I took my group in for a field trip today and we had an excellent time. The manager on duty (I forget his name) was such a gentleman! He was informative, and welcoming! We had a great time bowling, and the arcade was fun for all! The other staff was also helpful during our time her. I can't say enough good things about our experience! The new remodeling also gives the place a whole new atmosphere. I will definitely be booking again, and will be sure to visit on my own time!

bowling was fun. my arcade experience was terrible. we had complications with the arcade cards in the beginning. the games completely took away my points and we asked a staff member and they completely ignored us! probably not coming back.

I went tonight with a group of 3 adults, 3 kids and an infant. We bowled, rented shoes, purchased alcohol as well as regular drinks for the kids. My infant was hungry and I realized I forgot a spoon to feed him. I asked the “food truck” place for a spoon and the girl behind the window had a HUGE ATTITUDE OVER A SPOON!!!! It wasn’t like I was being a hassle, I was there spending enough money and she had an attitude over it. I usually don’t post about things like this but this one really got me. You need better employees, it may sound petty but oh well. I won’t be back.

Used a groupon my first time, was taken care of, and enjoyed everything. The second time, I walked up to get a lane for 2 hours, and was tild i needed to make a reservation for a 2 hour lane, otherwise, its pay per person per game...kinda nickle/dimey, but I guess I get it. When i returned to the counter to pay for the games i bowled, I was told that I should have waited an hour for when the special started...THEY COULDNT HAVE TOLD ME THAT BEFORE!? But okay, they're trying to make a buck, and I get that too. Today, I want to bowl at 1:30pm, and got on Google to see the hours...Google says it's open, so I went. I got there and it was closed...very annoying, but things get lost through the cracks when places go thru changes/"upgrades". So I go to the website to see when they open, and the hours of operation are nowhere on the dang website! When I called to see when the hours are, the automated message says to refer to the website for hours of operation. Come on man, y'all need to get your sh*t together. I imagine that managing all the changes this place is going thru isn't easy...but either you're up to the task or you're not. I'd rather bowl at a mediocre place thats run well than a beautiful place where the people have their heads up their a$$es. I REALLY want to like this place, but it's hard to!

This could be a great place. The bowling is really fun. However, the place is so poorly run. First, reservations mean very little. We had set up and practiced on our lane. We went to get drinks. When we came back, our lane had been moved over one. No one asked us or even told us, just did it. The manager couldn't tell us why. Probably need that lane for a big party. No one really had an explanation. And, no large party came to use our original lane for a couple of hours. I spoke to another manager after seeing this. Her response, all though polite, was that she had no idea why we were moved. Sounds like poor planning to me. In addition, the walk up window for food was closed. There seemed to be 2 servers who were incredibly busy and never came around. We got our own drinks, fine with us. Bartender that waited on us could have used a course in customer service. Not friendly, not smiling, just annoyed. Bowling balls were hard to find because they were all at the lanes and the racks were empty. Really? You had to go around to other lanes to bother others to find a ball. This place could be a gold mine. However, if it stays like it is, people will come once and never return. Price is reasonable, could really be a fun night out if not for all the frustrations involved.

Love the atmosphere and I bring my family once a week. Some folks are too harsh, it’s a bowling alley

Although the bowling alley was upgraded the service was not . I was told to wait over an hour for a lane when all the lanes were available . I was also never told when my lane was available and have to wait almost two hours for a lane ....... very disorganized
