Huge fun zone of bowling, arcade games and lazer yah. of course it's a little expensive but the facilities are well kept and there is lots to do for groups of all ages. very accommodating for happy hours, will set up food stations, or birthday parties. staff is helpful. would recommend this place.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!!!!!! I along with every person that went with my group to the arcade were charged duplicate charges. The management team did not call me back. I couldn’t get a manager on the phone for 5 days. They try to excuse it by saying they don’t do refunds when the charges were never authorized. Ended up spending hours of my life on the phone trying to get them to do the right thing and with the bank having to finally dispute the charges. I never leave reviews but these people are CONARTISTS. They know what they’re doing isn’t legal and have a well rehearsed speech the first time you call in hoping you’ll just go away. Only go here if you are ok with being charged double for each purchase.

We had our daughter's 5th birthday at the Bowlmor in Norwalk and it was awesome! They made it so easy for us in every way - took care of the set up, set up the bowling alleys, provided gift cards for the arcade for all the kids and even organized all the gifts into a big bag for us to take home! It was seamless and we would definitely do it again!

Had a new arcade game or 2. But I went to play a certain arcade game and it was down, I think recently too, so I asked one of the employees to look at it for me and he said sure sure one second. And never came, so poor customer service.

Horrible services, unprofessional and rude employees.. the lanes have their clitch and you inform them and the employees make you feel intimidated in the place. And the food and drinks are just below avarage. 2nd time there and they have to improve A LOOOTTT!!!

I haven't been here since this place converted to Bowlmor and I was disappointed. From the outside you would think it would be high-tech inside but instead it's rather dated, especially the lane computer technology. The lanes weren't properly oiled and the balls were all in horrible shape with huge gashes in them. The summer pass is an excellent deal if you get them right when they come out in May. I'm going to check out some other places in the area before I come back.

Went on Christmas Eve they were short in staff and it was really messy . The service was all over the place . Requested for rails for my son it wasn’t working on a lane , they changed the lane for us but that lane’s rail was also not working . I was expecting them to be up to a mark since we are paying high bucks for the visit . The rest rooms were filthy and lights were not working in the restrooms , and to make it worse there was no water to wash our hands . Please I request , you are under staff do not open the establishment on the holidays since you are charging good dollars for a visit and we end up having an awful experience

This is actually a pretty nice bowling alley. It was completely redone about a year ago, I think. Looks really nice inside. They have a bar area and nice comfy seating while waiting for your turn that allows you to chat with the others in your group or next to you. I would recommend as a local place to go bowling.

Liked the arcade and the laser tag. I didn't really go there for bowling. The one thing I didn't like was that it was really loud inside and outside, the music was literally blasting through the speakers. My friends had to wear headphones to reduce the musics noise level.

My advice to anyone booking and PREPAYING a birthday party at Bowlmor is get your final receipt for the birthday party while you're still in Bowlmore before you leave the event. We prepaid the birthday party package for 7 people with 2 non-premium drinks per person, and at the end we didn't receive the 14 drinks we were entitled to because the waitress put someones drinks on our tab. I guess she was incompetent in what she was doing, because she labelled 3 orders of 12 oz beer glasses as 3 pitches of beer (!!!) and added extra tequila shots that we didn't order. Half-way through the event the waiter informed us that we have used all 14 coupons for the drinks and I was surprised to hear that! The moral of the story, they company has definitely big process issues as things like that shouldn't' be happening. I had no luck proving anything, because I failed to request my final receipt at the time we were leaving the venue. My fault -their win! But I feel nothing but sadness, because Bowlmor used to be a good family place... Always

It's a great place to hang out with Friends, such good food but if your not doing Lazer tag or playing any games it'll get boring trust me. Also you would need to put lots of points on the card or it will also be boring, ten points won't do you any justice. I put pictures of me and my friends over in the game section.

This is the most modern bowling alley I've been to. It has Laser Tag too, so it's great for group options. The bar is well stocked and the food is excellent. I'd highly recommend this place for a group get-together or work function.

Fun place for casual bowling as they have black lit lanes, big screens at the ends of the lanes showing various sports and TV channels, and plenty of sitting room. However, this is not the place to go for serious bowling as the couches stick out into part of the lane and the lighting makes it somewhat difficult to see. The food was average overall. They also offer Lazer tag which is a lot of fun as the course is quite large and well laid out. There is also an arcade.

Nice place to bowl, DO NOT USE THE ARCADE! If you want to go here to have fun just stick to the bowling. The arcade is such a MASSIVE rip off I wouldn't even recommend stepping foot in it, unless you are an Arabian prince or you want to lose more money than you would at a casino.

This place completely transformed after their renovation. It now has a much more contemporary feel with new techno additions. Their prices are still pretty high but if you go on a Monday night they have great deals. They also have a great bar with pitcher deals as well. With the renovation, they added a laser tag arena as well.

Bowlmor was a blast! The $2/per game Tuesday bowling nights after 8pm is the only affordable way to go these days... Perhaps the music could be lowered a bit , but otherwise quite the great experience! Even brought a free water pitcher to our table! Thanks, Bowlmor!

Love the host and servers. The Asian DJ on Saturday night really plays some good music from throwbacks to New releases. Makes you want to get up and dance. It's not just a bowling alley, beer dance and bowl. And always fun people around. Plus the food is amazing! I only eat chicken tenders from there, it's made to order. Every thing is!

Had a great time here. We met our friends here to have fun. This was our 1st day out since Thanksgiving and we wanted to do something fun. We got home and later that night I didn't feel so hot or I guess I did because I had a fever and then chills. My husband was next, then our daughter and then our son. Called my friends and they were sick as well. We think it possibly came from the bowling balls. It took almost 10 days to get out my system. Although the fever only lasted 3 days I had a horrible cough, sore throat, sneezing. I never want to experience that again. Word to the wise. Take plenty of sanitizer and bring your own Clorox wipes.

I work with young adults with special needs, some of our clients wear special shoes and some may have attachment behaviors to wear their own shoes. Bowlmor policy is to charge them for Bowling shoes whether they wear them or not. They also took away the discount from them on the weekends too. Please consider the joy that some look forward to at Bowlmor is being over shadowed by profit and gain

Very cool place. Bowling, arcade, bar, and food? Pretty solid line up. The food was on the pricy side for what it was, bar needs more tenders as they only had 2 on duty and were serving drinks for all of the lanes and bar patrons, one of the bathrooms had no running water to wash your hands, and they didn't accept cash at the bar. Also, put my name down and it took them 2 plus hours for them to give me a lane because one of the employees never put my name down. (We were eating and drinking at the bar so it ended up being okay, but they comped our shoes at least.) Regardless, it was a good time and I'd do it again. Lanes are clean, bathrooms were clean, Music was good, staff was mostly friendly. Plenty of parking.

I really like that this been has been updated and it has all the modern-day amenities. However if you go during peak times you could be paying double the price as non-peak times. Gone are the days of knowing what things cost because it's all variable. Two games with six people and shoes cost me almost $150.

Came for a birthday party and had a lot of fun! The place is big enough to accommodate a large party and there are various activities for everyone. Unfortunately the bowling system was a little outdated and kept pausing during our game. The arcade games are fun but with limited selections. But would come back again on another weekend with friends!

Drove 1hr to explore this overpriced place. Service is terrible. Lady at laser tag area was condescending and extremely rude. We were the only ones there, she obviously dislikes her job. We went to the bar area and the bartender never came over to take our drink order. TV screens display help wanted ads. Hopefully they hire people with a positive, helpful attitude soon. I give this place one star because it was muy MAL and I felt I wasted my night there.
