The staff was rude and the food was terrible. The homemade pizza was literally a digiorno pizza that came out raw. They have no idea what they are doing. I wish there was a negative star.

First time coming here was awful. Just started bowling and it's fine then and it took over five minutes just to get my ball back and when I was supposed to roll for a spare all the pins came up and after I rolled the counter didn't register. This place is awful don't come here

No longer in business. Showed up Friday at 7pm. Nobody was there and the door wasn't opening. I called them and got a message saying the phone number was no longer in service. Edit: We are from out of town and didn't see the advertisements.

Really enjoyed our first family visit to Strike A Lot Lanes. Very affordable bowling, and the kids loved the comfortable environment. We enjoyed the arcade and pool tables after we finished bowling. We’ll definitely be coming more often.

Fun for the family but not for anyone who wants to seriously bowl. Between no lane courtesy from staff and other bowlers and karaoke it's a more laid back vibe.

Games were a bit glitchey but the gentlemen working the bowling area was happy to restart or switch ya lanes. They only have 2 little kids cheater bowling slides and 5lbs is the lightest ball. My 6 year old loved it. He bowled by himself with the bumpers up. The games mostly didn't work and the ones that did ...didn't print the tickets off for you to exchange for prizes. I believe they would have if the young lady working the arcade area was a little more focused on doing her job vs chatting g with other employees. Clean for the most part. Not busy on Saturday afternoon. Saw one gentlemen trying to keep the place picked up...the other two were just kind of hanging out. Not bad for some place close to go and entertain kiddos.

It gets a one star because it wouldn't let me give it a zero. Laser tag didn't work. The bowling alley wasn't working correctly and they wouldn't refund the money we paid. Stay away from this place it sucks.

Are you serious? Are freaking serious? I have never seen such a sorry excuse for entertainment. Lazer tag with dead vests. How the hell do you forget to charge them? And how can your employees not know how to operate it? Oh but it's okay because they don't normally work it. Every one who works should at least have some understanding of how it works. And the bowling was even worse. Lanes constantly breaking down, hour and half wait time just to finish one game only for it to break down again. Refunds should at least be a courtesy for this kind of mediocre service, but the only consolation is a free game. Why would I ever come back. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Ac must not be working because whole building was hot. Lanes constantly breaking down, balls not returning properly. Prepaid for 2 games for my whole family $75.50 worth. Halfway thru first, we grew tired of fighting the lanes so requested a refund for second game, which was denied. Did manage to salvage part of my money by agreeing to take a round of laser tag. Won't be returning. Fort Smith from now on.

Other than the scoring errors and ball return malfunctions we had a great time. The lounge was good and the staff were excellent.
