Very spacious, entertaining place. Lots to do so kids are occupied and having fun. A bit pricey especially if you have more than one child even with the specials. And shoe rental for bowling is not included in the prices. $4 something a pop, you're better off investing in a pair of bowling shoes, you'd save alot of money. All of the staff was not very friendly or informative on how the specials worked. There was one employee who was not customer friendly at all. Didn't acknowledge me, didn't smile, could barely understand what she was saying because she wouldn't speak up in a very noisy environment. She acted as if I was bothering her asking her questions. Other than those small issues, I think it's a great place for family fun.

Like with any venue the prices on food and drink were kind of on the high side ,at least for a first visit water was free however. Aside from that it was a great place to spend the eveing offering a bit more than just arcade games like at some other popular play houses. There was laser tag, billiards and bowling. The main attraction is the jungle gym suspended in the air an obstacle course all while only wearing a harness. It will test your balance for sure!

WORST WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! staff super careless and rude!! Waited one hour and 30 min to be seated another hour to get our food on top of it didn’t get the correct items also missing items waited 40 min for the missing items, reason we keepers waiting was because my kids were hungry my kids were super excited to come experience the games we had to wait another hour and half for a bowling lane we just got fed up and asked for our money back please save your time and money and don’t go to this location!!!!!

The atmosphere was good and the different things to do were great for our family. The food, not so much. Service wasn't great either. I'm sure the employees get pretty run down from the non stop service they have to give, but they should still do it with a smile and definitely not give customers attitude if they are asking questions. These things are what adults see though, for kids it's great. Mine enjoyed themselves and that is why we would probably go back.

ive been to the main event before and this hasnt happened and im surprised that no one else has talked about this.. me and my dad went on a fun day out and went to the main event we found out about the unlimited cards for the hour (you get unlimited credits for 1 hour of video games) so we of course took it and got unlimited laser tag bowling and the gravity ropes. We start to play and we get jackpots and all this good stuff only to find out when we get to the credit counter that "time cards" don't keep count of tickets/credits or whatever. we were not told of this at the front desk when we bought it so we spent an hour playing video games with the expectation of using the tickets generated to select a prize at the end.so two recommendations: 1) the front desk staff should explain the limitations on the time card (1 hour) this card may be more suitable for people not interested in prizes; 2) consumers need to be aware so they can ask the right questions. Unfortunately, for us our fun hour of playing resulted in a huge let down....and we left very sad.

Way overpriced. It was $2 per game.... lol some of them were $5 a game.... really? Man arcades sure have changed since I was younger. Use to be 25-50 cents a play and a lot more fun. You also have a better chance winning at the casino than you do here.

Clean, fun, very family friendly. There Lazer tag arena is on point with a ramp to an upper level it is fun for all ages. Very affordable for people with there $7 per person per activity per day. I wish the employees would have been at least acting like they were having a better day, but all round will most definitely be returning when I am in there area.

Took the family there for a unlimited bowling for $7 per person that was offered at the counter no other stipulations were given. There were 5 of us we got to the very last frame and apparently there was a one hour limit for the unlimited bowling. The staff and food were great but policies were not explain thoroughly at point of sale which is very deceptive The manager on duty was very rude I did not catch his name Was an older Caucasian male with no hair. The outside the location was filthy with numerous bottles of alcohol and trash including dirty diapers. I would not Advise anyone to take their family here and for bowling definitely not just go to an actual bowling alley where unlimited means unlimited like AMF bowling. The family and I will definitely not be returning.

We had my sons 21st Birthday there. They treated us great! The buffet of food they had was excellent and he kept it filled with hot food continually. They were nice about the fact people were arriving late and made sure everyone was able to eat and bowl. The manager was nice. The buffet attendant he was great! It was just an over all Great Experience!!!

Confusing as to where to go if you wanted to eat and play. One server for a whole section clear across the from the kitchen. If ordering from the table kiosk and had barely half of the options. Food slow to come out for mediocre food. Games for kids highly priced and toys for the tickets all miss marked and over priced for the little ones.

Clean, fun, and for the most part very entertaining. Yet the only thing that would need adjustment is the service in the laser tag area. Not only treating the customers very poorly but the younger lady working yesterday night would roll her eyes at any given request. The older gentleman with glasses as well not only poorly explain the rules of the game but would scream and stop players mid game and shout in their faces to follow said rules

Have been here several times. Really cool place with tons of stuff to keep kiddos occupied for a few hours. It’s a bit pricey during normal hours however they do offer unlimited periods with tons of stuff included for a very reasonable price. I didn’t go 5 stars because I think it’s not right how they set the kids claw machines. Most if not all are rigged to be physically unable to grab anything. Other than the seriously flawed claw machines, great place.

If I could give this Main Event 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat! Everyone one here was amazing, helpful, and friendly. The games were so much fun; I just wish I wasn't afraid of heights otherwise I would have loved to have done the gravity ropes. Bowling was a blast as well. Next time we go, well relax, have a few beverages and enjoy the billiards...maybe some laser tag. We will most definitely be back.

It's way to crowded and they wanted $35 for 1 hour of bowling and the arcade is massive but for any game that mite last a little while they want way to much if you buy 120 credits for $20 you can play 1 and 1/2 around 84 credits for something like the starwars podracer game

This place was just what the kids needed. My 15 and 17 year old are most of the time hard to entertain or hard to find an activity to have them let loose and literally have fun. The main event was perfect! Between the arcade that was poppin... then laser tag that was outstanding and good ol fun. I would definitely take my kids again

We meet here about every other Friday and always find an open door to a clean and inviting facility. They have no problem catering to our large group. Cristina is amazing at what she does and always greets us with excitement and energy!

We loved it! Everything was fun except the wait times was a bit excessive. Overall a great place to spend with the family. We didnt order any food from there because of the amount of money we spent on the all day passes but the good thing is we left and came right back on time for our turn for bowling. If you manage your time correctly it can be a great time. Also a little tip is take turns signing up for activities so you can have more time in your favorite place either laser tag, gravity or bowling. It was much easier and we went bowling about 4 times and laser tag.

There are plenty of other places you could go to that have laser tag, bowling, arcade games, billiards tables, a bar, food, and/or other attractions. This place has it all in a nice indoor (A/C) environment. There are plenty of staff that are not overworked like other places. I went on the obstacle course with my son. That was pretty fun. They do birthday parties too. There are a lot of restaurants, a Starbucks, a theatre, and other shops within walking distance. Its a great place for ages 5+. Check their website for discounts and specials.

I wish there was a zero stars option. Tried to celebrate son’s birthday, but ropes course was down for hours. Manager on duty, Tom, said there was no formal complaint procedure. Leaving a review online was the only option. Celebrate your birthdays elsewhere.

The game room is definitely their money maker... So expensive! All in all it was a great day that I would recommend for sure, just make sure you plan on spending a pretty penny.. ....OR TWO!!

Wanted to treat my son and his family (with 4 grandkids) yesterday to a fun afternoon of bowling and Arcade games at the Main Event in Avondale. It was POSITIVELY a Great Experience for a hot day in July@! First, you walk through the large sliding doors and are in Awe with the high ceilings, cool AC temps, music, bright, colorful lights, and the friendly staff members who assist you!@! A Team Member will text you and excort you to your bowling lane where you will enjoy the colorful changing neon lights, computerized scoring screens, bright colored bowling balls, and roomy seating area which adds to the fun-filled adventure. Before or after bowling, there's more fun for the kids in the bright, colorful Arcade or the suspended Gravity Walk and Laser light room. I have to mention how very clean and roomy the Main Event is....from the floors, the arcade machines, and the lanes to the restaurant and the Bathrooms....5 Stars!!! Their weekday price of $22/lane (up to 6/lane), $3.25- $4.25 shoe rental, $5.00 + Arcade Card/child, Geletos and Icees, was sooooo reasonable for a family of six.....WHY GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! We started with bowling and snacking, then the ropes course and games before getting into three rounds of Laser Tag in the two story tower defense with fog arena. It was the WORST experience considering it’s suppose to be better than Dave n buster it took over 45 min to get a seat n I had to waive a manager down due to the waitresses sitting down stuck on there phone they forgot to put my nephews order in and said oh it will be out late we forgot the order.... no apology or anything the passes are supposed to be unlimited we didn’t get to try anything because it was 45 min Wait and no one was even in line the cashier was extremely rude and had no clue about customer service let’s just say I will never be returning horrible first time left with a refund

I booked a group event which is made easy by the sales staff. They respond quickly to any questions or changes I made. The day of the event everything went very smoothly. The manager waited by the door for us to enter and give us our wristbands and game cards as well as the information we needed to use the facility. Plenty of booze, drinks, and some delicious burgers if you're looking to dine in with friends,family, or a date night. Although I gotta say the arcade games (as well as the wristband ticket) are quite expensive unless you're looking to some extra fun after dinner. The Laser tag as well as for bowling are also available for patrons if you decided to buy a wristband ticket for the whole day. They do also have a separate price range if you want to choose either one of them. In the end, I'd prefer the diner (as well as some arcade games) because their burgers are delicious. #datenight #healthy

Similar to a Dave and Busters but with a full fledged bowling alley, laser tag and a high stakes ropes challenge 15 feet off the ground. Much more open and less hectic than D&B, but the pricing scheme is the same. Pretty expensive, but if you have all day to go, can be a great deal.

They have you sign up for bowling & say the wait time is an hour, so you go sign up for laser tag & gravity and base them around the bowling time only to get called for bowling a lot sooner (any other time, that would be a good thing but now it messes up all your other tines).

We waited ....and waited... and waited ! We waited 30 minutes for the table to be cleaned . We ordered through the tablet and by 45 minutes we still hadn’t recieved our appetizer ! I had to ask the bartender to send over a server, the girl comes and says they must have missed the order and goes to the back for another 20 minutes . All the kids working there are playing in the back chit chatting and on their phones ! Worst service ever . I’ve been here twice and both times had the same service . The only ones doing their jobs are the bartenders !

The laser tag is the main highlight. We bought the summer fun pas for $20 which includes bowling , pool and laser tag. The bowling was the worst ... The shoes aren't I closed in the pass and the bowling lanes are totally dry. No oil. If you bowl anywhere else , you know lanes get some oil applied. Well, not here . These lanes are bone dry and it makes the ball behave a totally different way.

Great place to spend a few hours specially when they have their all you can play deals. We have enjoyed a good 4ish maybe close to 5hours in here playing bowl, lazer tag, billiards shuffle board the kids go on the high ropes and sometimes in addition to all that we also get a card to play at the arcade. For a hot summer day, when kids are on vacation is a great place to kill time and spend some time together in a fully AC building.

It’s a great place to go have fun with the family or even friends the only thing I recommend is that they do a longer play time on laser tag it’s the most fun activity here and also think about making the play area bigger for the laser tag as well if you do that will give you a 5 star but other then that not to bad on prices drinks are really good to kids loved it and so did I lol definitely coming back keep up the great cleanliness and customer service

I went during the afternoon. I sat at the bar. The bartender took forever to service me. Yes I said that I was still thinking of what I wanted but she did not come back for like 15 min. Also I was the only one sitting at the bar. The place was not busy at all and I got horrible service. I left after 2 beers. Would have stayed longer if I felt like I was being attended

Took my son and his friends there they signed up for bowling with a 45 minute wait, they waited over 2.5 hours until I came back and asked for a refund as they had never been called and they finally found them a lane. No apologies from the staff or anything

Would like this to be 5 stars, although we had a great time. It seemed to us that all the employees we encountered today had a rude attitude and very sassy like the man at the rope course or the women at the gelato/pizza place. It was our first experience here but it was just little problems along the way with customer service and the machine's not working properly (bowling and arcade game) and when we asked for a solution the employees were very rude and seemed to not want to do it. Although we simply shrugged this off as some one having a bad day it seemed everyone had the same "I dont care attitude"

$10 to play games for an hour. Way better deal than dave n busters. We played games and a game of laser tag for $30 total date night, so fun.

Great place for family fun. Something for all ages and the food is great. Staff is very helpful and always checking to make sure you are having a good time. Definitely a place I will go back to again and again.

Waited 20 minutes for service at the prizes area. I had to actually waive at someone for attendance. The young lady waived DJ down for me. He lied and said he noticed me. My little girl was short some points for her candy and had to leave some behind. He honestly could of just gave the candy to her for the inconvenience. Two stars for great games and cleanliness. Service needs work. The young lady at the front desk was the only helpful and friendly face.

Fun place to beat the heat. Only complaint is the bowling was so busy on a Monday due to the monday deal they have and the bathrooms were pretty gross.

This was a great experience for a child's birthday party. They literally took care of everything, except keeping track of the children LOL! The only downside was that I didn't realize they already had included the tip in my bill. This doesn't leave room for arguments against the service should you have an issue or if you don't pay attention to the balance before adding again to the tip (my fault). But all in all, I definitely will do it again.

This place sucks! Its a lot farther but go to Jake's Unlimited in Mesa! Its well worth the drive. You get way more moneys worth there and it's more properly staffed.

Came here for my birthday over the summer. Had a party of 12+ people, and we used their fun pass that have us unlimited access to bowling, laser tag, and the ropes course. Everyone had a really great time. Only downside was that the waits were a little long (not unexpected on a Saturday night) and the food a bit on the pricier side. Still a great time if you time or to use one of the fun passes!

Get there early for summer hours discount. Do go there if you got kids that want to do laser tag, climbing, bowling and video games. Don't go there if all the kids want to do is play video games. You can get into Dave n Buster's with no cover charge.

My daughters (9 and 11) and two friends had a blast. We just bought wristbands that give you unlimited games (except arcade). My wife and I shot pool and watched a basketball game, then we all bowled for an hour. We did have to wait for an hour and a half for a lane due to how busy they were, and our bowling was limited to an hour because of their rules for working through the waiting list. Kids played three rounds of laser tag and did the ropes course a couple of times. Be ready to bust out the wallet, but you will have fun if you do

I love this place You can have fun multiple ways...... If you have kids this the best place for you to come Climbing activities ,games, Laser tag... They do have a split side 4 adults to drink Play pool, bowling and much more... Check it out you won't be disappointed.

Slow service, (maybe 6 people she was tending to in the bar area) food came out wrong, no silverware or napkins to eat with, asked for the best deal for play with a 4 year old. Was given two options. Went for $20 in play because the unlimited hour for $10 you don’t get tickets with for prizes at the end. Little did I know, or was informed that $20 in play would only get her 6 games. RIP OFF. And when I told the girl i asked specifically for the best deal and wanted to see a price guide with all their options. She was rude and conveniently didn’t have one. My burger good good tho, had good flavor. And the fries were perfectly salted. Kudos to the chef even though I asked the waitress for no lettuce
