Love the bowling on Saturdays for our special needs kiddos! They are always so nice and friendly to us. They are engaging with our kids and always make us feel welcome to bowl and enjoy Brunswick. David & Devine are wonderful managers. We came here back in January for our sons birthday and there was a missing charge in the food area and the manager made up for it by giving my family 2 hours of bowling. We didn't think we'd be able to do it since it is now March but the honor what the said they'd do. Which was way more then we could ask for! Thankyou gentlemen! The staff working tonight was very nice & helpful as well!

Normally enjoy bowling here, but today they closed the whole place on a Saturday night for a private event. That’s fine, except there was no mention on the website that this was the case. Are we supposed to call every time we want to go bowling? Very poor, will be going elsewhere in future.

Lived down the street from this place for close to 16 yrs now and I can say that their customer service used to be rather sh*tty but has definitely improved over the past few years. Prices are only worth it if you go at specials times like 2.22 Tuesdays. Plenty of new kids working there, so expect some delays and occasional mistakes with food/drink/check situations. Fun atmosphere, recently remodeled, lanes are taken care of, overall good times.

Did the birthday package. Was a little disappointed with the 18% administrative fee however, the staff more than made up for it. I had some 'minor' irregularities with ball return etc... didn't complain however, the GM spoke to me and he was very professional as was the staff at the front counter and that lady who supplied our food. Great birthday experience.

Waited over an hour for a lane. To get told we would have to wait 2 more hours because they were giving the lanes to the bowling league. Half the bowling alley was still open however it needed repairs and to be oiled both which the front attendant didn’t have an idea when they were going to show up. Please let customers know up front what’s going on.

I love the remodel! The pro shop is great and well worth a visit and I am truly surprised at the quality of the food at the snack bar. It's more like the appetizer menu from a nice restaurant than bowling/bar food. Join a league and spend some time here and you'll soon feel like your visiting a good friends house. You know, if you have friends that live in giant houses with an arcade, snack bar and bowling lanes!

Was very excited to try this bowling alley and share a few drinks with friends. Firs, was put on a waiting list for an hour and a half. Which I didnt mind too much considering they gave is some free arcade cards. But then I noticed several open lanes, which seemed to be given to league players immediately, which I consider unfair due to the length if the wait time. An hour and 45 minutes later, we get a lane, only after asking when our wait would be up. Start a round, and withing 5 frames, our pins must be reset almost every frame from then on out, which was game breaking as it would reset our pins no matter what we were left on. This continued for both the rounds we played, untill we couldn't take it anymore and finally left. The bar section was another story. Waited a good 15 minutes for a round of beers. Was trying to be patient and courteous as it was pretty busy, but twice I was snubbed for others who arrived at the bar after I did. Wasnt even greeted or acknowledged untill about 10 min in. Finally came to recieving our beers and they're out. The entire night was bogged down by excessive wait times, poor service and terribly functioning lanes. Not sure if it was due to understaffing, or just shear lack of training, but it left my experience lackluster. Only reason I am not rating a one star is because I feel that to be unfair as some staff was trying and I did have a good time with my friends and son once we actually did get a lane, despite the game breaking resets and wait time. I will not be returning and would not recommend to friends and family. I do encourage others to possibly give it a try and see if they have a different experience.

Definitely a fun place to go, and staff is super nice and helpful. From the front desk to the bartender and our server at the lanes, the most help and information I've ever gotten at a bowling alley. Loved the pool tables and arcade too.

Very fun, but over priced. Would go more than 1xyear if over all costs were 20% less. 5 of us (2 adults, 3 kids, including 1 4yr old) cots just under $160 to bowl two games, with some food and drinks... that was our split (shared bill with family). Food was 2 alcoholic drinks, 2 kids meals a mini-flat bread pizza and 2 mini-sliders. Arcade was impressive but hars to find a single game that costs less than $2 each play. Honestly would be a cool place to frequent once a month with the family if I knew we could walk out of there, for under $100.

Great pricing and no wait for a lane. Downside was the food did not come out as it looked in pictures and most the items in it was cold. We got the alley sampler. So cold nachos with jalapenos and chili beans on them. Not what was in pic. Cold cheese sticks and burnt mozzarella dippers.

I went there today to pick up my new ball that I had drilled for my hand, I immediately went to use it. I got 2 free games and bought 5 more. The lanes great and the staff is nice and polite. I enjoyed my first time of bowling and will be back. The pizza was good and the coke tasted great. I had an issue with the ball return but they got my ball back and everything was fine.. I recommend this bowling alley to anyone.

Here's the thing its a bowling alley, a beautiful renovated bowling alley to he exact EXCEPT our visit on the night of Sunday, July 15th was less then stellar. We were in lane 8 and our lane malfunctioned a minimum of 10 times with us waiting at least 3-6 minutes for them to fix it EVERYTIME. We payed for 2 games and because of the lane malfunction we barely were able to start our 2nd game. We only got to the second round before the alley was closing and we had to leave. The food menu looked like it would have been decent however we ate before we came so we didn't try the food, they also have a full bar and we did have a few cocktails. What was really a big bummer was that we were there to celebrate a birthday tonight and the birthday girl left pretty let down which you never want to happen on someone's birthday. Overall it was a nice bowling alley and I imagine without the malfunctioning lane and the long wait times for it to be repaired it had the potential to be a great evening.

Raised prices WAY TO MUCH, for my two boys and I (5 & 7). 3 games of bowling came to over 75.00 on a Sunday afternoon. "75.00 DOLLARS". This is outrageous. Now instead of paying for the lane and shoes, NOW each person playing gets charged as well. So if you are on a league with 10 people can you imagine how much that would be. Unless this is only for the working man who wants to take his kids in for a little fun. Until this price goes back down, you lost my business and many others after they read or hear about this. If you just want to have a night out with friends this alley may be ok for you, bring lots of money! If you are a BOWLER this house is not bowler friendly, its way to dry and they need to make repairs to the alley. This Was, one of the best BOWLING alleys on the west coast. It's more a fun center now, enjoy!

Nice place to bowl. Saturday morning was busy as expected. It is a little pricey at 5 bucks per person/game and 5 bucks for shoe rental. For myself, my 10 year old daughter and 6 year old son, 30 bucks for 1 game is a little much. Maybe if they offered a family discount or discount for small children, it would be more fun.

Took my church team here on a Saturday night with no reservation. The place was busy but in a fun way. The workers behind counter were very helpful. The manager I can say is awesome. I believe his name was Tony. He answered my questions and helped me with my coupons I received online as a new member. Sorry Tony I did not complete your survey within 24 hours but you were wonderful! I could just tell he cared about me and his job! The lanes were full with families, parties having a good time.

They have automatic bumpers on the lanes for kids which is great because I have a 1 and 4 year old, the bumper come up with it's the kids turn and go back down for adults. Awesome prices normally and great week day deals. Good food good beer great arcade !

This was an awesome birthday party for my severely disabled son. He loves bowling. Our waitress was super attentive and the food was good. We had a blast. For the actual experience we would give the place 5 stars. I gave it only there stars because it booking representative cheated us out of 4 movie tickets. When we booked the party for my son the advertisement said if we booked an event before May 31st we'd get 4 free movie tickets. So when we didn't get the 4 free tickets, my daughter called and was told by the booking rep (sorry about your luck) you didn't use the promo code. Are you serious. Wow. Well I think it's a shame because the staff that helped us the night of the party were amazing but the booking representatives unwillingness to honor the advertisement is such a shame. So I would caution everyone to check the fine print before booking anything with these guys. Honestly when I booked this I didn't see anything that said you must use this promo code so it actually seems like this company just wants to get over on their customers. Typical business before customers.

Bowling at Brunswick isn't that great, to many lanes are always breaking down, or not in use, and the bowling balls always get stuck down there and slow ball return to the racks. They need to have better lanes a d faster bowling balls coming back.

O went on Tuesday night since they had their special and we completely loved it. We only planned on staying for 1 game but ended up staying for 3. It was packed but we got a lane within 20 minutes.

This place used to be 5 . Great location, good music, cool people, but what made it great was the specials they offered, especially their Friday night special $ 10.00 plus shoe rental for unlimited bowling from 10pm to 1am. I used to be here every Friday night with with friends and because it was only 10.00 a person, it gave us more to spend at the bar and snack bar. Well recently they got rid of the Friday night special, and now charge $6.99 per game per person. Went last night spent almost 21.00 per person and was only able to bowl from 1015p to 1145p, over double the price for half the time, which also cut back on how much we could spend at the bar and snack bar. Like I said I used to love this place, but now it's just isn't worth it. Don't get me wrong still cool place, with great staff, but doesn't make up for the extreme price hike, and all around makes it no longer worth it. Bad move Cal Oaks, bad move... You guys used to be packed on Friday nights, every lane going, but now with the special gone and the extreme rate increase, as proof from last night only 2/3 of the Alley was used and most were only playing 1-2 games. Which may allow more money per games per lane but in the long run cuts way back on the amounts people spend in other areas of the property. Well I'm definitely going to be looking for a new bowling alley with an unlimited bowling special on the weekend (not in the middle of the week like a Wednesday), and will be back if they ever bring back the Friday nights special, which is the same thing I heard from over half the other bowlers last night. Once again Bad move Brunswick, Bad move!!!

Dirty and overpriced. Constant problems with balls not being returned, the lane getting stuck. We alerted the front desk each time but after the fourth problem asked for a refund and were told we should have said something sooner and no luck. There are lots of places to bowl in Murrietta, don't choose this one!
