Basically an overpriced bowling alley, nothing special about it. Agree with a previous review, that the staff seemed flustered even though it was not busy. Went for the first time today, again was not busy, both bartenders were occupied chatting with coworkers to tend to us, it was so hot, a staff member mentioned the AC does not work well. The lane we were instructed to go to was filthy, empty bottles, used cups and table covered in water. I had to ask a staff member walking by to clean up, he only picked up bottle and cups. We did have a good time and enjoyed the soccer game on the screens but will not be returning, will spend our money at small business bowling alley in future.

I was here for my friends birthday. food tasted terrible. only salty Mac and cheese sticks and salty French fries, soggy as well. No space between couch and table. Bad music, are we in the 1800s. Asked an employee to fix our lane but it is took a long time. 30 minutes exactly. Employees look and work lazy, no smile, no welcome. don’t have your party here. End of story. I had fun with friends but not with the bowling alley. Thank you. But it was nice. Great time. Some employees were nice.

It was my first visit and the experience was mind blowing. A bunch of my friends were in attendance for a celebratory bowling game .I didnt expect the service, the food and beverages and the music to be so Amazing. It was all thanks to the manager on duty Jennifer Elias. Tonight even though it wasnt seemed like my birthday and Im thankful.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They were very rude and stated that after 10pm on a Wednesday I could not enter to play pool. They stated I needed a parent but I am 19 years old. Plus my parents aren’t around because I’m a foster child.... thanks lucky strike!

Had a really good evening here for a work event played some bowling and some of the other games. We had food provided which was good really enjoyed the pretzels. Staff were friendly and helpful although one tip:mind the guys with hairy arms when applying the wrist bands :)

Pool tables were ok, except at night the ones in front has no lights and the front desk said they won't turn any on. We basically played in the dark. Ping pong tables are old, broken and disheveled. Bowling alley wasn't bad though.

Great bowling place and really friendly staff. The clientele here is really upscale and the atmosphere is very enjoyable. There is also a bar here with 3 pool tables and a nice lounge sitting area.

Great bowling alley, good prices and the bartender was the best, she was so nice! But we were sitting on our lane ready to go buy a second game, even had a bar tab open with drinks on our table and they gave our lane out to other people. There were multiple lanes open for people to use but they requested us to move and sit on back couches. Detered us from asking if we were even allowed to purchase a second game or order food and more drinks.

Unprofessional, unorganized and lack of communication between team members. I probably will never go back to this location, I do not know how you can mess up bowling but the staff did. My entire group was totally frustrated with the staff and service of this location and it seem like no management was on duty; from ordering drinks to getting our bowling shoes it was a disaster.

Worst place I have ever been. My friend got a package that advertised a dj and the place had old music. The drinks were water down and we had only one lane for 8 people. The food they served was not appetizing and had 1 vegan option only guacamole.

Went on a Thursday night with a group of 9 friends, not crowded at all at this time. We were set up on 2 lanes. It has good sofa and bar high seating. Has a good menu selection and also a full bar. It also has ping pong tables, billiards/pool tables, air hockey & roller ball for rental. We had a great time but I can see that it can be crowded on the weekends since it only has 12 lanes.

Liar..worst place to visit of you are at palisades mall..they dont have the deal they showed on their website(18$ till the close)....did not like the place as well..initially they told us 2 game per 2 persone later on they said that you paid for 1game/2 person..staff is rude and unprofessional ...would not recommend for bowling

After we swipe our card for the lane, the woman at the front desk tells us that we need to pay an additional $20 per person minimum for the food. She didn’t bother saying this before we charged our card otherwise we could’ve walked out. Granted, their website does have this disclaimer but since we just walked in, we had no idea. She didn’t bother telling us beforehand. Manager tried to find a happy medium by charging us $15 flat even though we never ordered any food (we already had dinner plans elsewhere). It’s a nice place but way over priced to just bowl. And the service was weird. Like they were sneaky about how to take our money. Never again.

Worst experiance ever. Went there around 9:00pm last night with four friends.The girl at the front desk had no idea what customer service is about. Her attitudes were so bad and she acted like she was paying for us insted of us paying for the place. Super rude lady with no common sense. She is the biggest reason for this review. Luck Strike should never employ people like this specially at front desk , because onece you speak to her you get the impression of “never again” even before you get into the place. The manger however was great, I think his name was Trevor. Last night was our first ever visit to Lucky strike at Pallisade mall but never ever again.

water tasted horrible, like tap water. the lemonade did not have enough sugar or acid. it was either too wet or too dry. took them forever to get cups. they need more french fries. took them thirty minutes to fix our lane, and it still did not work. the color of the couch is absolutely hideous and who wants to sit there. needs better lighting. wayyyy to dark. i told my mom not to give me food thinking i was going to leave this place with my stomach bloated, instead i left feeling so hungry.

I went last night with a group of 14. The bartender and service at the lanes was terrible. We tried getting drinks from the bar while we were bowling and we were told to ask our server. We were already bowling for about 30 min and no one came to get any order. When we complained we had two servers come to us but they took 2 orders at time and still had we had to wait some time to get the order and eventually just went to the bar. We were not happy with the service.

I was disappointed with my experience. Our lanes kept malfunctioning while we were trying to play. Because we were paying $40/hour that was frustrating. However, the manager did add ten minutes to our time to try to smooth things over. There also was a 45 minute wait to bowl.

We went on a Sunday. I was told to reserve a lane. Cost $45/hr to reserve. It's $40 at the door if you just get on the wait list. At the time they said it was an hour wait.but there were 2 lanes not being used. Their food is sub par. Underseasoned. We all decided the frozen fried stuff at montvale lanes is better. The seating is weird too. Not enough room to sit then move to position to bowl. They didn't think the design through. Pretty empty on a Sunday afternoon. Definitely won't be back. And servers are hard to find.. had to flag them down. Didn't welcome us as we sat in our lane. No menus...

Worse experience, I wouldn’t recommend anyone if you are looking for a good service. My self and my friends were treated badly last night bowling session on a non busy day. The front desk lady didnt know her job role or how to treat the clients. She spoke to us with an attitude and made a big seem for simple request of a service. Last night, we went bowling at the Lucky Strike in West Nyack, NY at the Palisades Mall. I went to the bar to order drinks and the bartender kept my credit card to hold a tab open. An hour and a half later when we finished bowling I returned to the bar to close out my tab. The bartender informed me that he no longer had my credit card. When I asked why he didn't have the credit card, he said "I don't know, but we don't have it." I then asked him to double check and his response was, "call your credit card company and cancel it." There was no apology or effort to locate it. It was the most rude and careless interaction with a bartender I have ever experienced. I checked with my credit card company and I was charged for the drinks. The credit card company informed me to beware of actions where servers lose your credit card purposely, and that fraud is especially easy to perpetrate at restaurants, as diners hand over their credit cards. To my fellow patrons, please use caution and beware when using your credit card at this Lucky Strike location, and be prepared to deal with careless and extremely rude bartenders.

Went bowling here with my wife. It’s a good spot in Palisades mall. We played two rounds, was pretty reasonable enough. Bowling shoes were in good shape. Removing a star though, the lane we were in had a testy console so it it was chore keeping track of our game. Keypad just didn’t work right and didn’t switch over correctly after we finished the first game. Also, there is a bar and staff walking around taking orders but no one approached us and I had to chase them down for drinks.

Went last night for the first time...It was SO much FUN!!! This place is great! Had the Philly cheesesteak egg roll appetizer that were delish and a skinny Margarita ...Great food and drinks!! Loved the music!! Super friendly staff and the Manage Jorge came over to see if we were having a good time he was awesome! So happy we found this place something fun to do on a Saturday night for sure! :) Can't wait to go back!!

Customer service at it worst. Last night me and 4 of my friends went there. The girl who was in the front desk was very unprofessional and rude towards us. Management needs to consider placing someone on the front desk who is professional and who knows how to talk to people. Manager was nice enough be professional and solve the problem. She didn’t even apologize us since it was her fault. Service at the lanes were horrible. One of the lane was not functioning properly all the time and nobody did anything about it. This was our first time in this place and never going back again. Would not recommend to anybody.
