Fish and Chips at Cleats came highly recommended by friends so yesterday I tried to order 2 dinners to go. I called and was asked to hold on and no one came back to the phone. I went inside to order, stood there for 10 minutes and watched while food was being brought out for other people and not once did anyone attempt to take my order so I left. Bad service completely!

Two of my grandchildren had a birthday party at Alley Katz with all kinds of appetizers throughout. That satisfied the adults, the kids had a ball, and their parents did not have to clean up afterwards! WIN, WIN, WIN!

Ok, modern, almost too much so. Everything is done for you, too bad. Not enough lower weight balls with larger holes for adult women. Very loud, but most people may prefer that. Staff is fine. Clean.

When you and your friends are accosted by beligerent aggressive drunk men and the management takes their side because you wouldn't stand for it. WOW. Do NOT come here if you are a woman, it is not a safe space.

Going a little bit far from the norm, we decided to have a bowling party as the rehearsal dinner for our wedding, and aside from marrying my wife, it was probably the best part of the entire wedding! The group tending to our party was on the ball all night. The drinks were never empty, the food was fantastic and sent out nice and hot, and for what we paid it was so much food. I knew the numbers of what we ordered, but I really didn't expect the size of everything to be so large. I was still having quesadillas for lunch over the next few days! I'm really happy we decided to have a rehearsal dinner here. Everyone really went above and beyond, from the waitress running back and forth making sure everything was good, to giving us a bit more time to finish up a lane or two. I received so many messages about how much fun people had / how great the food was / how it was the best rehearsal dinner ever (I mean, I'll take a little credit there). I'd recommend Alley Katz over and over again, it really was a fantastic evening.

Came for the advertised 13$ unlimited bowling. Said they couldn't do it since it wasn't sunny out. It was foggy and no rain that day, not a single person bowling in the alley. Wasted a 35 minute drive. It says Rainy day not "Sunny Day Deal", and as a business you did nothing to help the customer. No one was bowling. I would understand if it was pouring rain and the alley had a couple opens lanes. You had 24 open lanes. Poor business and you defend it.

Haven't bowled there in years. I was pleased to see the seating couches now provided for the bowlers. The lane conditions are good and also competitive. We dined in the renovated dining area and all in our party of four enjoyed what we ordered. Would definitely do this again!

No matter a first time bowler or a long time between, Alley Katz is a great place. The lanes are very well and evenly oiled. Their balls, unlike most alleys, are smooth and almost spinnable. The staff is responsive and friendly, and we haven't seen any lane issues.

My friends and I refer to this alley as "couch bowling" because of their comfortable seating laneside. Even though this isn't the closest bowling alley to my home, it's the one I visit most often.

This is a great place to go with friends and family for the perfect outing. The lanes are well kept and it feels modern and up to date while still holding a nostalgic charm you can't find elsewhere. Would highly recommend !

Literally came In to bowl on a regular wed with my mom and girlfriend to bowl one or two games. Greeted by a westerly local Christopher lawless and I have been bowling here since I was a kid. I am standing here looking at more than 22 lanes that are open and said that they could not let me bowl. There are only two customers bowling and I am disgusted in the lack of customer service.

Awful run business that supports drunk, sexist, pig regulars over other customers. Should have called the police and had them handle the situation because even though the drunk threatened to kill my friends and myself, the “manager” said I was the aggressor for not standing for verbal abuse for no reason.

I've been coming to this place and I have given a great rating before. Until this evening. If you are looking for something cheap you'll get it here. You might get a lane that isn't faulty, they are far and few. Balls get stuck computers that track score need calibration. Balls are nasty filled with food and maybe a band aid. Scores aren't accurate as you could have one pin standing and the computers say there are 3. I have let A LOT of this kinda stuff go, I have stepped away for a moment and some kid finished my game while in the bathroom and never got reimbursed. 2 ppl that work at the desk on Friday and Saturday are wonderful and thank you. You 2 made my time here enjoyable. Im sorry to say I will no longer tell ppl to come here as I really need to consider ever coming back. I was a regular, spending 300 a week sometimes more. Dont come here. Look for something better it's a small state with many option.

Great place to roll a few games. Took my son on a Tuesday morning and there was only one other group in there. Great lanes in fantastic shape, good house selection of balls available (found one that fit almost perfectly) and nice comfortable seating. Looking forward to go back!
