Great bowling Ally, but as soon as we walked in, we said, “3 to bowl please” he said “looks like 3 guys who need a job” WHAT?!?!? are you serious??? We are all 3 off today and this was our first visit here, since we just moved to town. Not very welcoming! But everything else was nice.

A very rude manager works there. I tried to have a fun time with my family on a Monday Night and the manager was very abrupt "No lanes are open til 10, it's ladies night" Even though there was two available, which I asked, he continued to be rude to me. Not only that but there were two men bowling in two separate lanes at one side. It only takes my wife and I 10 minutes to go bowling, we would have been in and out, and he just shattered my son's heart, when we couldn't he wouldn't stop crying. Apparently just about every day of the week is reserved until 10 for something? I honestly have no clue, the man wasn't polite and didn't really describe. The website doesn't mention anything about reserved "ladies' night" or "mixed nights" and the door doesn't either. This is a case of false advertising if you ask me. There's just nothing family fun throughout the week in this town, and they could really change that if they just opened up the lanes earlier in the evening. This treatment I received from this manager was enough to make me never want to return, and I'll make sure everyone know about it!

I used to go here all the time while I was growing up and then I would come home and my mom would talk about how I stank of cigarettes and yeah that is a bummer but you know what I didn't smell like? Vape juice. That disgusting, sickly sweet smell of vapor that every sixteen year old kid in this town exhales to show just how cool they are. You know what? I wish kids would just smoke cigarettes again. Needs new pinball machines too.

The man behind the counter was rude, he stood and looked at us as we asked for shoes and a lane.Never spoke to us until we asked for a pair of shoes that laced up instead of Velcro. He said we don’t have any in that size. I told him we have used them many times he argued well we don’t now. He was working his crossword, more interested in that than customers. We ordered a small pizza the lady took our order and money, then she stood and talked to some man for 7 minutes before she started our pizza. To bad we have had fun here but it will be a long time before we come back.

I used to hang out here as a kid,, I moved away and came back after 25 years... Wow what a difference time makes. The place has been remodeled and improved. Too bad the help was less than helpful. I was excited to visit after such a long absence but was met by an intimidating sulking man who simply stood behind the counter silently when my boyfriend and I approached. After a few awkward minutes I told him we wanted to bowl,, he responded with two words, "shoe size". It didn't get much better from there. The atmosphere was like being in a funeral home, no music, somber employees,I was disappointed by the whole experience.

Nice friendly environment. The place is very clean. Today when I got there it was between one league leaving and another league coming in, so I only got to play one game. This was fine with me their leagues are there every week and I only come once in a great while.

Not accommodating to children with food allergies. They will make no exceptions on food being brought in, even though they allow cake and ice cream for birthday parties. If they allow cake and ice cream, why not let a child attending the party with food allergies bring a snack? My son will have to sit and watch the other kids and eat after I guess. I just expect more from an establishment that advertises as family friendly.

Nice place to take the kids for a good time bowling, They have bumpers on the sides so that the kids ball does not fall into the gutter. It will go through the alley and bounce back from the bank bumpers into the lane.

I go on Sunday, they have cheap family day rates, and it's always hilarious to watch little kids bowl. The lanes are always slick, hard to hit a predictable curve, but that might just be me....

I brought my 11 year niece and her friend, whom I might add are both very small, for a family game of bowling and the older man working REFUSED to put rails up. The smaller kids had never been bowling and 9 times out of 10 the ball went in the gutter. This is NOT for "FAMILY FUN" this place is for older people and the workers are unfriendly. Total waste of time and money, we will not be back. I had to give one star so I could write a review or I would not have even gave that.

I really find it disappointing that a family has to wait until 4pm or later to take their family bowling. If the bowling alley is open their should be a couple of lanes left open for the public even if there is a bowling league coming. Shutting out the public is not a good way to earn business. There seems to always be a reason you can not bowl unless you wait til late at night. Not all families want to take their kids out later in the evening.

That said, this is one of the only places you can go for fun in Mountain Home right now, so it deserves some credit. I usually go here to play pool when I'm in town, but I have bowled here some too, and it's fine.
