I've always lived this place...saturdays are busy they had waiting list with an hour to two hour wait but with my luck I was called within 20min. Bowling Alley definitely has good music. The pool area could be kept a bit more clean.

Some of the games are rather dated (avoid the air hockey tables) but It played to my favor they had multiple versions of Dance Dance Revolution and I was able to connect with my inner teenager that use to spend 10 plus dollars a week perfecting the game. They had modern games that seemed cool. All in all I would go again

I read the most hilarious thing on New Rocs website they are charging $50 an hour per lane for their bowling alley . NEEEEWW ROOOOCC (Soulja boy voice )they have had the same rides and bs since they were built back in the late 90’s early 2000’s they have lost their got damn minds I couldn’t believe it $50 dollars for some bs bowling alley smh if I’m paying that much I’m going to manhattan period. New roc needs to humble themselves they lost their minds

Good place for the kiddies. I did a party for my daughter here last year with the minature golf, they enjoyed it. All the kids had fun. Went again for my cousin's son birthday and my 6 year old loved it, and 11 year old made a new friend, they also had fun. There's a parking garage, that if you goto I think the 4th level, it'll leave you practically in front of fun fuzion. Just walk that small walkway across. Parking isn't expensive either. Do not forget to pay though. There is no ticket printed, it's computerized.

Horrible we were there today for my nieces bday party We bought 3 birthday packages and we axed someone that was working there for assistance to know where we can sit and instead of sitting in the food courts we sat next to where the helicopter rides are a and he let us sit there and someone aggressively came up to us and told us we can't sit there when specifically that other person had told us that we can sit there and she told us that he was brand new that he knew nothing about it according to me when someone works did they should be properly trained before The on the floor working.. We were there for my niece's birthday and we feel very unwelcome to after we felt very welcomed because there was no one there and they did as the favorite to let us be there and I just felt like it was very unprofessional the way I was talk to I would Go there again it was my 1st and last time

$$$ Great place with all in one entertainment for all ages but be teary to pay for it! It does get pricey very quickly. They could take better care of the games. A lot of the machines are broken, dirty or just out of commission. Parking garage is right next to the complex with plenty of dining options.

Loved the arcade area, but the bowling alley staff was very rude, immature and unprofessional. We all wanted a couple of drinks but were told they could not serve any alcohol because “there was no bartender on site”. She was able to serve us beer and wine but did so with an awful attitude and kept rolling her eyes. The other girl working the cashier also gave myself and my friends attitude because we needed to switch shoes since we were unaware that they all ran big. Overall the place has potential but the staff needs better customer service training.

Make sure you ask about packages or you will spend a small fortune. We went right to bowling and were not told about packages until we got to the arcade. Fortunately Charles was good enough to make up for it. The place definitely needs an upgrade. Staff were not helpful and were not friendly. Laser tag was great. Miniature golf was good: it's a small area but challenging and glow in the dark which makes it fun. Bowling was great. Arcade needs updated games but was entertaining. We only ate churros which were yum. All in all we had a fun day...2 adults and 13 year old boys.

I have a groupon for bowling and 1 hour arcade. I called a day before and was told, go ahead you dont need a reservation, no wait time. I get there and was one hour wait. I asked for a manger to tell me why and after a dirty look and good size up she told me that the people on the phone ,dont know what they are talking about, her words not mine,and that i need to wait 1 hour before i go to play bowling. I gave up and just purchase 2 cards for $30 i have 2 boys. My 8 year old got bored 10 minutes in. Dirty, lots if games did not work, attitude from staff.(Except the people on mini golf) they were super nice. I will go to use my groupon and thats it

Attended a kids party at this place. The hosts were not really engaging. The kids decided to entertain themselves by running around. The music the hosts played was more for TEENS and that should be considered when hosting a 10 year old party. It was listening to Hot 97. We had to ask 3 staff members directions before finally get the correct information of where the party was being held. A few of the games/rides were out of order. The lines for food were ridiculously long. On the plus side, their laser tag game was pretty cool. Overall it’s a decent place to kill time before or after the movies. This place is One step above Chuck E. Cheese due to that there are more options for the slightly older pre-teens and teens.

Took my son here yesterday for the first time and he had a great time. My only complaint is 2 employees need to be re-trained on their customer service skills. We arrived 15 minutes after opening and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the cashier to come to her station. When she arrived she didn't even acknowledge us. When I approached the desk she just took my paper. I kindly said good afternoon. She had a nasty attitude and when I asked for her managers name she totally ignored me. I suggest she readjust her attitude or be re-assigned to not work with customers. I didn't want to waste anymore time and enjoy the time with my son but i cant imagine how she treats customers and we go there to spend our money to be treated so poorly.

Very horrible experience here at the concession stand. I waited on line for 45 mins, asked if the food was going to be a very long wait. It was 3 other people behind me. The manager got annoyed with my question and said "Are you gonna order or not, I just got here." He then asked someone else to take my order. At that point it made no sense to even order because of his rudeness.Extremely terrible customer service skills where they lack handling customers' needs. I've been working in customer service for 11 years as a manager and never seen anything like the frustration I dealt with being here. I came all the way from Brooklyn to try to have fun and the manager at the concession stand ruin my night.

This is a terrible place, it’s suppose to be a place to go with kids and they allow people to go in smoking weed and drunk , we where there some people got nasty, I was hit by a man , then a bunch of them came assaulting my daughter, a whole big fight broke out , all along the staff members did nothing ,while they were seeing we had kids there ,didn’t even want to call the police, when the ones who started the fight were told the police was coming they all broke out , that shows what type of people they allow in these places where there are so many kids . The messed up part was we were told to leave when we were the ones who were assaulted, even the cops said so. The only reason I put one star was because it’s the only way to leave a review but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone it’s terrible

Always fun to fusion with kids, alone, it's all in the mall. It's an arcade with different type of games that range from old school to modern technology. It has several rides; a carousel, bumper rubber cars, etc. Slurpies are overly priced and cards don't cover more than one person right away. Especially, on the rides. Overall, it's a fun place and kids love it.

I like this place a lot. There's lots to do, arcade, mini golf, bowling, pool. But there is always an issue with the games in the arcade. In at least 5 games, it took my credits but the game didn't work.

Had a good time at the FunFuzion facility. I played mini golf here and it was lost of fun. It’s only $10 for 18 simple mini golf courses. If you want to come at a time that it’s pretty much empty then you should come one hour before closing time on a weekday. When I went here on a Thursday night it was empty. No one was playing golf but instead were playing bowling and arcade games next door. Enjoy!

We had fun! We got one of the packages that included mini golf, laser tag, and some other stuff. We were supposed to do the 4d ride/theatre but it was broken and the attendants had us waiting there for over 20mins without a word. But we spoke to a supervisor and we were compensated for the loss of that particular attraction. Laser tag was allot of fun and mini golf was enjoyable. So we had an overall good experience :).

Its basicaly an indoor amusement park. We have been having kids parties here for years and they never get tired of it. The hosts are enguaging and ensure that the party involves all of the family. They have ntertaining games and activities for young and old. Even good for adult social events.

I wish I could give it a negative star. Bowling alley has the worst customer service. The lanes are uneven, and the balls are scratched up. The bowling system kept messing up, and the people didn't want to give us a new game or return the money. After 20 minutes of becoming nasty and relentless we were given a 30 minute game. Terrible.

Don’t expect to win tickets to get any prizes majority of the games don’t honor the ticket system. Games are beating broken down , ( missing buttons, or pieces of the game are stuck ) .open outlets on the floor ( little kids foot can get get caught in , machine with exposed wires . Do NOT go bowling here. This is NOT a place for families or Christians. I was there on a Friday night and walked into the Bowling area to get a slice of pizza that was included with my game package. In the bowling alley they were blasting music with the F word, B word, MF, or any type of curse word that you can think about. It was this loud rap music literally saying “suck my black d”. The facilities there are very unprofessional and the staff there are very unprofessional. It is supposed to be a family environment, but it’s so sad that there’s children running around, bowling, listening to messages of hate come over the speakers. I will never bowl there. Also I am not conservative I am liberal. This experience was just that bad that I had to report this.

Came here with the family and it was indeed fun for everyone. Our group ran the gamut in generations: boomer, gen-x, Millennials and gen z and we all had a good time. They have the digital games you'd expect like 360 VR, and other arcade games. The oldies but goodies like air hockey and skeeball. But they also have rides. Here's a tip: if you go to the movies downstairs before make sure you tell them because they will give you a sticker that is good for some play.

By far the worst game entertainment center ever. Half the games doesnt work. The shooting game are off. I dont understand how theres no ball for mini basketball. There arent signs up for games that are out of service. We are suppose to just guess it doesnt work for us to keep going to the front for refund. Great place its like an older version of Chuck E Cheese. Me and my lil bro did a package of 1.5 hours unlimited games and rides plus a choice of pizza or hot dog or an Icee. The only downside about this package was that we were not able to play 90% of the games were you win prizes or tickets. But we got a free lazertag and mini golf session that we didnt even use overal this was a great place cuz adults can have a bit fun here as well.

Rude, poorly trained staff. Bought a package based on what the employee told us, then come to find out most of what he said was a lie. Then I asked to speak to a manager, and this even ruder person came up and made things worse. Basically called me an idiot . So after an exchange of what I was told and what we got, she informed me there are no refunds. So after more complaining she reluctantly gave us what we were told we were getting in the first place. When i tried giving her what i would consider helpful information, she dismissed me and told us to go and do our activities. If you are looking to be put in a bad mood, then this is the place for you. We will never go back, we will recommend people to not go there.

Very expensive 2 minutes ride for a child is for $4- $5 If you Go with 4-5 children $20 gone in 2 minutes Very Expensive And bowling oh my God, again very expensive. Length of lanes are too short lane surface is very bad uneven, too congested seats max 5 seats for for whole group. Balls are not enough and in very bad condition. Shoes are very old and bad in condition. And food one large fries are for $7.

If you're looking for a good arcade, this is fun. If you want a small mini golf, this is average (but small course,) laser tag was okay and fun but SUPER STINKY like a hockey locker room, overall our visit was a disaster. First went to the food court and it was closed. Then, when it finally reopened, the girl used her BARE HAND to pick up our pizza so I politely asked for a new piece with gloves on. Instead of throwing that slice out like she should've, she just put it back in the case to serve to another customer!!! We tried to go on the flight simulator. Got strapped in, didn't work. They called technicians to fix it, got in again, broken. We never ended up getting to ride it. Then we went on the other simulator, sat in the dark with 3d glasses on for about 10 minutes, BROKEN!!! Got asked to get off the ride. I could go on and on about this place. Bathrooms were fairly clean (but old), employees were nice for the most part but some looked like they hated their jobs. An okay place if you want to go with your kids and if you want to do arcades, but don't try anything else or you'll be disappointed.

If you have a kid and want to do something indoors, it's a great place to visit. Whether it's arcade, amusement rides for kids or those silly claw prize games, it's a simple one stop solution to entertain the little ones. They also offer New Year's at noon for a few years that is absolutely free. We've gone the years in a row and it's awesome. From 10a they offer free food for the kids and adults, a backpack with fusion cards, activities, arts and crafts and a DJ playing kid friendly music with the big culmination at 12p of balloons dropping.

Go for Wacky Wednesdays or any of their other seasonal specials. $35 for 4 hours of unlimited games, unlimited free pizza and soda (from 6:30 - 8 pm), 2 games of laser tag (usually $17 on its own), 1 game of bowling and 1 game of mini golf definitely can'tbe beat. Go to the back of the arcade if you're looking for the fighting games lol - you're welcome.

Games are outdated in the arcade. Every air hockey table would accept the card swipe but either had weak air or no puck would come out. Deff needs some tlc and updates

Been here since I was 5 years old back in 2000 (When it was known as FunHouse I believe), Still a great place to go for some good fun. Probably one of the fewer arcades that still have some of my favorite old school games although it seems they're starting to switch out in favor of the newer redemption games like the ones in a typical D&B. Sadly they removed the fighting game corner that used to be in the back by the lazer tag which kinda bummed me out along with some other retro classics, but I understand games get old and they become harder to repair / replace once they reach their time. Still a great place to go for the kids and hangout if you have the time.

This place is awesome. Hands down. I had my daughter's birthday party at this place and the minute we walked in the staff was very friendly very helpful very nice and they did there job very well. For a Saturday it was not jam packed which was great. Everything was great at this place. Lazer tag was so cool. Geoffrey and ozzy great managers. If your looking to throw your kids birthday party at a cool place throw it here you won't be disappointed. Thanks again guys. You guys rock

This place was awesome great place to have parties and bring your kids. I was here for my nephew's birthday party. I'm a big kid a d I love to come and play the games with the kids. The atmosphere is great to food is good. Both adults and kids have a great time. The staff is very attentive and it can get crowded really fast in the evening. My suggestion would be to xo.e early to beat the crowd. It's like Dave n busters but more for kids. I will be back
