People at the counter seemed like they didn't want to be there and like costumers were a bother. Also after asking for the ramp to help our disabled seven yr old and 4yr old niece they reluctantly brought it over and told us the ramp was for 3 and under even though we already explained the situation. On the upside the food was great.

Bowlerama is a nicely kept bowling alley overall. Reasonable priced, scores pretty well. The synthetic lanes are certainly a plus; haven't been there in 18 years. I like how it has Dunkin Donut attached so I can have coffee and bowl. The only problem is I feel an upgrade to the scoring computer system is in order- the graphics are nice but the keypads are very difficult to use/ figure out and are not as straightforward as the computers at most other bowling allies. Otherwise its a great bowling alley.

A bowling alley with 60 some Lanes. 2 bars and a small restaurant push it to a slightly above-average review. No pitchers, towers or anything else to help with the beer prices though. Some of the approach areas could use repair.

Nice bowling alley and has been for many years. In a difficult location but the security is good. Looks like it got a facelift recently and it has some restaurants and bars. Good for business outing, birthday parties and more. Lanes are well maintained and consistent.

Nice place to go boul with the family. If the kids get tired of bowling, they can go to the game room which is also pretty cool. After all that running around, they'll be tired so you get them a burger and some fries and theyll sleep the whole ride home

My family went here yesterday. This particular staff member name Chuck was very rude and unpleasant. His customer service is horrible and after carefully observing him, he selects who he wants to be pleasant too. He gave me an attitude the moment I approached the counter. He also chose an end lane for us to play on, which separated us from the majority. He got a nasty attitude when question about his service and information he failed to give us about the location of child size balls. I work every day and the last thing I need to deal with is an employee that seems to hate minorities, especially when I’m spending money the same as everyone else for the same equipment. The older lady was very nice and helpful so they atleast have someone with exceptional customer service. I wish I asked her name to thank and praise her. Unfortunately I can not say the same for Chuck. He definitely should not be servicing customers if he cannot treat everyone equally. That type of behavior is not acceptable and his actions are not good for business. Nice establishment but due to our experience, we will not be returning!

Equipment malfunctioned constantly. After throwing the ball to the end of the alley it would just stay down there and a worker would have to come fix it manually. Since I was paying by the hour I pretty much got shafted out of 30 minutes of game play.

I have no complaints. It's a nice bowling alley, with a kids play area (Think mini Chuck e cheese). They've got 2 bar areas and a restaurant, which serves pizza, burgers, mozzarella sticks, etc. There's also a Dunkin on the end. The birthday party packages are good deals.

Our church family from Redemption went bowling and we had a great time. My only hang up was our lanes kept shutting down and not giving out bowling balls back. It took a very long time for it to be fixed.

The kids love coming here to bowl. There's always enough lanes where we don't have to wait which is a huge factor to me since the kids tend to be impatient. We came here for their spring break special and we'll be going back for their summer program.

Went here Yesterday , had a good time. The lady was very nice and funny but there was an Older Man who was very rude. I mean if you don't want to work , don't come to work. He was very mean. The ball got stuck at the bottom and he was very upset that he had to get it. He did everything with an attitude. Smh customers service is HORRIBLE. Food was good, not sure I'll will return.

This place has a bar/restaurant attached to it as well as children activities. The staff at service counter could be more friendly. The clerk acted like he hated his job. Our balls kept getting stuck in the suction mechanism, which was quite frustrating. They sent help each time to fix it. After a while, we got tired of the balls getting stuck so we left. Nice place. They just need to work on friendliness and fixing the lanes.

There's no place like it. I grow up near Bowlerama. We spent a lot of time in the arcade when we were younger. Now as an adult i like to bowl here. Its one of the best bowl alleys in the state! Since the make over its become much more than just a bowl alley. The bar provides adult fun and the fun center for the kids.

I have been here a few times. There is nothing overly exceptional or memorable about this bowling alley, but it also isn't lacking anything that I could think of. There is a dunkin donuts connected to it internally, which is a plus. I would come here again.

Went with friends to the place... 60 dollars for 4 people for 2.5 hours. .... we got lane 44 ...staff is really friendly ! Its a fun thing to do with friends interesting , skillful and little bit of workout too haha ... choose weight of balls wise i went for number 6 green ...food and drinks were delicious ! We got quessidilla , onion rings , french fries, coke and water :) ... i saw people from all age groups here which was fun ....i would want to bring my family someday for sure to play bowling :)

This is one of my favorite places to bowl at. The Philadelphia/Southern NJ branch of the Amateur Bowlers Tour have many of their tournaments there. The fact that many of us competitive bowlers in the Baltimore/DC area drive up to compete here serves as evidence supporting its high level of conditions!! Their snack bar is also one of the best out there. Great selection and plenty of food for a decent price. It serves well for avoiding the high priced rest stops on I-95 going south to Maryland and DC!!

Our lanes kept freezing. It would let us roll, but it wouldn't take our score no matter how many times we did it! I'd say that wasted about 30 minutes of our 2 hours because it did it repeatedly. But the bowling was fun. If you don't have our lanes.

The arcade is really dated. Many of the games do not work and there is a poor selection. The arcade closes way too early at 9. - Bowling alley seems nice.
