Bowling alley is great especially since the renovations to the change to Bowlero. Fun atmosphere! So many TVs and projectors! Great for parties, hanging out with friends, or dates. Lanes are kept in good shape. Bowling paired with a full bar!

My family and I have been bowling here for years. But this past year someone new bought the lanes and it sucks to be a bowler here. We spend hundreds of dollars to league bowl and get little respect. The lanes aren't properly maintained. The food is astronomically expensive. And they got rid of the pro shop, which is a necessity for weekly bowlers. It's all about a party scene now...id you want to bowl in a league I suggest looking elsewhere.

Had a great time at a Preschooler party. Food was tasty and kid appropriate like burgers pizza fries sauces. My kid is nut free so we bring marshmallows to share at cake time. Games are better for big kids and adults to play on behalf of kids. There was 1 scary shooting game down by the bar that my kid didnt like so i'm glad its way away from entrance and main area.

This place really worked hard to renovate. It is now beautiful and so clean inside! My son had the chicken quesadillas from the concession stand. They were fresh and hot. Beer was very cold from the bar. We took the kids on a Saturday night around 7. It was practically empty to our suprise. Groupon also runs specials for this place so that was an added bonus. All in all, a very fun and enjoyable time.

It has been renovated since the last time I was there. Ive been going on and off for 20+ years. The new arcade is great. Nice and roomy with a huge screened PAC-MAN game and the area was clean. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I have had 2 kids partys here never a problem. The lanes and score keeper we're up to par. Very nice and modern. There's a bar and a snack bar. Price has gone up since I last been there.

A great and safe place for all ages to enjoy bowling alone or with their favorite party! Extended hours of operation is a huge plus (weekdays from 10am to 11pm, and through 1am on Saturday evenings-Sunday mornings). Food is available and freshly made!

The lanes are nice. Bumper bowling is available upon asking for the kids or if you're a really bad bowler! The alley bowling balls are available. Shoe rentals are clean and fairly new. If you're going and plan to party, the bar and restaurant are pricey$$$. Had a good time after waiting almost 90 minutes for a lane to become available. We thought 5:30 on a Saturday would be good but we still had to wait so plan accordingly.

This place was fun and we had a good time, don't get me wrong. We got there during Monday Madness, so, understandably, it was busy. Twenty minute wait -- not a problem at all. This is what got on my nerves and prompted me to take two stars off of this review: the staff, I guess trying to make up for the wait time, gave each person of our group arcade cards and told us there were $5 on each. Every card had trouble working for the games (we would swipe, wait like 2-3 minutes while it said "please wait", only for it to turn red and say "try again"). We were told by the staff that we had to push the cards really hard for them to work. So we did. Only about half the cards ended up working, and when we checked the balance out of curiosity on the others, they were completely empty -- never had $5 on them to begin with. Like, I get it that they were trying to accommodate us for the wait, but if you're going to give us empty cards you may as well have not given us anything.

Went to bowlero in boothwyn for a night of bowling with my family got there lights were turned off wasnt even glow bowling night or anything couldnt see the arrows on the lane to bowl drink prices are too high regular drinks you only can get one size a small drink for $4. Mechanic was hanging up front all night so whenever your lane got messed up you had to wait longer for them to get back there and fix it we went there on a groupon for 2 hour limit and barely got to bowl. Not to mention its summer time and barely any air conditioning!! I have bowled at the conchester my whole life and this place still seems to fix the cosmetics of the place instead of fixing things to make the bowling alley operational!! Will not go back for bowling there any longer will stick with the other places i go!!

Seems every time I try to bring my kid to go bowling I'm unable to get a lane. At least the arcade is decent but it doesn't make up for the fact that I've tried to bowl with my kid several times only to be turned away. Even got turned away on his 7th birthday.

I never write reviews but this bowling alley's service was so atrocious I felt I should. Completely horrific customer service. Showed up with a large group at 11 and waited until 11:30 to get a lane, which was fine. It was unlimited bowling that night and so we all paid the fare to bowl until 1 when it closed. There was a service malfunction for nearly an hour and the manager was rude and refused to compensate for the lost time whatsoever. Perhaps it was because he was dealing with the 4 other lame malfunctions at the time and couldn't bare to give his customers the time of day. Don't waste your time.

Our school St Thomas the Apostle in Glen Mills PA came as a group tonight and had the BEST time! Chris the manager was very attentive and extremely helpful. You can telll he enjoys being around groups and making them feel welcome. We will be going back as a family very soon. I heard so many compliments from other parents as well. The food was awesome too! highly recommend!

We had an experience of a birthday party for our granddaughter who is 10 years old they set up a food buffet and said that any of the food that was left over was not to be eaten by the adults or they would be charged for it. This seemed ridiculous due to the fact that the kids were more interested in bowling and playing games than eating what were they going to do with the food anyway but throw it out or who knows maybe they save it and sell it to somebody else but I for one will not be returning to the Bolero. The manager on Saturday was very rude to people when explaining this. The cost of the games are high and the shoes as well it’s a rip off steer clear of this place.

Recently updated overall facility. There was only one person checking parties in, assigning lanes and taking payments after bowling was complete. A better system is needed since this resulted in a line to do both during non-peak hours.

They have done a great job redoing this establishment from what it once was. The new arcade is cool, big TVs, and a unique paint job throughout. Downsides are the prices reflect this makeover. The food menu looks really good but they are charging upper scale prices for little more than frozen premade products. We got charged almost $20 for a pizza that looked like it was one of those ones from Walmart that you pay a dollar for. Not that I'm opposed to them because they taste delicious, especially after a long night out, but that's not what I expect for almost twenty bucks.

Went for a 3 year birthday party for my nephew. A very nice setting. Professional yet comfortable. A kids game zone where you can even get trapped in the game where you try to pick a stuffed animal without success. Pretty good food and yes, even a bar to sip on a tasty beverage.

So we start off paying 16.25 for each person on Friday night for all you can bowl. We pay and then after throwing two bowling balls down the lane, the machine malfunctions. We waited for 40 MINUTES and when we said we needed a refund, they gave us two dollar cupons and said they couldn’t do anything for us. The manager, Andrew Koran, was rude and disrespectful to us and was basically shooting us away. We will not be back and we were regular costumers. Do not come here whatsoever, go to exton which is open later anyway

They are making improvements as they are under new management. They've remodeled and renovated all the way out to the parking lot. The prices of the food seem a little high even for league bowlers. There is a menu for league bowlers as well but the prices have increased. They have new lanes and ball returns. I only need for them to work on the pin setters as they seem to malfunction often.

I belong to a league, and get their specials for the league. There prices for their food regularly are way too high. They designed the new lanes to be geared towards the person that comes yo occasionally bowl rather than both the league bowler & the novice.

Worst experience and customer service EVERRR!!! We came here with the 2 kids and only played ONE game. We had 2 adults on one lane and 2 kids on another. We helped them play the whole time so we were further behind them at the end. TIME in for the game was 8:10 and ended at 8:31(seen on the top). The game SUPPOSEDLY played was started at 8:55 and stated end time was at 8:55. Manager printed the receipt at 8:58. Those 3 minutes were the minutes we got our shoes and jackets on then return the shoes. I tried to explain to the manager that the times are exact for the 2nd game and that we can’t possibly play that game. Instead of being understanding and trying to help, the Manager kept blaming us, saying “you had to press something for the system to put it in” and “we don’t know what you guys did but kids can throw 3 balls down the lane and it counts as frames” and “the computer isn’t wrong”. She kept saying there’s nothing she can do and refused to understand that the times for the 2nd game was exact! The manager called someone and after a few minutes, she threw the money on the counter and walked away. Not one apology, not a single “I understand”, NOTHING! She just turned her back. I didn’t care for the money, I just can’t stand the fact she never put into consideration that the system was wrong, only blamed us!!!!!

Was very impressed with this place! Went there for a first date and service was really nice. The manager and the assistants were very helpful to us and checked on us while we were playing to make sure everything was going okay. The facility was very nice, with everything looking pretty new and well-kept. Shoutout to the manager who gave my date and I each a free 10 credit arcade card! Really appreciated that! So, in conclusion, we had a really great time and I'm rating this place 5 stars! Would come back again!

First time visit for me since the changeover from Conchester Lanes. Great look and feel on the inside. Great facelift. Forewarning everyone, they prefer to hold a credit/debit card for your game(Easier way to pay??). Options to pay cash would simply wait until after your game is over. Food is ok, prices are $$. Much Larger arcade. On Wednesday’s the arcade games are half-priced. Tv screens are huge and something for everyone plays(sports, children shows, and other shows.)

Great place! Manager is very nice.. Food was good! Good Drinks, clean bathrooms.. Only thing was my lane kept messing up and needing to be reset, and they don't have the reset button on side of ball returns anymore. There is a call button, but on a busy night it's hard to hear or talk thru that, so when it does need to be reset, you have to go to front desk each time. Lane needed to be reset multiple times.

My third FAILED attempt to go play bowling was today!!!! Staff organizing the lanes were unprofessional and omg they were rude, one of the girls behind the cashier was literally mocking me and her colleague had to punch her to stop. Where is customer service??? the waiting time was 45 mins and yet there were empty lanes... I think they just wanted people to sit and spend money at the bar, if we wanted to hang out at a bar we would have gone to a PUB!!!! Seriously sort yourselves out... Will never go back to that place.
