Went on a Tuesday for 2 dollar Tuesday and bill racked up to $40.00 Hidden fees from the bowling shoes, to what each person is charged. Everyone acted like they could care less if you were there or if you had a question or concern. Love being misled into purchasing items we didn't want. Beware. Probably charged for each shoe and the bowling balls we used.

I know the price of bowling has went up so I was expecting that. $40 for a family of 4 to bowl 1 game. The food was good but there was only one guy running the bar and the food area so we waited forever for food. And they said they would bring it to the lane but we ended up going to see what was taking so long and it had just been sitting there so it wasn't very hot. The kids had fun but probably won't go back.

Came in with a Gold card for a free game with purchase of a game. They wouldn't take it because she said her manager said if it doesn't have a barcode then they don't take it. "People use our name." she said. So they covered the price of our rentals so I guess that made up for it!

The place is pretty pricey to bowl at. Very rude customer service at both the front and the bar. If the bartender were doing her job right she would of seen that is was my birthday when she was checking my lc !! Haha just looking at lc is all they ,do not even check it ! The place is not keept up with. The bathrooms were very dirty. I say provide some customer service and to do their job's correctly .That might help customers return . We won't be returning. We Would have stayed and spent more money but beacuse of how rude everyone was we left. It was 8 of us too. We will gladly take our business else where.

Holy hell!! I was really surprised at how good their food was! It's a bowling alley and that usually doesn't mean good food but their pizza was great, wings were spicy, beer was cold and fresh, lanes predictable and the crowd was respectable. It is a must go again for me! Thank BZ!

Went online to view bowling specials, said on Sundays they have open bowl specials for $1.79 games from 9-12, so our family goes down to the bowling alley and spoke to the very unprofessional and disrespectful front associate who said all lanes are full for a tournament .There was no mention of the tournment online and no signs at the bowling alley . There were only about four lanes in use. Very poor experience , highly would recommend calling ahead since the website is unreliable.

Ehhh it’s a fun place but service can use a little work. Sure the staff is friendly but delivery of food and/or drinks may or may not take some time. The pool area was cool, the lanes and music were good but it’s a fairly average bowling alley.

Went for New Years Eve for my sons 30th birthday party. We had family come from out of town and they were running late because of the nasty weather. Mixed review here! I love Brunswick lanes on Circle and have been a regular customer for years. The prices are good and the service is great almost always. BUT! I bought a coupon from the radio shopping show that I paid 12.00 for 4 people to bowl for 2 games - a gratuity of 20% was also mandatory. I got there and the manager told me that the Radio shopping show had no right to sell these coupons and they would not honor them. I brought my family to bowl and eat, but I realized bowling would be about $70.00 without the coupon and food and cocktails and drinks would be another 100.00. I opted not to bowl and we played pool and spent about 100.00 at the bar playing pool and had a good time. We don't bowl much but we were looking forward to that and feel we got hosed on the whole deal. over half the lanes were emply that night and I would bet that electricity would not have cost that much and the management made a real bad decision here. I was there on oct 25th 2018 around 7PM if anyone in this place even cares about this. Our bartender was great and I tipped her $16.00 on our 68.00 bar bill. The radio shopping show told me the coupon should be valid and I did use one several years ago at this same location. They are trading me out for coupons that will work at other places. I will go back because I love the place, but as I also work in retail, I see this as a poor decision in management. People have lots of places to spend their money!

This place is horrible. The faces constantly change behind the counters and they are incredibly over priced. We go to bowl and maybe eat, not to eat and maybe bowl, so why is everything so wonky? I had friends that worked here and I never heard a good thing about the company. There are other bowling alleys so lets go to those. I have lived in many cities in my life and I love to bowl, and Brunswick circle is the worst alley I have ever been to. Its the worst in terms of prices, in terms of the customer service by the ever-changing staff, by the gross bathrooms, and by management considering the staff is always changing and people have said how bad it is to work there. Visit at your own risk. Gross.

Always been my favorite alley in the Springs. Harmony and Kingpin were full with leagues on Thursday so Brunswick was the place to be. Great food. Cool arcade. And the best ball selection in town

The facilities are fine. The staff, not so much. We paid in advance to have this awesome hosted stress free party for my son's birthday. We had to wait for a few minutes when we got there to check in because the only person working the front desk was cleaning tables at the far side of the bowling alley. He didn't eve both to apologize for the wait when he came over. The hostess for the parties was highly overworked and, and did a reasonable job getting us soda, pizza, etc considering. The manager finally showed up about 30 minutes in and apologized, but didn't do what he promised. I still had to ask for the game room card we had paid for multiple times before they were provided. Again with no apology for the delay. Pretty expensive when you consider the service actually provided...

We held our daughter’s birthday party here, with 9 kids and 3 adults and I gotta say that Jeremy, the general manager, went above and beyond to make the experience exceptional! Staff were super friendly, attentive and welcoming to our entire group. We had fun bowling and playing arcade games and the kids loved the ice cream sundae bar. Thanks for everything, it was well worth the price!!

Our family recently visited Brunswick Zone on Circle. Really liked the atmosphere (kind of a retro feel). The bowling prices were great with summer bowling deals too! Employees were super friendly and responsive. The only reason I gave 4 vs 5 stars is the elevated cost of fountain drinks. We will be bowling @ Brunswick from now on.

The Senior Winter Friday League started today with the meeting and suppose to have bowling. There were not enough lanes open for the league to bowl. Several lanes closed because they were broke. This place is totally out of control. Can"t depend on times it remains open either. It keeps changing and they say its corporate doing this. Very disappointing.

Updating my review. The bowling ally is fine. No issues. The food is what you would expect. Arcade is nothing special. I would not recommend wasting your money at the bar. We went on two separate occasions and both times had terrible experiences at the bar. There seems to be no training at all. My guess is they hire kitchen staff and just have them run the bar. Overall not good. If you are going just to bowl use the groupon and have fun. If you go to the bar well you have been warned.

Called ahead to see what their hours were and if the place was packed/if lanes were open. We were told there weren't a lot of people there a long with what their hours were. I asked if we should reserve a lane and was told he didn't think it was necessary as there weren't many people there at the time. The gentleman on the phone was nice and seemed informative..... My family met up at Brunswick with two groups of friends about an hour later only to be told that we only had 40ish mins to bowl because they were about to have league bowling. I don't understand why that couldn't be mentioned over the phone when I called. It was a total waste of a trip over there.

Very rude management. Traveling out of state with a group of kids. One who has severe food allergies. Bowling establishment couldn’t accommodate the food needs. Refused to allow the parents to bring food in to the child. Manager said it was “wonderful” and laughed. Child had to leave the group she was traveling with just to eat. Sad that you would not accommodate one child and make an embarrassment out of her issue. Would never walk into this establishment again. Kind of sad that even some of the upscale restaurants they ate at while in Colorado Springs had no issues with her having her own food. However, this subpar bowling ally can’t be more understanding.

My son's wife called to make sure there was open bowling for on my birthday and was told there was. When we got there we were told that there were no lanes because there was a league and a tournament going on. We came from different parts of the city and from down in Fountain (12 miles one way) for nothing. So don't trust what you are told over the phone. Won't go there again!

Two stars because the bowling alley itself was great and food was really good. If you need a drink from the bar however then plan to wait a while. The bar tenders clean glasses and tidy up before getting to actual customers.

Horrible place. My family are very active bowlers, have our own shoes and balls, have been bowling for years. We try to come all the time and they always have the whole place rented out for league. We got in one time played 5 games and they told us it would be $60 when it was on a deal day and should have been at least half that price. The staff is always rude to me and my family. Dont waste your time or money. Definantly not worth it. We always have gone bowling at least once a week and every single day of the week there is league all day everyday in the whole house.

We went with friends and one of our grandkids. The lanes are very nice, the seating was great and the scoring was easy to read. They have a good selection of house balls to choose from if you don't bring your own. We didn't sample their food, but it looked like a good selection. I did see a pitcher of beer go by...

We enjoyed a quick decision bowling family fun time!! And normally I frown at how price of bowling has become. Considering it used to be an affordable way to spend some time when I was young. But this trip was pretty good. Of course you paid for a game. Then a fee for shoes required for bowling. Yet it wasn't outrageous and the service and attention to costumer satisfaction was on point. I do recommend this place at least during the daytime and more so the week day!!! Enjoy...

I stopped in with some friends yesterday for a night of fun and couldn't be more pleased with the experience from the staff. Savana at the front desk was super helpful in getting us squared away and was able to answer all of our questions. Our server, Miranda, was attentive and made sure we always had full drinks and our orders were correct. Definitely be coming back again soon!

Our Thursday Night Circle Downers league has complained numerous times that the Air Conditioning is running when its 10-15 degrees outside. We should be comfortable and not wearing winter coats. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible. We are tired of hearing its “corporate” controlled. I work in HVAC and know there are numerous thermostats that control the temperature in the building.

Staff was nice, however food took 30 minutes and came out cold. They were out of almost all of their menu items. It was cold inside, TV's weren't turned on. Just seemed very run down and understaffed. Staff was very nice which is why I gave the 3 stars.
