A great place to go bowling. They keep the area clean and there lanes are well cared for. The staff area helpful and courteous. The bowling is cheaper than other places in the area as well.

I bowl for the Palisade highschool bowling team, and i come in at least 2 days a week and i love it. It has a nice calm environment, the staff is friendly, you can meet new people. Also the food is fantastic, i really enjoy coming to this alley.

The coaches are very good for the kids bowling but the customer service at the front desk and pro shop is very poor ,disrespectful, and rude I only give it a 5 for the coaches, Shelly and the Caffè

The staff was not very helpful. One in my party wanted coffee but was told they did not have a fresh pot. Instead of making a fresh pot they wouldn't give any. It was ran by a bunch of young kids that where only there for the pay check. I enjoy bowling but did not appreciate the service received.

Insanely priced refreshments and a noticeable bow in the center of the lane that effects anything less than a 10 pound ball going at least 12 mph. However the atmosphere and gentle service are the saving grace to this bowling alley.

I love OM Lanes. I've bowled in a league here since I was 11 or 12 years old. I always enjoy the smooth lanes, cold drinks and the Junction Square Pizza's food selections. The food is always great!

After an issue at the other bowling alley in town we packed up our party of 11 and headed to OM lanes. The staff was AMAZING! The prices were cheaper and we had a BLAST. From now on when we want to go bowling this is where we will be coming. Only thing I would change is to add the kids bowl free program. But then again I would rather pay to bowl here than to bowl free at the other place. Thank you guys for accommodating us! You were awesome!

The place was busy. They offered us to wait for a lane. Which we did. However, they didn't take a list and people that came in after us, got lanes before us. The lane did give us some issues. Three times the lane glitched in one game. We will go back, but that was not the best experience.

Ok first off let me say that this place is complete garbage. I have reasons to back it up. The lanes are trash, so everyone that says it is better then Freeway they're lying, every lane had it popping off the ground and wasn't connected. Next the approaches are to short when you're used to bowling on standard sized lanes and then go to the ones meant for 2 year olds it throws everything off. Finally and probably the most important they're ball return took a chuck out of my finger grips in my bowling ball. So this is trash and even giving them 1 star is generous. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE

Good lanes and food at the snack bar. Forget about wi-fi, never been able to access the times we've been there. Would be nice to use when the kids are there for bowling tournaments. Probably a simple fix (static i.p. address), oh well.
