This is a cool place to go during the week and Friday and Saturday nights before 10:00PM. It gets a little hood in there after 10PM so just beware if that's not your type of crowd. We went for a work party so we bowled and shot pool for a bit. Pretty reasonable pricing, lots of lanes, full bar inside and they are open 24hours. After 10 or 10:30 its 18 and up so the place turns into a kick-it spot for the youngsters with full security and a cover charge that you can use towards the activities inside. They also have laser tag and an arcade. Overall great place.

You have to get change for any bill greater than $5 from the desk, as neither the vending machines nor the change machines accept them. Also, the chips & snacks machine didn't accept any more than $1.25 at a time, if you give it more, like $2, it'll just spit the second back out when you try to order. You need exactly a $1 bill and a quarter, from what I experienced. Besides the complexities of the vending machines, this place was great. It felt like I slipped back a decade.

When we asked when the game was they said next round. So we waited in the arcade and said they would call us when they where ready. We went back a little while longer and they said we missed it so we went the next game but they called us on the intercom this time. But better for us because we were almost the only ones there.

Laser tag is setup well and fun. The arcade looks ok. Bowling is disappointing. Bring your own shoes and ball. The rental shoes are sneaker like with only a nonstick area under the ball of the foot. The heal is rubbery and will stick. The lane approach is sticky in spots. Wrenched my back trying to slide to the line and hitting a sticky spot.

This location has been around for as long as I can remember, yet the alley is still in great shape. The electronic score system is reasonably up to date. My only complaint is the cost. At $1.00 per minute, per lane plus shoe rental, you will find yourself paying a couple hundred bucks for 6 peeps to bowl on two lanes....

Awesome bowling alley! Lazer tag, 2 arcades, a full bar and good food. Definitely one of the better alleys I've been too. The lanes all have touchscreens and theyan take tour picture and make a little animation for your party. Super cool!

CCL is a clean & fun place to go to. IT doesn't get crowded unless there is a social gathering taking place. You can get relatively cheap discounts on the lanes on slow days. It is also a 24 hour venue. Decent food during the Midday hours. This was the first place I actually learned how to Bowl. Definitely Recommended.

Having lived near this place for quite some time,I've seen it evolve over time. A new coat of paint, better lighting, etc. But some things don't change. Aside from the rather strange characters that gravitate towards one of the only 24-hr/day businesses in Sacramento, the staff are equally...unique. After paying for a laser tag/arcade combo, we never received our arcade cards. When I brought it up, the guy acted like he didn't know who I was. It had only been 10 minutes. Thankfully, I was able to convince him by producing the ticket he gave us for laser tag, but had we misplaced it, it'd have been a $45 loss. I had a great time shooting people with lasers,but the weird atmosphere combined with the struggle I had at the front desk really annoyed me. On a side note, how did I get 4400% accuracy? Does laser x run on Windows XP or something? Glitchy...

Bowling here is not accurate! If you are seriously into bowling, don’t come here. They have pins on strings. There was multiple times in our game that we knocked down pins that came back up in the next frame. So frustrating.

Took my son & 4 of his friends there to celebrate his 18th bday. Im disappointed about our time there because we kept getting bounced around from lane to lane. I called ahead of time to assure that the time we were going wasnt conflicting with their party schedule. I was told it was a good time. When I arrived, we were confirmed a lane, 45. After setting up within the area of our lane with food & drinks, our lane was given to another family. We were then given lane 31. In the middle of our game, we were asked to move to lane 15 in between two families with lots of little ones provided they would give us an extra 30 min of bowling time. Again, we moved food, drinks, bowling balls & all. In the whole moving process we misplaced my son's birthday sign (a very special memento). Errrr! Not a happy ending. I will definitely reconsider doing this again in the future.

Prices can get pretty high sometimes, but if you go during a discounted day or happen to be friends with someone that works there, then it's not too bad at all. The place is relatively clean, and there's a ton of different things you can do; laser tag is fun, and the arcades have some good games. They always have newer pop songs and hits playing (with music video), so that's always nice. Their food is overpriced, but I'm not gonna lie when I tell you it's delicious. I believe they let you bring in outside food too, probably because they host a lot of parties and events.

The overall experience was fun, and the place seemed well cared for. The staff was helpful, and I had a great time bowling and doing laser tag with friends. However, everything is a bit pricey. The arcade games, food, and price for a game were a little high. Though food and arcades are usually always pricey, so I feel that is to be expected. The bowling was fun however, as well as the laser tag.

The place is well used. It is old and a little ugly but it has everything you need. From the arcade and bowling to darts and pool, it is really a fun place to go with family or friends. The drinks are also pretty cheap and that never hurts when you are stuck there for a kids birthday party.

Fun bowling but the one side has strings and sometimes messes up the pins. Also the ball giver backer machine didn't seem to be working that well. Ball kept getting stuck. Men's bathroom was UNACCEPTABLE there was a pile of poop in the stall. And the door was open. This bowling place is good and bad.

Was having a very awesome time bowling and playing laser tag and ended the night in the arcade. This group of thugs came in and weren’t even playing games and when we set one of our bags down they stole our phone and wallet. Security did an amazing job acting quickly and stopping them in the parking lot. They of course played the race card and hid the phone and wallet in one of the bathrooms before leaving so they didn’t have anything on them besides all our cash. Hated to end the night like that but Country Club Lanes did an amazing job handling the situation.

Open 24 hours!? Never even knew. There are over 40 lanes, 2 arcades, full bar, snack bar, tv screens everywhere....I guess plenty to keep someone occupied 24/7. Laser Tag next door. And if you don't want snack bar food, Sam's Hof Brau and Popeyes share the parking lot!

Very fun place to be. Their arcade has great choices. It’s big enough to feel the value. The kids had fun at the arcade. I enjoyed the scene however I want to warn you about ordering from the waitress who walks around from lane to lane. She told me I can order a beer tube (bowling ball beer bong) from her and showed me the prices. I proceeded to order from her, ordering Corona (and watched her write down on her notepad, “Corona”. I paid with cash. When ordering I had a pitcher of corona that I was finishing and when I got done with that, my group started with the Beer tube (bowling ball beer tube). To our realization we concluded that this was a light beer probably Budlight or Miller’s lite (with an obvious difference in price). I’m just sad that this waitress tried to play us. We didn’t feel comfortable approaching management so we just let it go but this experience makes me question if we will come here again.

You go here to have a good time, often with little ones. The people at the door that were taking the cover charge where honestly really rude. No hi, just "5 dollar cover charge for each adult, kids under 12 go in free." Um ok. Not the type of first impression I'd like but whatever some people have off days. Aside from that the staff inside were much nicer, especially the waitress. Overall did have a good night.

It was Christmas Eve and my children are adults. My niece is born on Christmas and she was turning 27... we went to Sac to see the lights but they were CLOSED! But we had already deove over an hour. So wth do you do on Christmas Eve at 9:30 at night??? In comes Country Club Lanes for the win!! My daught called to ask what time do you close?(Since it was Christmas Eve and EVERYTHING was closed) and the guy who answered the phone enthusiastically says, "WE NEVER CLOSE!!" We were only a little over 3 miles away. We got there and had a blast. We waited and paid the All you can bowl rate. 20.00. It wouldve been 14.00 had we clocked in before midnight but we played Laser Tag & arcade games first and just lost track of time. Staff was friendly. Only downside... how does a 24hour bowling alley NOT have a 24 hour snack bar... or at least an outstanding vending area??? But... I think we just found our new Christmas Eve/Christmas family tradition!!!

This is a really fun spot on Watt. They have bowling, arcade games, billiards tables, and of course bowling lanes. The lazer tag is kinda small but still fun, the beer selection is half decent and prices aren't bad. 14 bucks for a pitcher of Coorslight. I have never had to pay a cover charge for a bowling alley before but they give you a coupon to spend at their establishment. It's basically a drink ticket but you can spend it anywhere. Seems like that way, they can ensure that people are giving them some business. I recommend unlimited lazer tag if you do it. The games are fun and go quick! This place has been here for a while and is easy to find. They have good security and policies in place to keep them busy but also maintains some kind of exclusivity. Clean facility, the only complaint is the pool table we played on had a frayed edge on the felt.

Fun enough but my how times change. Bowling used to be fairly inexpensive. You paid by the game. Now you pay by the minute in "27 minute increments. It's highly unlikely you will get through the traditional 2 games in only 27 minutes. If there are 4 people in your party and you stop to wait for someone to use the bathroom or go get a drink I guarantee you will go into the 3rd 27 minute block or further. That's over $75 F****** dollars! Add $3.00 per person for shoes a a beer or two and you're easily at $150. Thanks but I'll pass on this in the future.
