Saturday evening my family and I walked in thinking we knew what we wanted. We didn’t know it was Standard pricing, so it was a bit more expensive than we thought. Sabrina was such a big help and let us know about some deals you guys have. We ended up getting a groupon with bowling and had a great time with my family! If it weren’t for Sabrina we would have left to find something else to do. We will be coming again all thanks to Sabrina! Great job Chippers!

Came here for a birthday party, we hosted and the crew at the front were excellent! They were kind and understanding of all of the shoes we needed. This is the only reason for the two stars. We ordered fries which were 6$ and two pitchers of soda which were $8.95. $8.95 for not even a whole two liters of soda per pitcher. Not only this but the employees at the bar are incredibly rude. We asked for ketchup and they made it seem like the biggest inconvenience, even though they had 2 people at the bar. Seems like they are only decent when they think they’re getting a tip out of it. The new expansions are great except the cost an arm and a leg (laser tag AND the arcade) Overall we’d rather drive 20 minutes to the Summit or anywhere else for that matter. I suggest you do too.

This place is fantastic for the whole family. If you want to go bowling or play laser tag or hit up a couple games of skill in their small arcade. We have had our son's birthday party there twice now and is totally worth it. This is definitely on top of my list of places to have some fun at!!!!

We love to come bowling here and my kids love the lazer tag. The last time we came, the food service was not good. I went to order mozzarella sticks and I asked the girl who was the cook how many they came with and she couldn't give me a clear number. I asked how it depended and she said it depended on who the cook was and it was her. Food prices are high as it is, so I would have liked to know what I was getting. Didn't get the mozzarella sticks. Got onion rings that tasted undercooked. Other than that, my family had a nice time.

We had a ball! The food wasn't great, especially the nachos, and we spent a lot of time waiting on the lane to be repaired or to continue our time to finish a game. Don't buy the time block if you want to finish. But the drinks were good and everyone was very nice!

Crowded, loud music, rude staff and patrons. The lanes are warped and don't seem to be oiled (my straight-as-an arrow Track Spare+ hooked every throw, which never happens at other alleys). I'm not a great bowler, and the warped lanes helped me out a few times, but they're definitely off. The whole place looks, feels, and smells dirty. Food is marginally better than the other bowling alley in town but much more expensive. Games here are 3 times the price of the other alley as well, and after a recent remodel one would expect much better service and atmosphere.

I try to go here at least once a month or so whenever is in the budget. The arcade is very nice and fancy. The lane was very well kept up and pristine and the bowling ball was clean but not over cleaned. I got helped by a gentleman who's name is Fernando and he was a super nice kid and was nice to me and you could tell has some really good family ideals and morals. I was extremely impressed by him and his service and hope hes the cashier whenever I go back to bowl!!

After filing a complaint with the staff, Sue came out and decided that insulting a customer was the way to go. We came here to enjoy bowling with a 5 year old. Your staff and management was rude to both the adults and the child. A simple apology would go a long way. Instead you degrade your customers and insult them. We will not be back. I honestly hope Sue is in the unemployment line tomorrow for her attitude. I never asked for anyone to be fired. But a simple apology goes a long way. You have ruined a great night with friends. I hope actual managment responds to me regarding your staff as Sue refused corporate information.

I took my second grade class to Chippers in Greeley on a Tuesday after school for an end of year party. We planned on bowling, playing laser tag, eating, pizza, and cake; 17/21 students came! Needless to say, the party was super fun! Shelly helped us set up all of the bowlers in each of the lanes as well as make sure all of the kids had the right sizes. When it was our turn to laser tag, she made sure we got to play all together in 2 rounds. The kids loved our 2+ hour party. The pizzas were big and delicious! The reason why I am not giving 5/5 stars, is because the coupons were confusing. One coupon that we had said, 'Buy one, get one food item' without any caveats. Shelly would not accept that coupon for the pizza even though there was no fine print for pizza. Maybe this is not Shelly's fault but Chippers as a corporation. All in all, we had a great end of year party! The late afternoon time slot we picked was perfect because the bowling ally was fairly empty; the kids all ran around and had a great time!

Ive been here 3 times! The first 2 times were good but the last time was horrible. I don't know what happened it was clean and all but the service was really terrible. Had family in from out of state and looked up prices on Chippers Lanes website. The website stated it was $24.95 for 90 minutes of bowling. When we got there the employee stated that their holiday prices were $49.95 for 90 minutes of bowling. They were unwilling to honor their online price even when shown. Ended up going to Highland Park Lanes and had a great time. Very disappointed in Chippers lack of customer service.
