So my friend and I tried taking our little boys bowling and as soon as we got there they were locking the door, and popped their head out very rudely and said “we are closed”. Keep in mind this was 7:30-8pm on a FRIDAY, and the door said they didn’t close till 12am. So immediately I call and ask what time they close and she said we are closing right now due to no business, but yet they just had two families try to come in. MAYBE YOU WOULD HAVE BUSINESS IF YOU WOULDNT CLOSE IT DOWN EARLY ON A WEEKEND. You might as well shut that place down for good. And your customer service sucks! Very rude girl that had her boyfriend in there with her, so that’s probably why she wanted to close early. Smdh.

Decent place, decent prices, and you WILL be bullied out of your table by "league" people and the owners don't seem to care. It seems this is the status quo at most smaller lanes so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised. Probably won't be going back.

Terrible experience with customer service. While the actual bowling was fine, the front office staff were ridiculous. The woman who was in charge completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun family experience. We will not be returning.

This is the third time we have tried to bowl with my grandson for the first time. I called and asked when open bowling would begin and they told me what time to come. I got there and the place was locked up tight. Hours on door and website say they should have been open. Will not try again and will take our business elsewhere where they are happy to have customers. In my book, one star is too much.
