Great hometown place to bowl. Their house balls aren't all those terrible cheap things you find at the big name entertainment centers. They seem to buy old balls from real bowlers. The lanes aren't usually too greasy either. Cheap beer. What else can you ask for?

Real nice and friendly staff. They don't take credit or debit cards. The place was real clean. A little trouble with the pin deserter. Even with this, I would go back. I would like to add, they do have a ATM, inside, I forgot to put it with my original statement.

We bought drinks. Spilled two of them. So asked if we could have two more and we would pay for the next refill. They showed no sympathy and said no we don't do refills for free. I explained we accidentally spilled two and haven't had one drink out of two of the four. They said absolutely no way can we give u these refills. People were not nice and shows no courtesy. U would be better finding another place to bowl.

Staff is nice but this place needs re modeled. They don't even have leagues anymore because lanes are so bad. Ball's are all to small for fingers and to heavy.

My family and I have been to Cottonwood Bowl numerous times. Not only is it a fantastic place to spend a fun family night together, it is also a great place to have good food. The owners and employees are friendly and willing to serve the costumer the best they can. My kids are always asking to go back for more...of EVERYTHING. More bowling, more food, more fun! What wonderful memories have been made at this hometown business. I recommend Cottonwood Bowl to anyone wanting to have a great family fun night out. Or just any fun night out! In spite of what the Google page says, Cottonwood Bowl is definitely not open 24/7. They have strange hours, and, the times they are open seem to be just league nights. If you simply want to bowl for fun, or have a group, but are not in a league, they don't seem to be interested in your business.

There was ZERO oil on the lane they put me on. I only bowled one game and on the 7th frame I noticed the track on my new ball was getting chewed up from the dry and dirty lane. I came up for vacation and brought my bowling balls so I could get some practice in and drove 30 minutes to get here and it was a waste of time. They do not take credit cards either so if you do visit be prepared to pay cash.

Bad customer service called got told one price went in walked up through the game got told a higher price then when r game was done went to go pay and the price this time was even higher so 3 different times 3 different prices and it was very HOT in there as well not happy with the bad service also r machine kept freezing up as well!!!!!!!!!
