Called today to try and see if anything would be available for a little girls birthday this sat. The Gentleman that answered was Rude! He said he wouldn't do any birthday parties until his leagues were done! and that I was way late trying to schedule for something this weekend. He could have simple said very nicely reservations have to be done so many days out and I would have been completely fine with that. I was guna be dropping atleast 250.00 there for this party. Will Not waste my time or money at this place every again!!! FYI Cenntinial Lanes in Longmont was way better and friendly!!! And are throwing my party for my Little Girl!!

Overpriced. That about sums it up. Plenty of other places to go Bowling and we will choose another place next time.It should not cost almost $75 to bowl 2 games with 2 adults and 3 kids.

Its a great place to bowl. I like paying per game not by the hour so you dont feel rushed. Sweetheart lets you pay by the game. Prices are decent. The only thing I dont like is that you have to play with the bumpers either up or down which is a bummer playing with my kids.

Bowling is getting expensive. Folks were great. We had kids and they were helpful. It was kinda retro but cool environment. The balls all had cuts and chips in them. That's why the 4 stars . Come out show your kids a good time.. clean bathrooms. Bar was cool . Food, soda , beer, available . People drinking were doing it responsible. (Regulars for sure they were all good at bowling. Haha)

I called on Friday afternoon to ask if they were open, to which the man on the phone replied, "Yep, all day til 2 am." I went with my girlfriend at around 1 am and the door was locked. They had closed early. Surprisingly enough, this was not the first time this happened to me at Sweetheart Lanes. Stop advertising hours that you can't accommodate.

Fun night out with the kids for moonlight bowling. Kind of expensive if you're bowling multiple games with shoes. Wish they made it darker and turned up the music, otherwise it's basically the same as regular bowling and not worth the increased price.

If i could give sweetheart lanes less then one star, i would. I remember this place so fondly from when i was a child. It used to be so magical. When i went this time, the staff was unfriendly and rushed us although there were only 2 other people in the entire alley. We were treated with such blatent disrespect that i will never go here again.

This is a very nice bowling alley. I had a 2 year old gift certificate for here and they still accepted it! I was so happy because I was taking my daughter and her friend there for an afternoon of bowling and arcade. They are not great bowlers and had to use the bumpers but they had a great time! The employees were very friendly and accommodating.

$40 for a game? REALLY?? This is supposed to be cheap bowling. The inside is outdated, looks like it's from the 90s. All the balls and shoes are old and worn. The staff is less than friendly or helpful. Just not a great experience at all.

I like coming here, the place is well kept except for a few things. (Atm doesnt work) kept in mind the place is very very dated. Imo i dont care ifnits dated as long as its clean and the most important stuff works, idc if its dated but the guy that runs the desk in the evening isnt very personable still better than chippers.

Great facility and decent staff. Pinsetters haven't malfunctioned in my experience and the bowling area is kept pretty clean. Some of the scoring tech is older and has malfunctions upon occasion, but it's very rare. $1 no tap bowling is hard to beat!

On October 31st we had made plans at another establishment for an "alternative Halloween" event for some families. Imagine our surprise when we arrived and, although assuring us they were open, they were closed! We had stressed families and crying kids. Sweetheart Lanes came to the rescue! They made some exceptions for us and got us set up on lanes quickly. The kids had a wonderful time and we were SO very thankful for them rescuing our evening!

This is a good place to go bowling, no complaints really. It’s not huge by any means, but it’s not small or anything either, just a decent place to go bowling around this area. We’ve been coming here for a while. Service is good and the place is kept clean. Prices are reasonable for a bowling venue.

We bowl here weekly and the staff is always friendly. The lanes are well taken care of and the prices are decent. However, the main reason for our 5 star rating is the new ownership. Chad is AMAZING! He truly cares about his customers and it shows. My husband is a lefty and brought in a ball to be drilled, he asked that it match his other. Chad without hesitation asked if he was sure and explained why. He then proceeded to watch my husband bowl, took a few videos and measurements and showed my husband where his ball should be drilled according to the way he bowls. We are both in the service industry and strive to go above and beyond, but rarely do we receive that same service from the public. Chad went above and beyond and we will never go to another pro shop again. Thank you for your passion of the sport and dedication to your customers!

A good fun place to go bowling. The place is clean and easy to get to. They do sell alcohol with a cash bar. Game prices are decent pretty close prices to any other bowling place. They also have glow in the dark bowling which sounds fun. Less busy than lanes in fort collins or Estes.

The lanes were nice, the price was high for open bowling and scoring machines were old but worked. 24 dollars for two people to bowl two games. They have no competition in Loveland so I guess they can charge what they charge. I did have fun bowling however.
