When I went there with my sister I requested a lane next to hers because she needed alane to herself for school purposes. The lady up front said that there were not any open next to each other but as soon as we get to our lanes they are separated by an open lane. She gives the lane to a senior and his grandson unknowingly after I explain to her about the open lane which she assured me she would switch. Needless to say the senior and grandson were irriate with me while bowling next to me after everything was explained and switched. The lady was nice but without those chain of events my experience there could have been better.

I came here on a work outing during my stay even though I have never bowled the staff was friendly and helpful explaining everything. They have a bar and food the pizza was pretty good but the wings were lackluster. The free refills is also a plus. Overall it's a nice place to spend a couple of hours and have fun. The manager even added more time for us to finish the game A+ customer service

This place raised there proses I’m here on an Monday night and they raised there prices to $5 and something a game? That not right just because they are remodeling right now there raising prices on everyone I do t deco and then at all.

I would give 0 stars but there is not a way to do it. Here's why; So I visited this place on a Wednesday afternoon before 3pm and I was seated separate from everyone else. Approximately 6-7 lanes away. Being that I was there with my fiancee and we are both African American, I was disappointed with that. I will not return to this particular location. Which is a shame because I like bowling and we spent more than $50 there. I hope others don't have this same disheartening experience.

It was okay as far as the bowling went. Always best to have your own shoes. That saves about $4.50 a person. I ordered a shot for my wife and I and combined they 'might' have equaled one shot. So I'd recommend avoiding that. Also I asked our server 2 times what the $3 drink specials were since the website said they had them. Not once did she say, our $3 drinks are the domestic beer. Instead she said they didn't have any and tried to sell me a bucket of minis for $24. We had the unlimited bowling and after playing some skeeball came back and our lane was turned off after 2 games. Guess you can't take a break. There are better places but the proximity works for us. We may or may not go back

I've been coming here for years and its a great place for family fun. But, the food service could be better. I had to ask for help with food during a bowling league and the girl disappeared. I stood and waited for 10 min before someone went looking for her. When she finally came she looked inconvenienced.

Nice lanes. Some of the chairs and rental shoes are a little old and could stand to be replaced. The holes in the bowling balls were a bit small for some of the guys I was with. We waited for quite a while for lanes while others got them as soon as they came up to the desk. However, this was understandable because we had a large group.

Took my nephew's on Monday the staff was friendly, the food was nice and fresh and my nephew who was a little hesitant about going had the time of his life with the cosmic bowling set up. Fun bowling. The machine that returns the bowling balls kept causing significant scratches on my husband's bowling ball. The machine took forever to return the bowling ball. Don't use Lane 9.

We won't be back. Only one person behind the counter in a busy place on a weekend means poor service. We waited 10 minutes for the attendant to come raise the bumpers on the lane so the kids could even start playing. Our food didn't arrive until after our game was finished (45 minutes after ordering). Then they gave our spot to someone else. There were no other tables to eat at, so we had to finish eating on the floor. ON THE FLOOR. Ambience is just meh. Seats are uncomfortable. I do appreciate that they didn't have the music turned up too loudly, though.

Really great deal Tuesday nights. $2.00 for 5.00 worth arcade and $2.22 games. Way worth it. Arcade area was very fun. Plenty of lanes to bowl. Pretzel's were fresh and wings just right.

This place is ok. It wasn't very busy this Sunday afternoon so the service was fast and they were friendly. The price however was not so friendly. For only 3 games with my 2 kids it cost over $60. Yes the place was clean and cool and the service was good, but I think it's a bit much for just 3 games and rental shoes.

Wow!! what I can say about going bowling @Brunswick zone Mesa Lanes was amazing they made you feel to welcome it was fun had a lot of games it was clean and there was one employee there are great but there was one she was awesome she had great customer service she's been there for like 18 years and she still loves working there so what does that tell you of that place that it's a family-oriented place they make you feel like family if you want to go bowling this is the place to go bowling at. Thanks you guys for letting us all feel welcomed "Just like home too daycare" thanks you

Woulda got 5, but there is this manager there who was in his 30's and already balding with a culdesac on his head! I am sure will secretly hate u for bring nice, polite, & welcoming w/an easily approachable attitude. (Everything needed in a customer service position) So thanks munson, for ruining an almost perfect thing! Other than that, love the place!

The recent renovations are nice but I would strongly recommend to renovate the staff instead. There are usually 7 or 8 staff there and at most, one is working while the others are standing around. There is never anyone behind the bar or at the food stand. They don't come to your table so you have to find them to order anything... And good luck finding them. I have witnessed physical altercations between the kitchen staff and servers- not professional. I am a league bowler and am here all the time so I would know. My advice: fire 99% of the staff and you'll still get the same amount of work out of them. The only exception is the punk rock looking lady she is a hard-working server. Or I suppose, the only one who works.

Love this place! Took my husband and sister there yesterday and had a ton of fun on the dark end with all the ultraviolet lights and played 3 games. The staff was very accommodating and my sister loved the fries she ordered. Fries don't seem like a big deal but my sister and I are very picky about our fries and they get messed up all the time. All in all this place was clean, fun, friendly, and was the whole family fun package.

If you time your visit right, the pricing is good. The lanes are in pretty good shape...old balls. I've always wanted an excuse to say that in a post, but it is true. Saturdays are pricey, $5/game, but during the summer Sunday mornings are $1.59/game.

Came to Brunswick bowl in Mesa from Maricopa. I arrived and the manager said that bowling now is $5.45 per game. On you web site it says $1.84 per game from 9am and noon. The manger claimed that they announced to everyone this was ending last week. I bowl on 2 leagues here and there were NO announcements. There were at least 20 plus bowlers who walked out. The worst is that she lied to me and others. If I could give you a zero on this survey I would.

We went early Saturday night. The place got jam'n at around 10pm. Full bar. Excellent choices for beers. 4 games, rental shoes for 2 total cost $52.00. Depending on the beer you like $17.00 high end for a pitcher. Nine napkin nachos, and honey siracha chicken wings $14.00. Food is awesome!!! Very pricey, but I would do it again!!

My family and I went here last night after a Groupon purchase only to find out that the voucher could not be used yet. I was unaware of this policy and was upset at myself for not catching this. After some discussion the manager who overheard my situation just told the associate at the desk to just honor it for us. The associate did so without hesitation and was very pleasant with us the whole time. As we were leaving, we had inquired about getting a card for just one arcade game, at which point the associated just gave a left over card that had a few unused credits on it. Another great gesture! The actions of both the manager and this associate turned what could have been a really disappointing scenario into a very positive one. We will surely be back due to the excellent customer service that was given.. not to mention the fun bowling!

We did my daughter's 5th birthday party here. She danced and giggled the whole time... excellent experience! All the kids had a great time. The package they provided was perfect. We received fabulous service from management and staff. Jody is a gem! The area was set up adorably and we had a great space to interact as a group. The facilities were all clean and modern. The staff did a great job smiling and having fun while interacting with the guests. I noticed a smooth level of teamwork. It was busy, but nobody was acting like they were too busy. Great service! We definitely felt special!

I take my son to play in the arcade weekly. He always has fun but the games are starting to not work and they have removed so many. Bowling there is fun. They have tournaments or teams just about everyday so you're sqeezed into a corner with all the other amateurs. Lol. There are always open lanes and the food is decent for bowling alley prices. All in all, it's definitely a good time with the family or a date night.

We just had a charity event here and I have to say...AWESOME customer service. The staff was AMAZING and the managers in duty were the best! The bar was kind behind curtains because of some remodeling happened...but, they were gracious enough to open it up for our party!

good bowling alley with the pro shop in dining options the price is a little on the high side averaging between $5 per game and $5 for shoe rental really good staff that is friendly and welcoming but it could be a little better family friendly on the budget. There are a lot of specials for college students and all alike that offers better deals during the week so this place is a good option for family fun

No hourly rates, by the game only. No individual bumpers (for kids); they are either up or down for everyone on the lane. Bowling has gotten pretty expensive; $4/person shoe rentals. One pool table. Bar. Arcade area with a few choices of games. Overall, not bad, but could definitely use some updates, especially technical/electronic

Amazing music selection. The service is amazing and and the staff is very friendly and super helpful. The food was very good as well. The only negative is the balls aren't in the proper place by weight so it was a little difficult to find the ball you want. But overall very amazing place to bowl with family.

This place is so groovy until you go there too many times and realize their playlist probably hasn't changed in the past five years. But that's typical. They do have a Friday event where the music gets really bopping. They even played Doja Cat's 'Moo' song and I almost lost my mind. The food however is insanely priced. It's clear that it's all really quickly made with cheap ingredients but it costs soooo much. There's absolutely no reason for the pricing of the food. They also have an arcade that is only worth it when it's half price on Wednesdays, and also a pool table. But if you're there to bowl, then you'll have a great time.

The staff and management team are all very pleasant and helpful to ensuring you have a great time whether you're bowling alone or taking a large group.

I've probably been bowling twice before in my life. My son in law and daughter took me here for a night of fun. In the beginning I was nervous but as soon as the league players started playing I became more relaxed and enjoyed myself. The lanes are beautifully kept and there was also a lounge and arcade and snacks. It was a nice night of bowling.

My boyfriend and I just left and the manager or whomever was the front desk attendant was very rude, even over the phone when I called to inquire about if they were Service Dog Friendly. She was nasty nice like she had to force it out of herself. We stayed because it was my only day off and we wanted to have a good time regardless of th terrible customer service. Won’t go back there!
