Simple bowling alley that didn't get crowded. Food is cheap and the beer flows. Had a birthday party there for 8-9 people there and we had two lanes reserved with no issues. People were rolling up at different times and we would just send them to the counter to pick up some shoes and jump in on some games. Only thing was the balls would get stuck in the ball retrieval machine if both lanes shot at once.

I had a good time with my family at AMF. Only reason I gave a 3 is because 1 of my prizes got stuck in the machine. I asked for assistance. They said the manager was paged. Wait 20mins. Then I asked for a manager again. They paid the paged the manager again. Waited another 20mins. No one never came. I got tired of waiting and just left. I shouldn't have had to wait that long. Who knows how long I would have still been there. Other than that. I did have a good time with my family.

They were open on New Years Eve! Up until 1 am. We had a bowling lane for a couple hours, then played some pool and arcade games in their little arcade room. At midnight they gave us a complimentary champagne. Really good vibe and the place was very nice, clean and organized. Also serve beer and food. Good stuff.

I used to frequent this years ago in HS. Place is clean and overall kept up well though the return on lane I was on with my family kept freezing up. After 3 walk UPS to the counter and complaining (courteously) to the manager he put us on another. The icing on the cake was the pinkeye the balls gave me. My fault for not washing my hands and fighting allergy - based itchy eyes, but yeah. Thanks AMF.

¤Definitely a good place to hang out at with some friends and/or family. This place has been here ever since I lived in Montebello (18 years) and they did remodel the place a long time ago I think. The location is the most eye-appealing from the outside, but it does get better inside. • AMF Bowling also has a few daily deals like $2.22 Tuesdays, but you might want to check with the staff because theres more fees and you will end up paying ~$7 per person. •Children and parents will be happy to know that there are also rails that can be put up if you ask an employee and there are a few bowling ball ramps where a kid can place the ball on and let it roll down to the lane. •There is also an arcade at far left corner from the cash register. The games there are pretty new and uses the "Card - Pay to play" system where you buy credits and swipe the card to play games (I strongly dislike this feature). •A bar is also located on the right side from the cash register; offering pizza, sandwhiches, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as appetizers. Though the food has good quality, I would not agree with the high pricing of it all. I strongly encourage any person with a big appetite (or just anyone who is hungry) to eat at the Burger King across the street (exiting the main door a few steps to the left should be a crosswalk if you need specifications).

The service was horrible. We ordered nachos with steak and quesadillas with lemonades. It took them 40 minutes to bring us our order. And the food was wasn't very appetizing. We had to wait another 10 minutes for the drinks after we asked them AGAIN for them. Drinks that probably came from a soda fountain so I couldn't understand the hold up. Aside from that the bowling prices are reasonable as well the game playing.

I seen a manager male who wears glasses yelling at one of his servers. For the server sitting down and talking to the customer with a customer asked Them to sit down. He made the employee feel so so bad like if they done something wrong . He yelled at Employee hurry up we need your help the server caught up with there head down.Servers eyes were watery server walked away sad.But other than that service was OK

Walked in at 12 PM, was greeted and helped immediately and efficiently at the check out counter. We were a group of 12 adults and we decided to use our groupon deal that we had bought 24 hours ago . The AMF STAFF took it without hesitation and with no problem ; 35 bucks 4 adults w/ shoe rental for 2 hours, pretty good deal to me ! Thanks for the great customer service will be coming back soon !

The alleys were fine and clean. But the pins and sets up were slow. The bathrooms are old and rough. The front counter staff was either understaffed or overwhelmed (they were not that busy). Shoes EVERYWHERE. Noone cleaning or restocking them.

Love to go bowl here they have an arcade and have pool tables they are usually busy but there usually isn’t usually a large wait time. I have gone multiple times and they have pretty clean bowling booths. I live near by and have gone many times. They are kid friendly and have many activities for them to do in the arcade.

Great Happy Hour prices. Came here on Groupon which helped us. There is plenty of parking. Busy for a Friday night but did not have to wait long for a lane. Customer service was good. The arcade and pool tables at the bar kept the non bowling peeps entertained. They use a card system which made the kids think it was free but at least the tickets are rewarded on the card so there is no paper trail. The only issue is that we waited for our food for almost an hour. We ordered mixed appetizers. I think they wait for multiple lanes good orders to be done. Bathrooms need lighting and an upgrade. They did play good music and did glow in the dark night.

This place is okay again because the kids love it. From a mom's point of view, a bit scary I would not let my kids go alone to the restroom. Since they do serve alcohol is one of those places which is "kid friendly " but it's really not. Only my opinion. The service was great and friendly.

My son and I have always had a great time bowling here. It’s a little expensive but they do offer discount cards in the summer that are a great deal. The arcade is great and also has discounts in the summer. Plenty of parking. My only suggestion is to offer an email of your bowling game results. They will not print out your game anymore. We will be coming back for years to come.

Me and my colleagues held a Project Team outing at AMF Beverly. The place is huge and very spacious and has approximately 20+ bowling lanes. In addition to this they have pool tables as well. A nice to place to chill out with friends on Friday after work

Older facility, you can really tell the age of this place when you go to the restroom or stand outside the building. Pool table price is pretty expensive compared to other pool halls and the equipment is old/damaged. Will only come here when there is no other pool hall available. Bowling is dirt cheap on certain days and worth it, just bring your own shoes to save on the shoe rental.

We went on a Tuesday night, during their "2-2-2" deal. This deal is $2.22 per game, pair of shoes, slice of pizza, can of cheep beer, and some game discounts. For 2 games, 2 people each, and 2 pairs of shoes it came to a total of about $19. 4 slices of a one-topping pizza with the deal, one order of fries ($5.50), and two drinks came to around $20. Admittedly the food was pretty decent but the cost and grease didn't really make it worth it. $40+ for a 1.5 hour date is not awful. Small kitchen so slow to cook. The lanes were positioned for you to be right up against other people, awkwardly sitting and ignoring each other. They had generic animations from the 80's (why is it hard to get new stuff?) The urinals in the bathroom had no little dividers so you are exposed and is cause for losing another star. Soon as they fix that, they can get a star back.

Beverly Lanes is a bowling alley that can accomidate large parties. They take reservations for well planned events, as well last minute outings. Well maintained pool tables and a full bar make an eveing out more fun.

this is a great bowling alley. parking lot is huge and open on both sides. the place was pretty empty for a sunday and the TV screens above the pins is great! you're able to watch sports games at the same time as you bowl. counter staff was nice and helpful too

This place has been revamped. The arcade was relatively new, and all the lanes had huge TV screens from wall-to-wall. They also have table service for at the lanes and bumper guards. I went during Friday night at peak hours for the highest price at 7.99. After 9 o'clock it appears is the discount and everybody and their mom shows up. So honestly depending on the type of person you are, I actually enjoyed Less people and didn't mind paying a little extra. Menu options are your typical bar foods and drinks can be pricey when u do cocktails. Definitely will be back as my toddler has discovered his new passion

The lanes and arcade are pretty nice. The food prices are decent. But sadly the customer service leaves you hoping for more. Very crowded for a Monday night. Had to wait 45 minutes to get a lane. Table was dirty and asked for someone to clean it, never came. The restrooms (at least the men's), were filthy... It smelled like if they hadn't been cleaned for days. They crowd all family groups with children to one corner and leave them to forget them (meaning no table service). The only reason I would go back is for the really good value groupon discount you can get.
