Mike and Norm were super helpful when I was trying to buy a new bowling ball for my boyfriend's birthday present. They had sound advice on size, weight, price and even color. It was a super easy and enjoyable experience with some very knowledgeable people. Thank you for a great buying experience!!

Dealt primarily with Norm, but I spoke with Mike over the phone and that's what convinced me to take the ride from Windham to Windsor Locks, close to an hour. Both Mike and Norm were very pleasant and spent the time with me, even having me throw a couple of balls to see what kind of shot I had and what my issues with my current ball might be. I wound up purchasing two new balls that were drilled correctly (my current ball was not). I wish I had gone to them first, but I was directed to another shop by a friend. Very knowledgeable and friendly, not high pressure or trying to get you out (I got there an hour before close). Worth the drive and the time. Will definitely be back.
