We had my son's 6 year birthday party here. The staff was so nice! From calling to reserve it to the actual party, they made is so easy. They give you plenty of lanes for the kids and have a table set up ready to go. They had one employee just to help us with anything we needed. The pizza they provide was hot and yummy. It was by far the least stressful birthday party I have ever planned. As an extra bonus, it was the cheapest party too!!! The kids all had an amazing time and I know we will be back. It was great to have kids learn how much fun bowling can be and it was great as a parent to have fun at a birthday party.

Arrived at 2:30pm to get ball repaired. Another man also waiting. No one at 'Pro' Shop, and no one at front desk offered to notify shop owner that several customers were waiting. Bowled with different ball and shop owner still hadn't arrived by 4:30pm. Waste of time. Will try to find somewhere else for bowling equipment needs.

My son & I went to bowl, spent $18, & they refused to put the guards up for us because they don't put them up for anyone over 9 years old because they will break them. My son is 6 years old & they wouldn't put them up because I was bowling with him. Not a kid friendly place if your a parent that wants to bowl & bond with your kid.Thankfully, they gave us a refund but we won't be back.

We went at noon on a Friday, no wait, all equipment on our lanes worked perfectly, bathrooms were spotless. Counter help was professional. I would recommend this place to a friend. Only 4 stars because everytime I should've got a strike, I was left with a split.

Bowled on Nov. 23, 2018. The woman at the counter was rude. The machines on the lanes would not drop the pins and the ball return was not working. I spoke to the lady at the counter several times and she acted mad because I asked her to send someone to fix the machines. Pueblo needs a new bowling facility!

Super awesome experience at this bowling alley last night. The building its in is an old shopping center, and the alley is downstairs. Very cool, retro vibe as soon as you enter the stairwell. Prices were reasonable for shoe rentals and games, and the guy who helped us out was very friendly and helpful. It was a Thursday night, so not super crowded. It's a big alley, with, I believe, 16 lanes on each side. Lots of games and 50 cent machines for kids. A great variety of balls with different weights and finger hole sizes. Now lets talk about the snack bar...they don't take cards, cash only, but they let me run my card at the desk where you pay for games and shoes (which does take cards) for the amount and gave me cash for the snack bar. The guy behind the snack bar was SUPER friendly and pleasant, very enjoyable to chat with! I got the cheeseburger and fries and my husband got the burrito. My burger was PERFECT, as were my fries, and my husband loved his burrito. We also got the zucchini sticks, which were delicious as well. Pricing is not bad at all, ours was just under $18. As for actually bowling, we didn't have any issues with our lane and had a great time! They put us on an end lane away from the bigger groups with kids, which I saw as very considerate of him! Overall we had a great time and will definitely be back to this bowling alley!

Nice bowling alley. Lanes left a few pins down and didn't rerack properly causing some frustration. Staff was nice and helpful. We had 2 lanes and 3 kids under 5 and they made sure we had what we needed. Food was 5 star. Seriously good green chili and onion rings. 5 domestic beers on tap

We were very poorly treated. We tried to order food soon after arriving and was told by the waitress she was overworked and needed a break and we could order in 15 minutes. I returned in 15 minutes and was told she still hadnt taken a break and to try again later. We were there 2 hours and was told she still was too busy. Besides the 3 families we came with, there were only 4 to 6 lanes being used (many of who weren't eating). The bartender was very courteous and sold us a lemonade and took our food order and gave it to the waitress. An hour passed and we gave up on getting any food. The bartender returned and was shocked we hadn't been served. We discovered our ticket was ripped up. Horrible experience altogether and we will NEVER give them our business again.

When first arrived the guy at registersd carried a conversation how people dont stop calling. Was not polite when finally was greated. Lane 30 kept getting stuck and as we wait, the employee was getting mad as they had to keep resetting. Not even offered to be moved to different lane. We could not even get threw one round without pines getting stuck. I would never leave a bad review but it was that bad of service

We were there last night and the power went out didn't even get to finish one game n pd 24.00 n waiting til 8:30 - 9:00 and never got a refund just some tickets for one game free how is that right n then people thst werent bowling even got tickets hmm . The other girl yelled at the owner n got there money so I guess I should of yelled n got my money. What a bad first date n ruined that due to this. Ty for ripping me off n messing up my night. Should get my money back.

Other than fearing the chance of getting stabbed from the multiple homeless people in front of the building. We continued in. Our balls would get stuck every time. It was too busy to actually ask them to return them each time. We decided to play the waiting game with beer but the pitchers were over priced, slow service (for a drink) and a little rude. I understand when it's packed and busy you'll get "next" face on but this was to a whole new level. Positive notes, cosmic bowling was fun. The music was loud, almost to loud to have normal conversations, but sometimes I enjoy that. Tons of chairs. Plenty of balls to choose from. When you get service from the front desk, it is speedy. I would only go again if it's the last place in town to bowl.

I really wished I had the experience that some of these other folks had but I tell you the ball was dropped today. Decided to have my daughters birthday party here and had the most awful customer service experience. It was like pulling teeth trying to get anyone to even acknowledge us if we had a question or problem. They were 30 minutes late with the food and turns out there was a deal going on that could have saved me $40 yet no one mentioned it. In fact nobody even mentioned that there is a limit on bowlers of a party to 10 bowlers. I found that out by calling and verifying after the deposit was made. Just had a bad time. I get people have an off day but the whole staff? I wouldn't throw a party here again

Worst place ever was told 30min wait put down on the list then after almost an hour I went up and they said over an hour and when I looked at the list people were crossed off after us and we only needed 1 lane Went to cafe to get water and was totally ignored the last there ignored me and helped other people and she looked at us over 3 times

The employees are all friendly, helpful and always keeping busy, yet right there to help when you need. Family fun place to bowl and share some snacks or pizza and drinks. Don't judge by the entrance cause when you go down the stairs the fun begins. Some arcade games and some cute trinket machines reasonable priced. Will definitely go back and if you haven't been....What are you waiting for??

Theft by deception is all you will receive if you bowl at this establishment! My 7 year old niece wanted nothing more than fun day of bowling with her friends for her birthday. One of her favorite memories with her father was a bowling trip! Speaking with a staff member we were scheduled and given a price for the Birthday party, $200 for 10-20 people with 2 lanes. We could bring our own food as long as it was pizza or sub sandwiches with cake and decor, we would have to purchase all drinks at Bowlero. The credit card machine was down and it was paid in cash. The day before the party the employee notified us she was fired and the party was canceled as she was the "party planner/hostess"! In disbelief and no desire to disappoint my niece on her first birthday after her father passed away I called and spoke to the ProShop Manager / Night Manager, after explaining the situation he ran my credit card for $42 for a 2pm party for six girls and the lanes. He was very apologetic and confirmed the pizza/cake/balloons and party favors could be brought into the establishment and assured me the situation would be made right as the employee who took the $200 was no longer employed there. Upon arrival for the party the owner Michelle was beyond disrespectful to both of my sisters, given my disability I sat off to the side as I am too week to stand, the owner denied the pizza entrance and made it clear we were "lucky" to be allowed the cake/presents/balloons. The lanes were not available until 2:24pm and the owner was beyond rude. She acted as though we were in the wrong and made a point we would not be breaking her rules! We will travel to Colorado Springs before ever bowling in this establishment again. $242 plus the cost of the wasted pizza was nothing compared to the heartbreak my niece experienced as her mother was belittled and berated by the owner! Theft by deception is all you will receive if you bowl at this establishment!

We came here for my boyfriends 21st so the entire family could celebrate, and it was a blast! They have really awesome deals for games and it was really cool that it's underground. The beer selection was not vast but it had all the classics, and the facility was pretty clean! Thanks for helping my love have a wonderful birthday, we can't wait to return!
