My nieces had a double birthday party for their 2, and 3 yr olds here. It was like a blast from 1979-1982. They took an old billard room with jagged, broken glass light fixtures, cigarette stained celing tiles, cracked accordian room dividers, and overall a bucket of bleach could have worked wonders on this place. The bathrooms were lined with 70's shower paneling, and haven't seen a good cleaning in a while either. I can't believe they even charge to use the party/banquet room. I felt like I walked into a squatter's trailer.

It was full to capacity with little kids. The lanes, and computers were really outdated. It wasn't terrible, but I don't think we will go back. Had to use a seven pound ball because all ten pound balls were gone.

I've been a regular customer for over 4 years and this has been my favorite bowling alley forever. Having said that there's a reason I am leaving a 1 star review. I came in last night ( Friday, December 7th) and was treated very poorly by an older man wearing a white shirt and some new girl working the front desk. Both of their attitudes were very poor and almost disconnected from the customers. It seemed like they didn't care about their jobs or me as a customer. Ive been coming here every Friday for a very long time and I have never been helped my these employees and it was sad to not see the regular people working the front desk. Honestly 90% of the reason I come here is because Patrick, the usual front desk man, has treated us so well. I live directly next to another bowling alley, but I come here for the people and their service that I get from them. I could go anywhere else in town, but Patrick keeps me coming back. If my experience next Friday is the same I don't think that I will be returning to this alley. Heck, if my regular people aren't there anymore ill just turn around and walk out.

Very nice bowling alley. Each Lane has a giant video screen and computer scoring. Great, friendly service, nice counter service food and a very nice bar inside. The lanes are in excellent shape. The atmosphere is really cool, they have trees and skylights inside. It's nice and bright and open. Great family place. It has a billiards table and video game room separate from the bar.

People were vaping by the lanes where children were bowling. Wouldn’t recommend for family’s or at all. We asked if they could ask the people vaping to stop and they said we know them and never made them stop. Also, they forgot about our pizza twice. We were supposed to get it at 5:15 and it never came we ended up leaving without a pizza. I 100/10 would not recommend. My eyes were dry the whole next day from the vape.

I haven't been bowling in years but it's always fun with kids. We went on a Sunday afternoon about 2 and found it busy with other families. The only issue we had was with how long it took to order drinks and snacks. It took at least 20 minutes, probably 30 to get beer and French fries. We had to wait nearby for the food to come up bc there is no system to announce it's ready. The building was clean, the equipment worked with only a couple snags. Good place to spend time with your family and children.

I love this place! Minday thru Thursday from 9-11 it costs 5$ to bowl per person. That's with shoes included. I take my son at least once a week and we have a blast!

We landed here after Bedroxx messed up the birthday party we had planned. They wouldn't "hold" the lanes for us, and told us it was first come first served. We rushed across town to find out that the front desk guy did indeed keep a 3 lane area "reserved" for us unofficially. Thank you for helping us save the party, and not crush a little kids Birthday.

The employees are awesome but the managers always treat people with disrespect. I have not had one good experience with the managers. I have a hard time bowling on a league here because of that reason. I wish they would do something about it.

Decided to go bowing with one of my friends there in Pontiac. Fiesta Lanes was a bowling alley I've never been to before. For my first time being there, I was very pleased. When we got there, they had a school bus out front and lots of high schoolers bowling. Even though we had to wait 20 minutes for a lane, I didn't mind. I like seeing places like this allowing students to come and bowl and have new experiences. When we did get to bowl, the lanes are smooth and well maintained. While we waited to bowl, we shot some pool. Their game room, which had numerous pool tables and some video games, was very clean. It is far enough away from the bowling lanes that you could carry a conversation without the noise. I'll defiantly be going back again.

However based off the phone call and service I got asking about going I almost skipped out on this place because of the rudeness of the guy on the phone. Rented a lane for two hours for two people. Their screens seemed to have neat features like where you could take selfies to have your picture come up on the main overhead screen.... but of course ours wouldn't take any pictures. The food bar seemed nice and prices were actually lower than some other alleys. However, we did have to have a tech retrieve our balls 4 times during the 4 hour period with no adjustment to our time...

It was amazing, food is great as well!! 8 or 9ish is like the light show which is a lot of lights and all dark and neon. Also projectors that show music videos, btw great music selection. Also the service is amazing, we dropped a lot of soda on the floor and helped us didn't even have to help tbh.

Nice facility. They need more bowling balls. The balls they have are heavily damaged. I misread their sunday morning special that said $8 from 9am until noon. When I arrived they clarified that meant $8 per hour. I thought it had meant $8 unlimited games from 9am until noon. I ended up bowling for 1 hour and having a nice time.

Ball kept getting stuck messing up my practice flow First frame of first game. Guy wouldn't reset the game and the last frame last game ball got stuck twicencould even finsh. Told the front desk attendant he just shrugged his shoulders. Twenty open lanes and would not switch me to different one. Treated like I was trying to get a free game. Well filed a dispute with credit card and will not be returning. Funny they had a brand new lane oiler for non working lanes.

Fiesta Lanes is a beautifully clean and family friendly bowling alley. Unlike many other bowling alleys, Fiesta is bright and open, with tall ceilings and skylights. There are tall trees inside, about every 20 feet with green plants hanging around the skylights. It's like small atriums inside. There are fun caricatures on your screen while you Bowl. It's a very nice place to have a good time.

My wife and I had a day off and decided to hit several local spots to check them out. Fiesta Lanes was one of them. This is a really clean and fun place to go bowling. When we arrived there were a couple dozen senior citizens bowling, in what I assume to be a bowling league. It looked like they were all having fun. On the far right side of the lanes, kids were enjoying themselves in the 'bumper' lanes. My wife and I got our shoes (Velcro, which were easy to put on but left my feet a little loose in the shoes.) The first thing you do is set up your avatars in their animated scoring system. Which is a hoot. Be careful, if you're not paying attention (as we weren't) your partner's photo may end up on your avatar. We had a great time here. We'll be back. Hopefully we can find a place to do some candlepin bowling in Tucson! Anyone know if that exists here?

Went for a family bowling session while we had family visiting from Pennsylvania. Everyone had a good time bowling also had a couple pizzas and some sodas even a cold pitcher of beer to split among those that wanted a drink. Fiesta lanes was neat , clean and tidy. Easy access near the corner of River Road and Oracle

Have never had such a bad experience as the one we had tonight. One of the employees(James) which is a manager, was on his day off and bowling in our 9 pin no tap tournament that we have at the end of our Vegas bound league. He had been drinking and getting loud before hand. He thought it would be a good idea to tell one of our league members he was going to kill him. Honestly, I don't think anything will be done about it, but not the first time he has had an attitude with customers and still works there. Don't think our team will be returning for Summer or Vegas bound league.

Decent place to bowl but all the balls in my lane and the adjacent one stopped coming back at one point. Took about half an hour to get it resolved, so that was a damper. I'm going to stick to Lucky Strike for bowling.

The guy who worked the counter was very friendly. The place is kept nice and clean. The lanes are very nice and well maintained. I like how they have all updated terminals for scoring and names. You can text people playing on other lanes. Kind of cool. The location is super convenient at River Rd and Oracle. I recommend this bowling alley.
