on the wall r medium sized basketballs & other toys ur kids will love because they won it with the tickets & when ur a kid it's a thrill it will make ur child happy in a good way.

Thank you laurel lanes for ruining my night. The staff at this place is a joke, with the exception of Ray. The rest of the staff were rude, and just straight up ignorant. Thanks again for cutting off my girl after 2 and a half beers because she dropped her debit card due to nerve damage in her hands. The balls were terrible, the lanes not oiled properly. Horrendous place. It's not hard to make a bowling alley a fun place, but the staff were bad enough to accomplish this. You have to really work at it to make me not want to give a place another dime but they lost my business, and I will never step foot in this place again.

I go here yearly with my school districts middle school for a month long bowling program. My kids have a blast. The staff is always well mannered and pleasant. Even when dealing with some crazy middle schoolers. Since last year, the bowling alley has had a facelift and is nicer aesthetically. The snack bar is better than average. Prices are very reasonable and portions are large.

If you are a League Bowler, you get the best value for your buck here. Their $10 specials after 9pm on Monday-Thursday are the best to practice because they don't put on the 'screwed up black lights'. Also the staff is amazing in every way, shape and form. And their French fries are the best I've ever had!

Better than average lanes. Strangely surprised that the pizza was so friggin good. Seriously great pizza. Went there for a aninal shelter fundraiser and it was a great time. Plenty of different sized bowls and weights for all levels and sized bowlers. Had a *miserable* bartender, white, very thin, petite and blonde- sorry but she was so unhappy and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Management, talk to your peeps :/ I'd go back again though. One shabby employee doesn't ruin everything.

Laurel Lanes participates in the Kids Bowl Free program (you just have to rent shoes). So, for $10.47, we had 3 bowlers for two games. The technology of the computers was up-to-date and we had a blast.

Visited Laurel Lanes for the first time. Arrived at 9pm on a Saturday and I figured there would be a wait for a lane. I was happy to find out we were able to get a lane right away. My girlfriend requested a lane on the end of the alley and the clerk gave us lane 1...no issues. I really liked the bar and food service that's provided. No trips to the bar as the server brings food/drinks right to your lane. Service was quick and efficient. Nice overall experience...will be going back.

The staff is friendly and the place is clean. The technology is also great at thus place. The only downside us the lack of variety of balls. They have many different weights but each weight has the same finger cut and size. Not so great for someone who likes a 13-14 lb ball but the holes are just far too big.

The manager at Laurel Lanes bowling on Route 73 in Maple Shade, NJ, named John (not even sure if he gave me his correct name), -pictured below- on Friday, 4/6/18, was very rude and is a bully to his customers. He was unwilling to explain to me how a coupon worked since I’ve been there before and had no problem with the same deal. He was unwilling to show me the breakdown of my bill (said he couldn’t turn the monitor screen to face me). He instead tried to intimidate me and threatened to call the cops if I didn’t pay. He was irrational. He actually picked up his phone and dialed! I didn’t refuse to pay. The money was in my hand; all I was asking was to have it explained to me. He refused to do this. John was rude and arrogant and should not be allowed to treat customers this way. He is extremely unprofessional.

Reserved 3 lanes for 2 hours on their “Pizza, Pins, and Pop” deal from 7PM-9PM and apparently this deal doesn’t exists. Insisted on speaking to the manager and finding out why I was given this option to be told no when myself and 12 other coworkers arrived. Instead of trying to figure out a solution the employees here just wanted to keep holding a piece of paper in front of my face. This place is either trying to rip people off or the communication between team and management here is really just little to none. Nevertheless, won’t be going back here again and there are plenty of other bowling allies that would love to take our money and treat customers properly. Advise others to avoid this place.
