Justin served us at the bar and he was excellent. He was very attentive and on top of everything. I didn't even have e to ask for extra silverware, being that I had arrived after my party, and had just sat down when food was served. I was impressed at his quickness to bring over an extra plate. He was on top of everything! However, I must say, my favorite thing about Justin was that he cared about the consistency of the beverage he made. This tells me that he has integrity, and above all he's the type of person that will make the drink right the first time and ensure that its quality is as it should be. You da real MVP!

Fun place, good food, and good service! It all started at the door when we walked in. Our hostess aliee was amazing. One negative was our server, bridget. She was extremely rude and short with the whole table. I wish the servers were as nice as the hostesses. Overall we had a great time and will come back again soon.

Really nice decor and a cool place to go with friends for drinks. But it's super expensive. Small drinks are almost 9 dollars. I suggest pre gaming then go. But overall a very nice place.

Awesome!! In every way!! The Staff and Manager where amazingly very nice and took good care of us. The food and Drinks where great! we took the whole family and invited friends and their children as well. While the kids where self entertained bowling we had drinks and enjoyed the Good food. We all went home happy our kids where exhausted from bowling and fell asleep on the ride home

Went for bowling and got a lane quickly. While paying for the lane I also asked for someone to come get our orders for drinks and food. My party was there for an hour before anyone showed up and at that point the prepaid bowling time was over.

This my first time at a Lucky Strike and I have to admit this has beaten out all my local bowling alleys. The happy hour specials are decent and the atmosphere is good. Pool tables, a bar, and of course, plenty of bowling lanes. A nice place to unwind after a day in the office or a place to chill until traffic dies down before the commute home.

Service was poor, food was average. However the ambiance was very nice. Lots of TVs all around. A total sports venue. The bowling lanes are well lit. Just don't go for the food or expect good service cuz you will not find these here.

Impeccable service to our group reservation. Excellent food options that satisfied our palettes. Pizza, sliders, shrimp & chicken skewers all delighted. The bowling experience was top notch too. Who knew how much fun this would be? Everyone bowled and for a night, the world was perfect.

Came here with my family including my 17 year old sister, after 20 minutes to wait for the cashier to get us a pool table we get to start playing after another 20 minutes we decided to get drinks on our own since no one came to us to take our order. Then the bartender took its sweet time to get us our order ( fine he had two orders before us). By now its been almost and hour for us to get comfortable. Then some guy with a ear piece comes and tells me that after 9pm only 21 year old allowed to stay . Service is horrible and no customer service skills at all. I'm never coming by this place again my hard earned money is too valuable for me to waste it here

Probably one of the nicest bowling alley's I've been too. Decor was really nice and modern, and everything was very clean. You can tell it's band new. I like that they had several pool tables, a bar and little sitting lounge are and then the bowling alley's. Lots of fun stuff to do here. Will be back for sure.

This is a very nice and modern bowling alley. All of the equipment seemed to be in good condition. $35 hr for a lane for up to 8 people or $5 per person per game. My group of 4 people was able to play 1 ½ games in an hour. It probably would have been better to pay per person/game so we could have played 2 full games for an extra $5. Shoe rentals are $5.

Girls night. This is a great place to come hang out for any reason, not just bowling. They have huge TVs for sports and TVs playing music videos for bowling. The ambiance is like a very upscale home's gameroom. Drinks and food we ordered at the lanes was reasonably priced and came quickly. Great selection and exactly the type of food you want to eat when you are a little tipsy. Allow me to recommend the nachos. I had a few dirty martinis with vodka and they used the perfect amount of olive juice. The service was fast and the place was absolutely packed. Tons of parking in the mall parking lot surrounding. Tip: find the Krispy Kreme and park in that vicinity. It's in that area of the mall.

I'm not a pro. I just want to find a clean fun place for my son to bowl. He can normally bowl about 6 games in an hour. Here the pin setter is so slow he only bowed 4. Plus sometimes it set the pins with them still wabbling. The cost was high too. There are better places to go.

Checked out Lucky Strike for the first time last month to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. It was an alright experience. I love the layout of the place and the patio is very cute as well. What I don't love are the prices. Everything is extremely over priced. I would understand if their customer service was top-notch and unforgettable, but it was mediocre at best. Also, the place lacks energy. There was a decent amount people, but the vibe was just lacking. If you're looking for something chill to do and spend a decent amount of money, this is your place. I wouldn't go again if it were up to me, but if one of my friend's really wanted to go, I wouldn't be opposed either.

Celebrated my gf 12 yo boy bday party. Paid $600, what did I get...frozen pizza, salty hot dogs, very slow bowling lane experience and incredibly slow waitress service. Paid $80 for service charge and gratuity and I saw the waitress only 1 time in the first hour. Had to go to the bar myself to refill my beer only to have her confront me there saying the beer is on the way. Yeah, you had your chance to do your job but you didn't. Then they stole my change. They are thieves, incredibly slow service, thieves, no customer service training or experience seen and thieves. They stole my change.

Attended with a group. My boyfriend hurt his back and couldn’t bowl. Brought this to the attention of management at the beginning, middle and end of our party. Manager Brian Reis didn’t care. He stated there was a three day cancellation policy. I could understand the policy for the whole party booking but not for a single person out of a group of 15. I’m extremely disappointed the manager decided to take $50 for someone who didn’t even bowl. We will not go back due to the poor customer service.

3 year olds birthday party. We had the entire party room to ourselves. 8 Lanes or so, prompt service. We were planning surprised at the service here. The food (pizza) primarily was quite tasty. The one downside to these Lanes on my opinion are horrible shoes and balls. If you bring your own ball and shoes you'll be fine. Lanes work great.
