My son was invited to a Party here. About 10..12 year old boy's who had an absolute great time. Arcade games, rock climbing, lazer tag and much more. Highly recommed !!!

Most games were out of service, & the food service was horrible , no changing of gloves and we could see the food workers eating right out of the food with gloves touching their mouths and continued to prepare other people’s food. Husband confronted them about it and the manager did not even care to correct it and the workers began arguing because we asked them to change their gloves , horribleeeeeeeee got our money back and ate somewhere else .

It’s pretty good for fun like arcade game and play with friends. But not recommendable if you having party and bringing your food because food not aloud to bring it inside. We experienced that last year and last summer. My ministry hired their basketball court but we have to eat at parking lot with our visitors. Some places managers resolves that kind of problems for the convenience of the customers. Great experience

There is a lot to do and was fun for the five boys (8-9 years old) that I brought. They were able to play laser tag, bowling, bumper cars and mini golf, plus tons of video games. Entertained the whole time.

Fantastic venue. You can do multiple things here, such as billiards, laser tag, video gaming, rock climbing and so much more. As most venues of this magnitude it can get kind of costly if u are doing multiple things but they do have weekly specials u can take advantage of. I will be back during the week as I believe they have an unlimited gaming session for a few hours during the week.

The employees were some what alright I guess although there was an incident that happened over at nomads and I found that a employee who goes by the name Hunter! Tends to believe what other people tell him where he just had his employees come up to me and my friends and accuse of something that’s is untrue!. I had asked him to speak to the witnesses who apperetly tended the incident to have their opinion prove my innocence and Hunter refused! HE lied and said they took off . So I ask the employees to check the camaras they explained to me that they’re camaras do not function at the moment there for I blieve the manager HUNTER! Should get that situated and fixed ASAP otherwise other customers will be accused of any incident going down at nomads just not fair to others of the public!!!!!

When I first started going there with my son, he would have so much fun. Now you go there and everything seems like it's broken or doesn't work at all. The laser tag was horrible. I had to switch my vest and gun 3 times and the gun still didn't work the right way. I will stick to Dave and buster or try another entertainment location.

Very disappointed - not a great place for younger kids. Went for the bounce houses; I read somewhere that there were 10! Turns out there were 3 AND at it cost $4.50 per kid for 15 mins of bounce time. If it was closer to home I would have left after that but we drive 45 mins to get there. Bowling with the younger kids was fun and some of the arcade style games age-appropriate. Spent way more money than I planned!

Nomads as always is so much fun for entire family. My family personally loves the laser tag we have been here 5 years straight for my daughter's birthday! They can't get enough of it. If we loved closer we would definitely be there alot more!

So, the place itself has a 4 star potential, provided there aren't as many games "not in service" as there were today. Frustration started to kick in when my son played Wheel of Fortune, won a huge amount of TICKETS, 1282 to be exact, and they didn't show up on our card. After spending over $130.00 dollars at this place, and them VERIFYING that the Wheel of Fortune game didn't even register, let alone give us the points, they'd waive the SMALL amount of tickets needed, to give us the souvenir the shirt! I hope that the little boy we ended up giving the 1410 tickets on our card to, was at least able to get something!!!! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. .stick to Dave and Busters, or better yet, if your in this area, just go to the bowling alley next door, they seem to have great deals, and they might have the same amount of working games in their small arcade!

This amusement venue contains some very diverse types of games video games indoor glow in the dark golf 9 holes and a multi player interactive laser tag room that is well thought out My only criticism is that when games go down it can take a while for staff to fix .

My family and I were visiting from Vermont and found this place online. We were instantly impressed with the variety of activities to do and we all had a lot of fun. The best part was the customer service. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the manager went above and beyond to help us with a problem. The host provided while he did his best, it seemed that because the size of the party we had he definitely needed help. The other staff seemed to rather just sit back and hold a conversation with themselves then to help out with questions and broken machines. Not sure if a manager was on duty, because all questions that were asked seemed to go unanswered. We waited for 20 mins for someone to come to check out a picture machine that was taking points off of the cards but would not take any pictures . This will be our last birthday party at this Nomads . Again I will say our host did his best without the help he definitely needed, that is the only reason I'm giving two stars.

This is my favorite arcade; I'm a 70s baby, so I love arcade games. I have only been here during slow hours. Being the type of hands-on facility that they are, their cleanliness is the best possible. Loads of machines with buttons & bouncy houses are near impossible to keep sanitary, but it looks as if they try. It's a big arcade and has duck bowling, bumper cars, a teacup ride, laser tag, bouncy houses, and miniature golf all located indoors.

We had a mini birthday celebration for a party of 10+. It was a Tuesday, which is really a slow night. The regular snack bar was closed but the Red Tavern bar was open. Milton was very friendly and helpful when we asked him questions and ordered food for our party after multiple rounds of games and adventures. The service otherwise went downhill from there. We left our belongings at the dining table in Reds Tavern while we played another round of games including a birthday cake that had only been 1/2 way eaten. We were advised that there were no desserts so we brought a cake to sing happy birthday. Some waitress threw away our cake thinking we left although ALL of our personal belongings including the cake was still there. It was VERY obvious that our crew was still there. We informed the manager Joe and he was very dismissive, unaccomodating and rude. He stated that we shouldn't have had food there anyway. I noted that it was birthday Cake and I've seen people with just cakes, cupcakes party bags etc. I mean Nomads is supposedly a destination to celebrate, until your celebration cake gets tossed. Joe failed to offer anything to make up for the loss e.g. a lil toy, a cup of ice cream, game tickets, anything, the options were really endless with minimal cost in a place like that. He was very hesitant to even apologize. My 7-yr old nephew left the place in tears on his birthday since we saved the half of the cake with his name to take home and share with family. After spending over $250+ there on. slow Tuesday night....Joe's poor customer service and IDC attitude had us leaving with frowns instead of smiles which is unfortunate.

This place was not that good. Great idea and great place to bring a child. The place was a mess and a lot of the games were broken. The bummer cars and the tea cups both were out of order. Could not find anyone to fix anything. There is no supervision by any of the staff kids were beating on machine and climbing all over them. The snack bar was closed. It was horrible. We sent a $100.00 on a card and game tokens. It was not worth it. Will never go back and will not recommend this place to anyone.

It was the worst experience ever, they had rap music, swearing sounded so trashy, every arcade machine I tried using was ethier broken or took my money. The characters in the mini golf have profanity written all over it! I would not recommend this to no one at all.

Took the kids off a groupon for the restaurant located conveniently inside the arcade. It was a very affordable night for a family of 4. There were many options outside of the arcade games which were included on a seperate groupon also purchased. We did laser tag, rock climbing, teacups, dinner and arcade gaming. The bumper car ring was pretty small and better for younger kids. Dinner, the arcade and all other amenities with the 2 groupons included for a family of 4 ran me about $150 for 3 hours of fun. I saw flyers for many other themed events of family fun hanging around the location. Highly recommend

Right off the start when we got there the ladies werent even paying attention to us they were still in conversations with us standing in front of them not realizing we were there????wow!! Half the games were out of service and the rest of them weren’t even being tended to. If you had questions were was the staff???? I’m guessing having more conversations with themselves??The only reason I would come back is because it’s something to do on a short notice and for a couple hours as you do blow through your money fairly quickly there.

This place is garbage, don't waste your money. The bumper cars are half broken (only 4 were operational when we were there) and none of the shooting video games work. They take your money but the screen doesn't register the shots plus you swipe for two players and it only loads on one. Total rip off.

This was the 5th or 6th birthday party we have had here for my son. The party room is great for keeping things simple, organized and not having the clean up. There was a lot of new games here this year that were very fun.

Everything was great! The place was clean, the staff was amazing! They didn't get that final star because equipment was in need of repair. We wanted to play Time Crisis 4 and couldn't because it was out of order, several of the laser guns for the laser tag did not function properly, there were vests that were missing straps on them which secured them to your body, the balls in the mini golf only had 2 working dispensers even though there were balls in the containers the machine said they were all empty, the ball dispensers were all very low in quantity left in them by 9pm. Otherwise we had a blast.

I just feel like it's too crowded and the games are too many points to play. We have more fun at chuck e cheese.. the two older kids didn't think the games were that fun and absolutely nothing to do for the 14m old. I got shafted out of my strike in the bowling lanes. No one takes their turn at the mini golf. So as your trying to putt people are walking they your lanes. The staff at the snack bar were completely clueless. We stood in line waiting. None of them saying anything. And then one comes over and throws up a closed sign. And the other turns in around to the back in 5 minutes.. once the line turned to walk away they instantly removed the sign.. the young boys working the rock wall weren't even paying attention to who entered first and waiting to try. Mayhem... I'm hoping the outdoor adventure part will be better.

Was a lot of fun! A gem in the forests of South Windsor. My 13 year old and 11 year old, my wife and I all had a great time here! We got to do 3 courses and had a wonderful tutorial by David, who also helped my son who had a tough time on one of the intermediate courses! Shout out to David! Great job setting this up. Of course, the zip lines were the most fun!

This is a large place with a lot of different activities, the mini golf is cool even though it’s only 9 holes. But unfortunately the majority of the arcade games are out of service without even being marked as broken. The last time I went in October (5 months ago) it was the same issue, so obviously nothing is being done to resolve it. The first time we informed the staff, but after that (which was way too many times) it wasn’t even worth the trouble. Just every game we played “wonder if this one is going to be broken...” and it usually was. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here again because it’s too frustrating and a waste of money. I’ll stick with Spare Time and Dave & Busters for arcades from now on.

If i could give zero stars i would! My friend had a 6 year olds birthday party here today 2/3/19. Once the candle was blown out on the cake the girl snatched the cake and just started cutting regardless of direction or decoration. After when we were going to open up presents, they told us we could move to the cafe on our own but we needed to start cleaning up our decorations. How do u not schedule presents for a kids bday party!! She paid pver $600 for about 25 people for what! To be piched oit to spend more money on there arcade! Horrible service!!

I came here with my boyfriend for some mini-golf and we stayed to play some of the games. Mini-golf was a great deal, $4 each for 9 holes and it took us about 30 min to complete it. The arcade prices are a little high however, especially with Dave and Busters a little bit down the road. However, it was a fun time, things were clean and a good time overall.

I love coming here! You can do anything from arcade style gaming, to rock climbing, and even grab a drink at the bar! There is something for all age levels to enjoy. They even have a game area for younger children. They do host events, as well as paying a sip classes and live bands! All around a great place to enjoy with decent pricing on gaming, and food.

The place was clean, customer service was great. One of the games didn't print my daughters picture and the manager made sure I had someone help me with it. An employee told me the printer was not working and gave my daughter a free game and asked me to go to the front desk to get a credit for it. The young lady not only refunded me but gave me more credit to use on a photo booth which by the way was pretty cool. I support businesses that make you feel they have your back.

Otherwise the place has a lot of variety of games and fun, plus the food is great. A little of a wait on the food but it's worth it. Great place for a weekend to take the kids.

Managed to spend an hour here on only $20 between two people. They had your typical arcade games with a few fun things thrown in. Had a giant ball pit/bounce house and laser tag. A lot of different options that call for another visit.
