Nice bowling alley. Very clean with plenty of parking and options for groups. It has an arcade and bar and has pretty good food as well. Would definitely recommend bowling here, you will love it!

I brought my son for a mommy/son date and we had such a wonderful time, except our lane froze up 2 times during a game. Minor inconvenience for such a fun time though! Their arcade is awesome, and my son enjoyed the electronic bowling game. Their ticket prize machine was awesome, I've never seen anything like it before. Definitely will return!!

Terrible experience. So I take my gf out there on a date. First, I'm overcharged by an employee when I swipe my card. Didn't realize til hours later. Rewind, the same night I'm accused of stealing soda when I purchased 2 waters for me and mine. Embarassed and upset, i get up and leave. Next day I go out again to attend a graduation party and speak to someone about a refund. I'm told i cannot even speak to anyone about getting my money back until days later. Further more in this same trip I'm disrespected by 3 of their employees, as well as having my intelligence insulted multiple times thereafter. Sad, I've spent so much money at this establishment but never again. Customer service is the worst

Family and I went bowling last night. My personal experience was not good. The two bowling lanes we used kept messing up from the time we start bowling up until the time we stop. The manager wouldnt get us other lanes to use. If it wasnt for my kids i would have left. Our option was to continue to play and every time the lanes mess up they will try to fix it or stop playing in the middle of a game and still pay. The machines didnt add up or scores correctly. Customer service with a manager and other staff sucks. We didn't get compensated which I wasn't looking for any handouts it's how you deal with paying customers. My kids got hungry the people cooking messed our orders up. Was able to get alcoholic beverages without problems. Besides that I did enjoy spending time with family. Think twice before going hopefully someone else experience is will or have been better. I expected more than and better from Millennium Bowling

It was not the best but the best in Arkansas. They have a large food menu. Pizza was disgusting but could’ve been better had they not loaded it with so much pizza sauce. Light on the sauce, perfect pizza! Clean restrooms. Nosey staff but the older gentleman was pleasant.

It was certainly a decent bowling alley. It's a bit out of the way, though. The shoes I got were new and probably the most comfortable bowling alley shoes I've ever worn. The lane I was using had a small glitch at one point, but they were able to fix it pretty quickly.

I came to millennium bowl for the first time July 3rd with my daughter my 2 sons and my cousin..I wasn't able to bowl for the fact that I'm high risk pregnancy..I was sitting at the table by our lane holding my 2 year old that my son had to put in my lap because I cant pick anything up over 5 lbs..another huge group of pple came in to bowl beside us and the guy that worked here came up to me and told me I had to move cuz that table was for lane 21..the tables are not numbered so I did not know..I didnt see the big deal as to where was sitting..but I had to get my son to come grab his sister from my lap so we could move..then I ordered cheese dip salsa and chips that cost 7.49 I asked the lady why was it so high she said the cheese dip n salsa was homemade....lol..if that's homemade then they need to learn ...the cheese dip was extremely watery ..the salsa was store bought no doubt about it and the chips tasted stale...I WILL NOT be back..I rather drive 11 miles to go somewhere else..

The older gentleman at the front desk was hilarious and helpful. The shoes were well taken care of and most of the other bowlers seemed very friendly. Just make sure you are aware that Monday is league night. It might be a little harder to get a lane that day.

This experience with throwing my son a birthday party has been one for the books. First I arrived about 30min early since I was unfamiliar with how the party would go. Upon arrival Shane the owner informed me that once my party arrives to have all kids come up and get their shoes.(This was only after I explained to him this was my first time doing anything like this). The thing I dislike the most is you bowl first for 1hr then you go into a party room for 45min. Okay well with my group of kids they were more interested in eating then bowling first so that was a negative mark in my book. Especially since we had to purchase a pizza before we went into the party room, but thanks to an employee Ethan Victory he made sure we were taking care of. Now into the host of our party. I wish I would have gotten her name because she was AWESOME. She made sure everyone and I mean everyone including my guest parents were accommodated. Thank you ma'am for such great customer service. All in all I want do another bowling party since the kids preferred to play on the games vs bowling. We will continue to go just for fun since this location isn't as crowded as its competitors!

Bowling was awesome. But I will never eat there again. 12/22/15 between 9:30p and 11:30p. I order 3 chicken strips. All was well UNTIL I went to retrieve my food. Once I get to the counter there was someone standing over my food. As in it was in their posession. Arms on both sides of the boat. The young lady comes over and politely hand me the food that was or now is contaminated by this man. Touch or untouched . It should have stayed in the window. Why would anyone come that close to someone other than their own food. With a smile from the lady bc I was looking at the guy crazy. I didn't find that professional at all. Not to mention say the strips were burnt and wasn't all that pleasing

I've lived in Little Rock for nearly 5 years and somehow didn't know this place existed. Reasonably priced, from bowling fees to concessions and games. They've got pool tables, air hockey, football, arcade games and a HUGE Connect Four game. And it's got a bar. It's a pretty big place. We went on a Saturday night and it was busy, but everyone had plenty of room and it didn't feel crowded. It's a good time.

My first and last visit! The service was terrible. The prices at the food bar ate very reasonable but we will never find out because we did not order and we won't go back. All of the balls got hung up and we had to wait TEN minutes for anyone to clear the bowling balls from our lane, but they were happy to charge us extra for "going over our hour by FOUR minutes!" The cashier was very rude and unprofessional as well.

No issues at all. They've just renovated the bathrooms, which was badly needed. Don't go here to eat. Go to bowl and grab a few cocktails. Cocktails may lead to eating, but be prepared for simple greasy bar food. Otherwise, this is a pretty basic bowling alley with arcade. Great spot for kids, not to dark, no smoke. Bar isn't that prevalent if that sort of thing bothers you.

The BEST in Little Rock. Lanes aren't overly oiled. Staff has excellent customer service. The only thing that they should consider is a deal on Sundays like Professor Bowl has. 2 games and shoes for $6.00. If they do this they might run Professor out of business!

Went there for pool, so I guess my reviewfor bowling doesn't apply. Wont do that again. It's more of a family place, so the tables were short, and the guy tried to give us a cue with no tip. People there don't watch their kids though, we had a girl literally standing at the edge of or table watching us play our game. I kept thinking, these are some trusting parents!! We paid by the hour. The 2 lanes kept messing up but time kept ticking. They didn't tell us that bowling shoes were mandatory so we ended up paying for shoes that we didn't use. We weren't looking for any handouts. We just wanted to pay for what we used. The staff sucked! Horrible customer service. The cashier seemed a little prejudice. I hate to pull the race card, but it does still exist. He had a horrible attitude. We won't be back!

And atmosphere is plesant, unless your surrou red by large groups of screaming children. But that's not the bowling alleys fault. Would give it 5 starts if they modrenized how they keep track of games and fixed the pool table issues.

READ THIS PLEASE!!! I'd rate it 0 stars if I could. I had photo proof that I won 400 tickets and the ticket machine gave me less than half of that. We showed the the pic and they said there was "nothing they can do" a game gave me no tickets, it wouldn't print my extra tickets, half the games were out of order, some weren't turned on yet at 1:00pm!! I definitely won't be going back there. Pretty much ever.

On April 19th 2018 I went bowling here for the first time with some co-workers. I brought my own bowling balls. After a few games I was checking out and mentioned my new bowling ball that I got for Christmas and had custom drilled. I pulled it out of the bag and noticed marks all over both of them. I asked the two guys at the counter what that was from and one of them said "That will happen no matter where you go, it's just scuff marks, it will buff right out" I've been bowling at least once every week for over one year now and have never seen marks like that. I took their word for it and with it being low lighting and me tired from work I didnt think much of it. The next day I pulled my bag out of my closet and looked at them and realised its not scuff marks, its scratch marks! Multiple Small grooves all over both of my bowling balls that look like fingernails had dug out small pieces. I spoke to a manager of another bowling alley and showed them what happened, they told me it looked like a screw was loose in the ball return. I wish I would have said something but I figured that since theynoied and ignored it the day that i showed them there was no way that they would admit that it was their lane or that they would do anything to take care of it. My 12lb red and black Columbia 300 had been used before I bought it but definately didnt have those marks on it. The worst part is that my 14lb green and black Tropical storm ball is the one that suffered the most damage and I got that brand new Christmas day Dec. 25th 2017 and had it custom drilled for me in the middle of January. The grooves are so deep that resurfacing the ball won't fix the problem.

first of all we came through kids bowl free. we came all last summer and did not have to pay for shoe rental so of course this year we signed up got out here and found out after the fact that the shoe rental was not included.I have 3 kids with me and it cost 9.00 dollars for shoes! They gave no apology and did not say it was their fault but kids bowl free was to blame.I went on their web page to complain and of course there was no way to.What a rip off.Whos going to pay 50.00 dollars a week for shoes to bowl.I will not be going back.When it says free thats what it is supposed to be!

I bowling lanes are decent and the atmosphere during karaoke is nice. I even bought a bowling ball at the shop and the gentleman there stayed pass closing time to drill my holes. However, over the past couple of months, the customer service from the front counter has been less than par. I feel unwelcome and that it's a bother just to request a lane and shoes. It seems to get worse every week. I am taking my business elsewhere for the time being. I prefer not to support an establishment that doesn't want my service.

I’ve been to this establishment many times and have NEVER had the issue that I had last night. The young ladies in the food area were beyond nice and professional and the food was amazing as always. They’re the reason I’m not giving a 2 start rating. The people at the front counter on the other hand weren’t. There was an older man who would cut me off while I was talking which I didn’t appreciate. That may just be his personality so I didn’t take it too personal but the middle aged woman who I had to wait for to get a transaction reversed is who I’m writing about. I’m assuming she was the manager because she was the only employee who could do it for me. When I walked to the counter, there was no greeting and was already giving me attitude. I explained to her what I needed but the whole time she was making it known that she didn’t feel like doing the transaction and was very irritable. I kept my thoughts to myself until I finally asked her after a few minutes “why are you being so rude?” Her attitude changed, she apologized, and also made it seem as if she had no problem and was nice the whole time...WHICH SHE WASN’T. I would probably understand (a tiny bit) why she was rude if I were rude to her but that wasn’t the case at all. At that point, I was ready to leave but a few people in my group wanted to stay. I work in customer service and you should never make your customers feel like burdens. If you’re irritated, don’t show it. Overall, she left a bad taste in my mouth and I will take my business elsewhere next time.

It was okay, but the 2 lanes we were using kept stopping on us. The bowling balls kept getting stuck. We went to the front multiple times telling them about it plus we were still timed while the bowling lanes were stuck. They charged us for 16 pairs of bowling shoes and it was only 8 of us playing. They held our ID's until we paid for all of 16 shoes. The people beside us were not playing with any bowling shoes. The service was not good. The man at cash register was very rude and mean. He was snatching the money out of our hand and throwing papers in our face just being disrespectful. I really thought this was a very good place but I will not be returning.
