HORRIBLE experience here! I'd give negative stars if possible. Had a birthday party here and ac was hardly on, guests and i were hot throughout whole party, guests were not offered beverages until I asked for pitched, understaffed, 5 lanes we reserved were all spaced out and separated our party because lanes were not working properly, took long to get beverages when my guests wanted, appx 20 mins, and when offered staff help and assistance because obviously was understaffed, I got an attitude or ignored. Family, friends, guests and myself highly disappointed and would not return to this establishment

Nice little alley. Only 16 lanes so if you go during prime time you might need to wait. Going during the day had no problems.

Service was the worst. One or 2 people working the entire establishment. Register bartender cooking and lane mantainence. Lol. Never experienced anything like it.

Set up a party for my son. Nothing was ready. No one knew anything about it. They had all the party guest and kids waiting in a room with nothing to do. Waited for about an hour with no food, no drinks, no lanes. Very disappointed in the service. I would not recommended this place for parties. Had a better party atmosphere at mcdonalds. Props to the mcdonalds on dpa for turning this nightmare into some salvageable.

Have been going to bowl here for over 20 years, usually twice a week. My son bowled as soon as he could walk! Broke my hand and haven't been there in over a year, until tonight. Trying to get my hand in bowling condition.They asked how many games we planned to bowl and wanted payment up front. NP, paid for 6 games. Ok, but my hand couldn't last as long as my heart so I said I wanted to stop before the prepaid games were done. The "comanager" refused to "refund" my money and pointed to a no refunds sign. Really?? I should not have had to pay at all until I was finished bowling, but I agreed to make a guestimate and then I'm not entitled to a refund? It's not a refund. You held my money in security and what I didn't use I should get back!!! No wonder the place was empty, no wonder people go to big, well run alleys and say f the mom and pop places. If you go, which you should they are a nice neighborhood alley, aside from the lazy nasty "comanager", don't prepay for more than 1 game. Go up and pay before every game because they evidently don't give REFUNDS. So sad that owners let their businesses go down the toilet because of the horrible people they put in front of the public. If you can get past that, or they fire the jerk, it's still a very nice, local place to bowl especially with their specials which keep up with the AMF lanes

I gave them two stars instead of one star because at least there are lanes and it is a bowling alley as stated. It also States no refunds so check out the bowling alley before you buy anything it shouldn't take you long it is about 30 feet by 30 feet. I had such a miserable time at this bowling alley tonight that I needed beer but I didn't want to buy it because they had already taken $40 of my money and I didn't want to give them any more. All I can say was thank God my bowling shoes I rented from them stayed together. I was pretty sure the troll behind the desk super glued them before he gave them to me. Spend $2 more and go to any other bowling alley. Thank me later. Oh yeah food sucked too.

My nephew and I had a good time bowling. Nothing special. They could use new bowling shoes. Also, they need to have more lighter balls available for the youngsters. We had to go through all of them and we found only 1 six pounder. And not for nothing but the place was empty. There was just one other lane being used and yet we only found one light bowling ball.

This place is absolutely defective and useless. The equipment the bowling balls the shoes and everything about this place is a rundown useless defective bowling alley why anyone would ever go here is beyond me, why would you go here when you have Babylon Lanes not that far away maybe 5 minutes. You couldn't bowl a strike in this place if you went down and knock them down yourself. This place is an absolute hole in the wall they should tear it down and build a nursery and its place.

Bowling alley was filthy (I understand most are dirty but this was another level) shoes were garbage and fell apart as I was playing. On top of all of that there were literally no balls left. Paid $80 for 4 people to play unlimited bowling. Only played one game because of how bad the place was, asked to pay for only one game rather than the unlimited (since that's all we played) and instead I was told I could have a free game coupon. "Under new management" good luck lol

It was horrible the staff was rude and the food was terrible the lady at the concession stand was rude and she walked out while talking to me I do not recommende this place to anybody if I could give negative stars I would we left without eating because the lady didn't make the food and she says she was the manager but she does not even qualify

Liege Waffle Co Food Truck has a location at this property. This is a review for the waffle truck, which was amazing. I learned about the food truck through social media and on a visit to Long Island made a stop at it. The waffles are light, fluffy inside with a crisp outside with endless dessert toppings. This new local food truck is a hit. If you are on Long Island and headed to Suffolk County, then stop by Liege Waffle Food Truck.

Staff was incredibly rude and yelled at my nephews and myself for eating outside snack. My child has a good allergy and they were not accommodating. We left after one game since we were uncomfortable and they refuse to refund us for the paid second game. I will never come back here.

The service is slow. You have to wait more than an hour for assistance. The shoes stinks. They are old, broken, and so big. The food was okay, so was the prices of the beverages... My line got stuck in the middle of the game 4 times!!! I would not recommen this place to anyone.
