I love coming here with friends or family. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff are always happy to help. This is a very clean and well maintained bowling alley with an up to date arcade and pool hall. The food is good here as well.

I visited Harmony Bowling with a group of about 25. The lanes were previously booked and they were nice enough to section off our lanes from the rest of the place. I really liked that. The bowling alley was clean, well maintained and the bathroom was in good condition. I didn’t order food, but others did and it looked and smelled good. I would definitely order something the next time I go.

Drove almost an hour to get there and all the lanes were taking. Must need to reserve a lane and the games in the arcade some didnt work right taking money off the card with no play. Lesson learned no spear of the moment family outings there

Don't go on Tuesday night. We just informed at the front door that we could not bowl until 10pm because of the league. Although they were not using all the lanes they had paid for them therefore they should put a sign on the door saying "closed to the public ". I find it ridiculous that they let someone take over the entire place for the night.

I took my kids and people were taking our bowling ball my kids had been using the entire time we was there told the manager but he didn't care guess cause they knew him won't be coming back and tell people about our experience don't go to this bowling alley it sucks

I visited Harmony Bowling on 10/27/2018 with 6 of my friends for my BIRTHDAY. I was excited to bring my friends there with me because I’d been there and I knew we would have a great time and experience. Well I was COMPLETELY wrong! We made it there about an hr and a half before closing and decided we would bowl one game. It was so many of us that we had to be broken up into two separate lanes which was fine. One Lane had no problems but on the other lane which I happen to be bowling on it was horrible! EVERYTIME one of us bowled the pins would get stuck and an associate would have to go to the back to unstick them so that we were able to continue. By the time we were halfway through the game my friends on the lane beside us were done playing. We were all so frustrated that we decided we would just request a refund for the lane we were on since we couldn’t enjoy our game due to it continuing to malfunction. I went to the counter and explained what happened and asked for a refund and was told by the associate she couldn’t give me a refund. I asked why and she said, “She didn’t know but she can’t. “ I said no problem and asked for a manager. I explained to the manager as well and was told she couldn’t give me a refund because I was “lying”. I told her to ask the associate what had gone on with the lane which she did. After the associate told her that they DID have to keep fixing the lane she still REFUSED to refund our money and showed no concern about the issue at all. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE. Customer service is extremely important in ANY business and I can truly say this was one of the poorest displays of customer service I have EVER experienced. And, the fact that a MANAGER did not resolve this is even more disturbing. A horrible way to end my birthday. I WILL NOT be returning!
