Stopped in to bowl a couple games. Nice, clean facility. Counter help was friendly and helpful. Did not order any food or beverages.

Customer service very very rude. Got there at five o’clock and was rudely told that we had to be done by six because they had leagues, but there was nothin on the signs that indicates this or else we would have come earlier. It was almost like the old lady did not even want us there. Won’t be going back.

Good area, good lanes, good food. Nobody at the desk when we came in. The guy that was working was great but overloaded on the weekend. Great overall. Just wish they were open for midnight bowling! Closes way too early with more younger families moving here.

1 Star isn’t even a fair rating. Customer service here is non-existent. I’ve never in my life been to an establishment that is meant to be fun and be “greeted” with such horribly rude people. We will Never return! To make it even worse I called before We drove there as we are new to the area and the girl on the phone was extremely rude, I ignored that and went in anyway and she was even worse in person.

Saw online they were open today (Monday) from 5-9. They had listed on their website that they had league bowlers at 6:30 but nothing saying they wouldn’t give out lanes before then. We drove all the way up here from hot springs (central lanes does list that they won’t give lanes after 5 on certain nights) but upon walking in right at 5 the cashiers were immediately rude and told us “you can’t bowl”. That was all they said. If you’re not gonna give lanes out then don’t list on your website as “open”. The rude customer service alone is enough to make sure we won’t ever be going back even though we pay more for central lanes. If I could do less than one star I would.
