Went on a Tuesday for the $2 games with my friends. Was there for 5 minutes and then was asked to leave because a club bowling team was coming and didn't want to bowl next to anyone else. What kind of crap is that? We were given three free games but we never went back so basically lost our money. Horrible staff!

4.5 stars I've been coming to this place for years. It has been slowly going downhill until the summer of 2018 when they started upgrading darn near everything. The upgrades include, new Lanes, finished approach areas, all new seating areas, new counters, new bar, and new common area behind the lanes. Unfortunately, I understand there is no upgrades coming for the actual pin setting machines and various lanes do falter somewhat frequently. "Most" staff are very friendly for a bowling alley.

Love, love, love what they've done with the place. It's fully updated and modern. It's a little pricey, but they have nights where you get a great deal. The food is pretty good, more upscale than it used to be. The drinks are a pretty decent price as well. A nice place to go with friends to have a good time.

They were remodeling when I was here so it may have improved. The only place to get a bottle of water was the front counter. The price was ridiculously high for it, and I waited 20 minutes for someone to bring it to my lane. The lanes are fine, nothing special.

Fun place. Only concerns I have is the league bowlers there are jerks and very rude. We went there with another family and had 4 kids with us..tried to go an have a fun time but had league bowlers next to us that complain to staff they the had to.be near kids, our kids are very well behaved and where just sitting in the seats excited as they could be. And they complain and made us get all of.our stuff and move because of our children. Not sure why we had to move and not them. Not sure what they're where trying to accomplish anyway watching them bowl they sucked really bad I mean gutter ball after gutter ball. Must of been how many 0's you can get in. Arcade and prize selection leave some things to be desired, but I am an adult that should probably quit the arcade addiction anyway. Plus it's called "Bowlero" so obviously the arcade was an afterthought. Although we didn't play, there are a ton of bowling lanes and it's a pretty darn beauteous bowling alley, that's for sure. Seems well-maintained and if they have Rock n Glow (not sure if they do) I'm sure it's sweeeeeeeet.

Cosmic bowling used to be reserved for late nights when I was younger. Took my kids at 7 pm and it was already set up. Kids loved how the black lights reacted with their clothes.

One of the worst bowling experiences I've ever had. I wanted to reserve a lane ahead of time but the website doesn't allow for you to do that (only big parties) so I had to call and they said sure, that's fine. I was told that I would be emailed a confirmation to reserve the lane with payment (30 minute window to pay), the email never came. I called back 5 minutes before the time I was supposed to pay by wondering if they heard the wrong email address and they told me they were "really busy" (I guess that's code for they forgot -- not my problem) and then the email came through while I was on the phone and they said they would extend the window for payment (oh, thanks). When we got there, we had one person who couldn't make it and changes to our reservation weren't allowed so we had to pay for someone who wasn't there. The service at the front desk was not good. I was not greeted when I arrived and there was attitude from beginning to end. Basic communication skills are really lacking here. The only good thing about this place is Brenda who was serving us food/drink. I would be hesitant to come back here.

This place needs more staff. We stood at the counter, after being told by the 'shoe girl' that someone would be with us, for over 5 minutes. We were acknowledged by no one. I had to go to the concession stand to ask if this was a self-serve bowling alley because nobody was helping us. The 'shoe girl' proceeds to tell us that she couldn't check us in... yes, I kind of got that drift after she walked past us 4 times, and didn't acknowledge us either. ZERO COMMUNICATION = UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. It's been years since I went to this bowling alley. I recall the last time being very unhappy with the desk staff. It's coming back to me, now, why I hadn't been back in years. UGH!

Great bowling alley. Friendly staff, clean and well designed. While bowling, there was an attentive server who took drink and food orders. There is a good variety of arcade games with refillable cards. My only complaint is the food prices.

1st couldn't get waited, they kept me waiting and I was in line first. As soon as someone else walked up to the counter they stop helping me, went to the Intruders. Happened three times. Then couldn't find a ball to fit my hand. Had to find help. The kids wanted a drink. Couldn't get one because you gave to go to the counter to order because the refreshment stand was closed. The person behind the counter wouldn't take my order because she was helping someone else. Just the opposite when I was trying to sign in. Then we had trouble with the Lane because the pins kept coming forward of the return rail. Couldn't find help. I had to walk down the alley to get pin out of the way, this happened several times.

Kinda misled by the Sunday special, but realized it was my misunderstanding. Got a sampler from the kitchen which was decent, but a bit overpriced. Beers are priced reasonably, but service is super slow due to limited staff. Other staffers seemed to be available but did not help. Not a place you want to go to if your mission is to bowl and buzz. Great atmosphere...cool black light effects...good music. If they could step up the game in the bar and the kitchen, it would be 5 stars.

The guy at the desk is not a respectful person at all. I like the place and the prices and everything. But def not going back here to be disrespected for no reason. Like I'm asking him to do more than his job. - I asked him how do I start the game > he said press the left bottom and then the red one. So I tried and didn't work. I went back to him and asked him to help, but he was like " are you sure you did it correct" and he said that 3 times. I don't recommend this place at all.

AMF has been around for a very long time. I used to come here for birthday parties when I was a kid. Now the wife and I are coming here to bowl a few games. We go on Sunday fun day for the cheaper games. Renovations are underway and coming along nicely. Looking forward to seeing everything when it's done. Despite the facility being remodeled, the mechanical equipment for the lanes remains the same. Not sure if there are plans for this later. It works, but it jams up sometimes. Definitely not enough to ruin fun for any normal person. I don't know why, but there is always a pin spinning in the back of lane #32. They are quick to help if anything goes wrong. We'll keep going here, for sure. Way better than the madhouse at the mall.

I'll start off by saying don't buy a summer bowling pass. My brother and I both purchased one. Each time we have been so far while using our passes, we get placed directly next to other people (who don't ever stay in their own lanes) when half of the lanes are open, and get to hear the sweet sound of loud drills and construction. Now I understand closing some of the lanes to do work on, but when half of the lanes are open, I don't see why I need to be placed directly next to someone else. Half of the time, the lanes shut down in the middle of bowling and the staff will look at us like we were the ones who broke the lanes and we will have to ask multiple times to get the lane back and working, or get moved. Now today, we went to bowl our 3 games (as per the summer pass) and were told that the system was down and it would be a 20 minute wait. We happily waited the 20 minutes and watched a group go in and start bowling. We waited until they were all settled in and walked up to the desk and were treated with attitude and disrespect. The person (not even at the desk just sitting in the chair) told us very rudely that "those people already paid in full" "we won't be ready until 2" which would be another 45 minute wait on top of the 20 we already waited. I already paid in full too because of my summer pass, but I guess that doesn't matter. I would have rather been told up front that it would be at least an hour, not disappointed and treated badly. I will not be returning to this alley when our passes are up. I will use it until it expires to get my money out of it, but the customer service is slow and unprofessional.

We ordered food and I asked for no lettuce tomato or onion and I got that on my burger. My bf ordered 2 corn dogs what really bothered me is the fact they were frozen and had ice on it. I asked the dude for the cooks name he told me to chill and told me to chill and that's it's been a long day. But that's no excuse for 2 frozen corn dogs. I mean anyone with a brain should know how to cook a corn dog even microwave it. I work with special needs kids and they know more then this person does... obviously.. but the fact that this guy told me it's been a long day and this guy is new. That is not a legit excuse there should never be a excuse to giving someone frozen food. Worst place ever. Do not order food here

I had to wait to play because we were waiting on a ball ramp for my daughter. we had to ask for it twice and still had to wait about 10 minutes for it the second time. also very disappointed in the food service as well. waited over an hour for a portion of my order and even longer for a child's personal pizza. The food was not even warm. when we did finally get the food my daughter didn't even eat. she lost her appetite from waiting. when I went up to say something I was given two cards with 3 dollars to play at the arcade. When I was leaving I saw them handing out the cards to people anyway. I felt insulted. I am not going to recommend this place to people. I loved the AMF in NY but I guess I was asking for too much here.

The bowling ally I remember is long gone and has been replaced with a very impressive remodel by Bowlero. The entire place looks great. The food was amazing. I like this bowling place. Clean and big. Our kids prefer this place always specially during vacations. Adults also got to sit and relax and order some food while they see kids bowling. I have been here many times but the quality of service has continually declined. The prices are constantly going up most likely due to lower demand. The construction and renovation cause many of the lanes to be shut down. Sometimes there are issues with the oiling machine or the automated pin system so they have to shut more lanes down. This forces everyone to be packed at one end of the building. The employees seem like they do not want to be working and therefore are very unfriendly. Once we started playing but realized that we forgot to ask them to raise the bumpers (gutter lines). The manager said that since we had already started the game, we would have to wait till the next game. The food and service here is very limited. There are not many options to choose and most of the food is preheated. I would not recommend anyone going here. You can only expect the service to get worse year by year.

They never answer the phone, so if you are calling for information you will get no help. They have a limited menu due to construction, when ordering from "the limited menu" they said we don't have that or that or that with attitude, without stating what they did have. When they brought our nachos, chili and cheese, they were cold. When we told the server they were cold they said well at least they still taste the same if they are cold or hot. The server told us to order at the front desk because she was busy. Never brought our sodas. Had to find the server after our game to ask where our drinks were. Only person helpful/friendly was the younger guy working the lanes and game room. Will not come back here .Would not recommend .

The menu on the website looks great, but the menu they're actually serving is very limited and not very good. Also for some reason they closed the bar and grill where you can sit and order food. Instead they have a server come and take your order at the lane. It's a busy Friday night and they only have one server working. She's great and doing her best but it's ridiculous that this place would put so much work on one person. I've worked in the service industry long enough to know how stingy business owners can be, but come on!

Clean updated and a whole lot of fun! Perfect for a night out with the family or changing it up with your friends! My buddies and I do Tuesday night bowling night and we've made this place our new home. Love that it's getting upgraded, can't wait to see the finished product!

I’ve been there 3 times in the last month or so and every time has been great. Lanes were being used throughout the entire facility; not just one side or another. Their menu is huge for a bowling alley. Idk, I’m used to going as a kid and it being like pizza and hot dogs and that’s it. They have sandwiches, burgers, appetizers like fries, mozz sticks, pretzels, wings, nachos, a sampler, and way more. They also have a full bar which is surprisingly not as expensive as I thought it would be considering costs these days. Each lane has a small table by the ball return and a tall bar type table behind the lane. Regular tables also line the entire alley for people to use. The updates are incredible. The arcade part is also a significant part of the alley now. Never had a problem with attitudes at the front. They haven’t been all giddy, in your face happy, but that’s pretty normal to me.

Was there for a company Christmas party. Great lanes food was good and reasonable.

It was an ok experience. Throughout our game, one of our lanes stopped working, and I'm still not sure if anything was done about it. Their snack bar is closed. The venue was clean,however, and the service was okay.
