VERY rude staff members. Food and drink prices are extremely overpriced. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. They charge outrageous prices to bowl, not to mention our lane wasn't even working and the staff acted mad when we asked them to fix it after we already paid for the game. Someone please shut this place down. Complete waste of time and money.

This place deserves 0 starts but since I had no choice but to give a star, I gave one.. my friends and I are kidless for the night so we decided to go bowling, we live almost 45 mins away and choose to come here. First off, it was $44 all together for two games for four of us. If you ask me, that’s ridiculous. Into our second game my friend guttered his first ball and went to throw his second ball and he didn’t know the pin guard was still down so he threw the ball and it hit the guard. Immediately, he felt bad and went to find the owner. The owner was walking towards us completely irate and started going off on my friend word for word he said “you need to start paying attention because I don’t have insurance on this and I hope you have deep pockets if it’s broke to pay for it. These cost around $1,000!” My friend was trying to apologize and tell him he was sorry and he wouldn’t even let him talk and just walked away. I made sure to tell him that maybe he should look into getting insurance and that if he wanted to be rude about it, we would ever come back. We didn’t even finish our game, we grabbed our stuff, left our shoes, and left. While walking out my husband stopped to apologize to another worker and explain to him that our friend was sorry and he said “well maybe your friend needs to pay attention.” Like yes, we get it. He should of paid attention but he sincerely didn’t do it on purpose. Absolutely rude people and will not be back, ever. We will start taking our business to mountain grove.

Staff was rude and argumentative, not letting a child who can barely lift the ball much less throw it down the isle, not use bumpers because they are too tall. So the child ends up throwing the balls in the gutter and just cries. Talk about ruining another day for a child. What has happened to this world.

I am a disabled vet that took my son here for his bday. The staff came up to me at about frame 7 of our first game and told me I could not use a 9lb ball. I was using a light ball because I have a hurt back and shoulder and didnt want to hurt it with a heavy ball. I was not throwing it as hard as I could and hitting the back wall. I told him that I was a disabled vet with a hurt back and should and he said I had to use a heavy ball because I am an adult. He said that's how balls are broke. No balls are broke because kids come in and throw them as hard as the can. I was being respectful and bowling normally. I will not come back to this place.

Just for starters this place is WAY overpriced. Went there with one other person for one game and without drinks or food it was over $15. Before we even started the game our pins weren't set up so we had to ask them to fix it and they were very rude and acted like we were stupid. Even water is expensive there and the food is a joke for how much you pay for it. Extremely rude staff. Bathrooms are disgusting

Extremely rude owner. We took our 4 year old and 2 year old and he was still very hateful. Bowling was overpriced. We were disappointed and will not be back.

Great place for a fun family night. Prices are average for an outing, they do glow bowl, have a decent arcade and you can book parties here. For a party there aren’t weekend bookings available for Saturday or Sunday so plan a Friday night party. Party packages provide you with adequate space and provisions. They serve beer, mostly domestic, have good pizza and the normal snack bar style selections. Outside foods are not allowed for normal visits but are ok for parties. Consistent staff who remember your name, I vote you back and help with any needs.

Fun place, one of the few in town. Bowling is fun, bowling with friends even more so. They have a special night per week where they turn off the lights and play modern music. Their pizza is pretty good. Overall, if it's fun you want, to here.

My family and I all agree this place used to be better. They have gotten super strict on things now. No birthday parties allowed anymore and our kids and I even grew up having parties there. This town is limited on things to do so its a little upsetting but the care of the bowling alley and the operations are good. Nice little game center as well.

Two thumbs down. The staff are overbearing, rude and inhospitable. They actually complained about having to raise the bumpers on our lane for our autistic child. Bathrooms were dirty and stall locks broken. Won't be going there again.

Great place to hang out with friends or family. Love the staff and the facility is clean and well organized. My kids love the arcade room and can spend all day there.

The price for bowling is fair (2 kids and 2 adults for one game for $25) The staff is kind. They don't allow outside food, drink or containers and they're very strict about that. They charge you $0.50 for a cup or you can buy an expensive bottle of water. The water fountain barely flows (barely enough to maybe fill a cup 1/4 full since you have to practically tip it sideways to fill). The day we went was muggy and in the mid 80s outside. Inside wasn't much cooler (although they assured me it was set at 73) my kids and I were still sweating and their cheeks were red. It's a great facility and the only one in town, but go hydrated or expect to get nickled and dimed for thirst.

Very rude staff and owners! They keep thier A/C on 75° to 80°. It is sweltering hot in there and then they way overcharge for water! Food is cold before it gets to the customer and they wont even allow small snacks for toddlers to be brought in. Dont bother wasting your money here!
