Our experience at Brunswick was unacceptable this morning. We had a group of 11 to participate in the Sunday morning bowling special and was told that we could only play for 45 minutes because they have a league that starts at 10:15AM. This location needs to remove the special or have the bowling league start after 12PM (after the promotion).

It was the first time I've ever been here! The staff was friendly and very helpful. They wanted to make sure we had an awesome time. We ended up meeting people around us and making friends and getting numbers. We're looking forward to hanging out with new acquaintances in the future. What a great family environment. Highly recommend this place. It is also located near good restaurants, grocery stores, and businesses. What more could you ask for?! And the price is definitely reasonable. I have been to other bowling alleys before and they were dirty, unorganized, and rude. But this one, out of all of them was the best that I have visited. Dawn the bartender was very delightful wanting to help in any means possible to getting you your order. Bowling alleys have a reputation of being dirty gross disgusting this one squashes that reputation and does the total opposite! Again I highly recommend this location for family fun, having friendly competition, and meeting new acquaintances.

We had a fun time but this is definitely an older bowling alley. Older plastic chairs for the lanes and when my husband went to grab us a couple of beers the employee was kind of rude and refused to sell two beers unless I came up and provided my I.D. as well.

Management argued with me over my lane automatically starting new games. I know what I saw and they were so rude and unappreciative of the fact I already was 7 games in. So they kicked me out, mind you I was with my son! I left like they wanted and they proceeded to follow me out and stand at the door like I was some kind of criminal. They also called the police on me. Did I mention I was with my 9 year old son. Sad pathetic workers that don’t respect that I just dropped over $100 at their business.

Lanes are always in very good (playable) shape as in they always have a decent amount of oil. nice updated scoring machines the ball speed monitor is a nice touch. And they are in the process of more renovations. Some good leagues here as well. Probably the best lanes within 25 miles. It has cosmic bowling and all that too if that your thing. Professional staff. Pro shops nice as well.

This place is fine. We went for the glow bowling and it was fun. It's an older bowling alley so nothing fancy. The food was good and priced okay, we were hoping for table service but definitely didn't order as much as we had to go back and forth to the food counter. I would come back again for the price.

Loved everything except the price. $56 for two games, 4 players the first game, 2 on the second, we did occupy the lane for an hour and a half though. Food was very good & fresh; not just a snack bar. Arcade was a little pricey but all of the staff were friendly and told us about discounted nights after seeing what or kids were into. Will definitely go back just might plan ahead and go on nights they offer deals.

Been going here every Tuesday for the past 2 years. Usually get long islands and 2 for 2.88 tacos. Tonight we were told it has never been 2 for 2.88 by Jess. She was extremely rude. She called our group out in front of anyone within 20ft and asked the kitchen to back her up. They agreed. She also said that it changed this week and that they must have had trainees last week. Which does not make sense? It has been 2 for 2.88 as long as I can remember. Bowlero you have lost mine and my friends business forever. We left immediately after and I do not recommend coming here.

Kyle is epic! I have been frequenting this house for over 10 years and never have I had a bad experience! In addition to the variety and selection of equipment Kyle is very knowledgeable in getting you paired with the right equipment specific to your style of bowling! you need You never feel like you get ripped off when you shop at this Pro Shop. Kyle helped me with getting new grips for a ball I was having drilled (which was done in an hour) and answered every question I had despite the traffic in and out the shop. He delegated his time to everyone so that no one felt as if he or she was ignored. I will always come to this shop,and you should as well!

My family and I bowl here typically on Sundays. Games are only $1.69 from 9am-noon which is a great price! Food is really good, and employees are friendly. Pro shop is especially WONDERFUL! Employees answered all my questions, and were amazing!!

We love this bowling alley. Go Sundays... Prices are 2.50 per game and almost $5 for shoes but worth family fun time. The food is great and it's very clean and so much fun. It can be pricey so find coupons online and sign up for emails. I get great coupons in my email. Sign up online through their website. They text u great coupons. If 4 people play it takes about an hour or more per game and you prepay for games here so just buy 1 or 2 games at a time. Shoes are extra. I believe 2.50 plus the game. Game priced vary per day and different times of the day so call ahead. Also some time are for leagues only so make sure there is open bowling.

Went bowling on a Saturday night. There were too few balls and those that were there were scattered about as if no one had sorted them in days. Seating is hard plastic cafeteria-style chairs which aren't comfortable at all. Our lane kept giving the wrong score, even awarding points to people who had rolled double gutter balls. When we informed staff about the problem the promised to "keep an eye on it" which they didn't do. After we continued getting the wrong score we looked over to see that no one was even at the computer where they had promised to "keep an eye on it". Finally by frame 9 they moved us to another lane, although we had long since given up keeping track of the actual score. We went up to complain after we were finished and just got a very disinterested "sorry"; no refund or even an attempt at basic customer service. Oh, and the pair of shoes I paid $4whatever to rent were a size too small and practically falling apart. Avoid like the plague. I would rather travel to the actual city of Brunswick for bowling than go there again.

Was fun for a little bit. Pizza was good. Only thing is that it was wayyyyyy over priced. For an hour for two adults and two kids came out to a little over $200 for everything, basically $50 a person. Shoe rental, 1 pizza, hot dogs, 3 bowling games. Ive been to the nicest of bowling allies and never paid up to this much. The server gave good service. Went on Saturday and expected it to be a little more exciting. Music wasn't very good so coming up to the 3rd game it kinda made it boring

Took the family bowling on a couple of weekday afternoons. Customer service was excellent (requested bumpers after our game started) and also ordered some food. Pizza and sandwiches were surprisingly tasty. I also like the seating at the lanes. We didn't have any issues with pins being set up or the bowling balls being returned. Complimentary water pitchers are also available.

My feedback here hasn't changed over the years. This center has always been extremely league focused and it's very difficult to get lanes during times where you can actually use their deals. The staff isn't overly friendly. I've been coming here for over 20 years and it's always been this way.

My first time bowling and I bowled a 300!!! Bowlero gave me a big ring and trophy. I'm basically a VIP there now. Actually..... not really I bowled a 110 but had a lot of fun. Nice place with good drink and food menu and service comes right to you. Highly recommend going and having some cheap fun here. Just remeber not to get munsoned.

Refused to let me bring in an empty reusable water cup, not even if they personally put plain water in it. When I said I only use reusable cups, the man up front said the bartender would give me a glass. The bartender refused both me and my boyfriend a glass, saying that they only give foam cups for water. Shame on you Brunswick for not allowing me to be environmentally friendly.

Great place to bowl, pay attention to when you check out and pay they try to charge you twice. They will nickel-and-dime you for everything pay attention to your bill. Know that they charge you per person to bowl not per game. Rip off that's how they get you on your money manager sits on his phone and doesn't care to help or help customers. They should seriously consider hiring a new manager!! Horrible customer service and we both here all the time

At first, when I bowled there 3 times back in 2016, I was unsure how friendly the Managers were, plus I tried having my Birthday Party, when I bowled there the 2ND time in May, only to end up getting 1 Lane instead of 2 Lanes because of this Weekend Rule that in order to get more than 1 Lane, having a specific amount of people bowling with me is required, as only the Weekdays would be the only good times to get more than 1 Lane, like if it’s by myself bowling on 2 Lanes for Example, as that didn’t go well for me even though, but after going back there this year about 3 years later from previously bowling there back in 2016, the Managers were probably switched, but they definitely got friendlier, as my 1ST time going back there was to try again having my Birthday Party this year in late May (Because of my Mother being out of Town for a week in mid May.), as my Birthday Party there this year went a whole lot better with getting 4 Lanes that time instead of getting only 1 Lane (As I especially had some Friends bowling with me there, as part of celebrating my Birthday.) & my Birthday Party there this year was an absolute blast & a good way of having my Final Birthday Party at a Brunswick Zone Bowling Place before the switch-over to Bowlero by the end of this year. The Managers there were also being a big help to me this year, especially the Main Manager named Steve, as I was working things out with them on what I’d do there, when I bowl & stuff, plus my Bowling Videos that I do there (As I like to video the Bowling Lanes on my Camcorders, whenever I’m there to bowl.), I’ve had no problems on at all, especially if I know what I’m doing, plus bowling on the End Lanes (Lanes #1 & #2 or Lanes #39 & #40) usually gives the best results in my Bowling Videos, as I can just put my Camcorders up against the Wall for 1 & get a really good angle for when I start my Bowling on the Lanes that I take & also, at 1 time this year that I was bowling there (Which was in early June.), after my Bowling ended up failing to what I was trying to do there due to the Time & how much Money I had at the time, the Main Manager, Steve helped me out with something for the next time I bowl there, which I was already ahead of schedule on though for what I do anyway before bowling there. They also did a special thing for me at the end of my bowling for the day, when I bowled there 2ND to previously late last month, plus that they’re also gonna try & do another special thing for me for what I’m requesting on, just after they complete their switch-over to Bowlero Glendale by Saturday, September 28TH, 2019. I’m gonna miss this Bowling Place though as Brunswick Zone Glendale, when it switches over to Bowlero Glendale by Saturday, September 28TH, 2019 & I’m gonna miss Brunswick Zone completely, after this year, as Bowlero now takes over for Brunswick Zone. I hope for the Managers to stay friendly at this Bowling Place, especially as of this year & do what they need to do there to help the Customers out on, etc. & I thank the Managers very much there for being a big help, especially whenever I’m there. So, 5 Stars on this & a big Thumbs up for this Bowling Place.

Very expensive, place was empty on a saturday night. Food was pretty good. I used to bowl every week when i was in my teens and twenties... Now once a yesr maybe it costs 70 bucks to go bowling for 2, before it was under 10 + food.

The bartender was very rude and told me to sit at bar and wait. She had her back to me while I waited. Ended up walking away after 4-5min. We requested lane assistance for my 4yr old son and never got it. Asked again and was told they were all out of the ramps and we should ask to borrow one from another lane. We asked around and nobody near us was willing to share. We left and will not be returning.

Lanes were clean and well maintained. Updated scorning systems. Didn’t try the food. But people seemed to be enjoying it. The pizza looked pretty good for a bowling alley. Didn’t wait for a lane at 11 on a Wednesday. Not sure if it’s the norm around here to pay for a two year old. I guess if they are going to push the ball off the rack consistently, I could see it. But mine was just going to take a turn for us every now and then. We ended up not paying for her though.

The place is in transitioning into bowlero and you can really feel in in the atmosphere. Their giant tv screen in the bowling area are all turned off. There is no pool table and when you're going to play bowling with kids that needs bumpers, everyone is going to play with the bumpers. The female restroom doesn't have a sign or a entrydoor to it. I guess for its price right now it is worth it to play here-- if you have a whole group of people playing.

Bowling was good. The place was clean. They were understaffed for a Saturday night by a large factor. Poor waitress was clearly overwhelmed. We asked for waters twice and didn't get it until we were basically leaving. Food is mediocre, but it's a bowling alley, so whatever. So really just could have better staffing for better service. Not the waitresses fault at all, that lies with management.

We went as a large group and had a blast! The newly remodeled decor was a huge bump in the experience as it was a little run down a year or so ago. A big perk was the lane service, you no longer have to go wait in long lines and miss your turn or hold up your group in order to get food or drinks, they come to you! Overall a great experience and fun place to go on a group or for a date night. I would highly suggest it.

New set up is horrible for league play. Conjested, no place to put ball bags, and the lights reflect really bad on the lanes. It does look cool and modern though which appeals to the younger crowd, and pretty sure that's all they cared about. Almost forgot, they had an amazing flat bread pizza and they changed the recipe which is now garbage.

Looks like they are doing some remodeling in an attempt to spruce up the facility. My main issues though are cleanliness. I was here in the afternoon during the week and only about a dozen lanes were being used, not busy at all. However the floors were littered with various detritus and a few drink spills, the men's restroom was reminiscent of a road side rest area, and the general vibe was one of apathy to the whole situation.

They have a small bar with a pool table next to the kitchen and the bartenders are amazing: very attentive and experienced. There was staff on the lanes making sure everyone had what they needed and I didn't even have to get up to get napkins before they were given to me. My fiance and I had su h a fun time that we have talked about going again soon. Highly recommended!

Went with my family to celebrate my birthday and I couldn’t even order a beer because the cook/bartender working the food counter told me the kitchen was “closed” every time I tried to order one, even when he wasn’t busy. The small sodas were almost $6 and the only reason that’s worth it is because of the free refills and the employee wouldn’t even give my little brothers a refill, he asked multiple times. I told the man it was my birthday and I just wanted a beer and he was EXTREMELY RUDE to me and my entire family and never let us order. Never been to a place that turned away paying customers just because someone didn’t feel like working. Will NEVER go back here!!!

A fun place to go with kids, but the kid accessibility could use some work. The ball ramp was bent so the kids had a hard time getting pins down. But overall fun.
