Amazing salad! Was so big & incredible tasting! My husband and I both got different ones and he was full which is hard to do with him and I couldn't finish mine! When we go back next month, I am getting again!

Staff are super friendly and very fast. Each lane is provided a personal waitress and it makes the experience all the better. Not your typical bowling alley. The shoes as mentioned in another review do not have any felt and do not allow for any sliding. If you are a professional league bowler, this place is different than what you are used to. My family took me here to celebrate my birthday, was really fun and the beverage service was awesome. The lanes are fairly spread out with lots of 'home decor' type environment, (think low lighting, chandeliers, couches, carpet everywhere, upscale fancy). They oil the lanes every day we were told. A few things i noticed, the couches were horrendous. Very broken in and when you sit down you have a difficult time getting back up. while they probably looked good opening day, they have lost their luster and need replacing. Bathrooms are large and clean. The arcade is rather small and lacking. Expensive venue but very fun.

The place, decor, staff amazing however the food not too great. We had couple appetizers, drinks, entrees... the food a bit salty and the taste poor. The ambiance kinda made it even. Great service, but it was impossible to bowl normally. The shoes were sticky. I think the bottom of the shoes are very dirty. They should have a way to clean them. Food good, service friendly, nice time, just fix the shoe/lane problem so we can bowl normally!

Love this place. I've been here four different times for four different bachelor parties. I believe we get the standard wine and beer package when we go. The food they bring out is pretty standard bar fare, nothing to write home about but solid. However they are very attentive and the service is had been friendly every time. Definitely worth recommending for a group looking to do something other than gamble while at the casino.

Beautiful venue with delicious food! Play a game of bowling while waiting for your turn on your own comfortable couch. Delicious cocktails compliment a versatile menu. Great deals during the week, bring the family or have a fun night out with your friends or significant other. Always have a blast. Shuffleboard and pool are also available to play as well as arcade games in back.

Decent Lanes with terrible front desk staff. Very abrupt and unaccommodating. It is understandable when there is a wait list on a crowded Sunday, but there is no reason to act like robots with programmed responses. Brought my daughter there to celebrate her birthday and left due to the rudeness of the front desk staff. Norwich Bowl was happy to have the business and did not treat us like an inconvenience.

We put in our name and while the wait was 3 hours we were able to go around the entire hotel and casino property knowing that they would text back when our time came. The folks were all very courteous and friendly. Lanes were great and the decor was not what we expected for bowling...comfy couches! Drink list and menu was pretty extensive. Overall prices were more than comparable to less "fancy" bowling alley. $9/ game and $5 for shoes. FYI: Make sure you have socks. $5 if you don't have a pair.

This place does fill up quickly so you do want to make sure you get on the waitlist and download the yelp app to track the wait time.

Birthday party of 10 had a blast here. Great space. A private and lux feel. The food was very good and staff was always on their best game. They made a beautiful cake for our birthday girl. Review your cost ahead of time, if you buy a package, bc there are some added charges I didn't pay close enough attention. They serve Pepsi products which are way too sweet for my taste. Despite these 2 minor notes, I'd say we will def book another event here.

We had a blast! Probably the best thing about High Rollers is the intimate setting. There is not nearly the amount of lanes as you would find at your local bowling alley. The lanes are next to each other but, don't feel like they are on top of each other. Definitely not as loud as most bowling alleys. The food was decent. Having a server is a nice touch. To start I will say that the bar tenders and drink servers are very friendly. I had no no problem with service. The people who serve you are great. Management on the other hand is very rude and very unhelpful. I bowl in leagues on a regular basis so I have my own equipment. I slid on the lanes with my socks to ensure a smooth slide on my approach but I made the mistake of putting on my bowling shoes and walking on the rug. I have never had a problem sliding with my personal bowling shoes but the second I got on the lanes my shoes stuck to them and I couldn’t slide at all. For those who bowl regularly you know that if your shoes stick when making your approach you can really injure yourself if that happens. I immediately informed management of the fact that their rugs were not cleaned and that they permanently ruined my personal bowling shoes which cost $80 and now I have to buy new ones. When I told management about the incident their reply was “what do you expect us to do?”. They refused to admit that they played any part in permanently ruining my shoes. About 20 minutes after the incident I walked past the manager talking to the staff on my way to the bathroom, and I don’t think they recognized me be cause I over heard the manager say to the staff “I know we don’t clean the rugs but don’t tell anyone that because someone just complained about it. I left my name and phone number with the management and they have not gotten back to me in almost 2 weeks. I will never go to this establishment ever again and I recommend that any one who considers this place as a destination for a fun night out consider elsewhere. It is overly expensive and nit worth the trouble. Food is super expensive and very low quality too. Do not go here.

Had a great time, prices aren't as high as you would think, for a casino activity. But remember to bring socks or you will pay more for them then the shoe rentals and for bar food prices are a bit high. Staff is super friendly, and always around.

The atmosphere is beautiful and bowling alley is really fun. The food was out of this world but the staff really needs to work on their social skills and customer service which was extremely poor and lacking. All three bartenders were very unattentive and stayed at the other end of the bar. There were only 7 customers so they werent busy. I had to get up to get my own straw. We had to wave at them to flag somebody down to order. Again I had to wave down the bar to get their attention when the runner brought our food because we needed salt and pepper and salad dressing. They never came over to check on us (one minute rule). There was no interaction whatsoever until it was time to give us the bill then he made eye contact and said thank you. I would suggest you try it for yourself just for the quality of food. Maybe you will have better service. I Highly suggest the lobster ravioli. It was to die for!

I wish I took some pictures. I went here once with my fiancé and we had a great time. There wasn’t a long wait and you get notified via text. The lanes are clean and at night they turn up the music and have cool lighting. Their weekly specials have great options for groups and they vary by day of the week. Highly recommend. Worth the price
