It was clean, wings were really good, the layout was pretty cool. The only negatives I would mention was the staff was kind of short tempered and gruff. The lanes were also over greased as the floor leading to the lanes were pretty slippery, all of us slipped at one point or another. I will say that it was Halloween afternoon so the employees were probably having a long day and the grease thing could be easily fixed. I would definitely go again

Went to Bowlero last night and it was such a surprise! Better than Fat Cats and a much better atmosphere. We had to wait an hour for a lane but we grabbed a drink and checked out the arcade and the time flew by. We played 3 games and had a great waitress you was very attentive. The music was great and the large screens (music videos, back to the future, football game) that backdropped the bowling lanes were so fun to watch in between sets! I will recommend Bowlero to everyone I know!

Our son wanted to do something fun to celebrate his father's birthday so he suggested bowling. We are new the area and found this place online. We enjoyed ourselves especially the birthday boy (man). We didn't feel as though we were on top of each other. The server was attentive. The was decent (we only tried the boneless chicken and fries). Definitely will come back.

Very disappointed with the management. We were bowling at 8pm and most of the music was ok for my children. But then, some stupid rap/hip hop song came on. "come get her" or something. Full of nasty trashy women dancing on the screens all over the alley. Can't tell my two adolescent boys to look away. It was everywhere. I could understand if it came on after 10 but no, it was 8pm? Bad choice bowlero. We won't be back. Also, too expensive. Saturday night it cost $20 per person for two games. Just bowling for our 5 was $100!

Bowling can be pricey but they have specials occasionally. We tried the laser tag which was fun. During the Summer they were having a special for $10 you got unlimited games. Careful because some kids had been playing all day and dominated the games.

Nice alley. Half price arcade games on Wednesdays. Lanes are nice. Paid 18$ for a giant pretzel that was a bit over done and they dont have cheese without jalapenos in it. And just regular mustard. So kind of underwhelming for the price. Drinks from the bar tasted strong enough.

We did the Wednesday Laser Tag Special with 19 teenagers and it was a great experience. Kyle was super helpful and let the kids use any game scenario available. Mandy was also great and sped up the completion of repairs to get us in there as soon as possible. The rain had damaged the area but they got it up and running in time for our arrival. We had a blast!

Very expensive prices here for everything. When we got there we instantly regretted going. The prices are very high and lines were long. We ended up bowling one very expensive game and then left. The arcade was very busy, we went to 5 games and 3/5 were out of order. Not acceptable for the steep prices you pay. The food was mediocre and slow to come out. Waitstaff was friendly and quick to take our order but slow to bring food out, beer came quickly. We weren't impressed with the way the lane was oiled, it gave the balls a crazy spin. It was not as nice as other allys we have been to, i don't plan on returning here, between quality of services, food and prices its not worth going back.

Had the best time for our baby sisters 27th birthday! Friendly staff and food was so great! I tried their cucumber melon mixed drink at the bar and it was so good and light tasting! This place looked cool upon walking in with my family. But the lane they put us in had tables filled with someone elses half eaten food and drinks. Then we waited 30min for someone to finally take our order for our own drinks, and when they finally pulled a beer out for my husband, the cap was already off of it. They tried to deny that, even though it all happened right infront of us. They finally admitted it but seemed surprised that my husband was upset that they tried to give him an already opened beer that had been sitting in their fridge. There were words between both parties after that because umm..hello, who does that? and the woman then refused to give a refund for their error. Super awesome service right? Skip this place.

Server was super slow even though it was not busy at all. Food was decent. Asked the server what beers they had on tap, and she pointed me to the menu. I ordered one of the better and it came in a bottle. I had also asked if they had any beers not on the menu and she said no. I finally walked over to the bar and they had a few beers that were not on the menu and all the ones on the menu were all bottles. Frustrating...

The Ambiance in there is absolutely top-notch. We saw a local program of Arizona that featured this place and a huge mega Burger is what drew us to go over there. Mind you it's 5 lb of hamburger along with bacon and could feed eight people easily, we opted for some other appetizers. The manager introduced himself as long as the food service manager and these people and the hospitality is absolutely top-notch. I would recommend this place as you can take your family and make a great afternoon to early evening outing!

Drive from San tan valley to come here at 3:30 on a Sunday’s walk in with my 3 year, wife and son. $25 for one game of bowling not including shoe rental. Grabbed my kids and left. I was asked to come back at 6 for half off pricing. I now understand why it’s so dead when I come in. Way over priced! :) main event will run this place dry.

What a fun place to have a party. We had approximately 25 people. The staff was amazing from the counter to the food and beverage they never disappointed. I drive from Tempe to go here at times. The lanes are nice as is the service and food. The staff has been friendly and helpful on my visits and I haven't had issue with much of anything so far. The arcade is big and has a great selection of games, bumper cars, and a nice prize selection. The equipment is in decent shape and I actually have won many of the claw/games of chance. I haven't tried the laser tag but I hear it's also decent in size and quality. Great place for kids and adults one of my favorite choices for a good time out.

We have been here several times. It is usually always fun. I would say the only down side I have experienced which is typical when we go here is the food service when bowling is lacking. Four stars may be too much, but there is a lot of upside for other things here besides the food service. It’s not for the lack of trying its more of an issue with organization. I would give them another chance though. Laser tag is great for large or small groups. The arcade is fun too!

Me and my 3 friends got the summer pass! We went some week days and almost everyday on the weekend may-sep 2 and through that time weve met the workers their! We’ve had a great time! We hope there will be a fall pass like sep-April!!! That would be awesome! Overall one of our favorite places!

Our family and some friends went to Bowlero to play laser tag and we had the best experience. The guns were really accurate and the laser tag arena was terrific. The bases were not working when we were playing laser tag so the manager, Mandy, gave us an extra game of laser tag on the house and some extra video game cards for our inconvenience and a free game of bumper cars and also got us all pitchers of water. Mandy and the whole team were personable and friendly. In the arcade, all the kids had a blast. My kids enjoyed the virtual roller coaster game called Typhoon and I enjoyed playing air hockey and the giant space invaders game. Finally, all of us enjoyed the bumper cars. There was also pool and bowling, but we did not do that. Mandy made sure that our group had an absolutely amazing time.

The atmosphere is great, the people are friendly, and the service is ok. My biggest complaint is about the lanes for the summer bowling pass. The lanes are over oiled and I get NO curve with my resin ball. The lanes cake my ball with oil every throw and my cloth is drenched after I’m done bowling the three games. I spoke with the front desk and they told me they don’t remove the old oil from the lanes. They layer oil over oil making the lanes super slick and dirty. In addition, they won’t let you bowl on the league lanes with a summer pass. The league lanes are the only lanes that are properly maintained. I won’t be coming back to Bowlero with a summer pass until this problem is fixed.

Had a great time bowling, afterwards went to the arcades,each kid got $20 (x3) to spend on the arcade side. At the time we were the only ones on that side. When it came time for our kids to get there prizes there was no one in the prize booth. A lady came by after a little while, a line started to form while my kids were picking out their prizes and the lady became really rude to my 11 year old. Telling him to rush or go to the back of the line. For the money you spent and the prizes they get. They should at least get good customer service!! Sorry you are under staff but come on, these are excited kids!! When we go out to have fun, not get scolded!!

AMAZING! This was our second birthday party there and just like the first one, they did an outstanding job! I chose a custom package and we get plenty of bowlling, lots of food, and time at the arcade. This arcade is fully loaded and while the games are a bit more than say a small .25 machine arcade, they deliver! Meaning the claw machine ACTUALLY gives you prizes, some the games ACTUALLY give you a ton of points and we left with legit prizes instead of cheapy 'party favor' kinda toys. Our party hosts really went above and beyond and this review might seem a over the top positive, but they truly did such an amazing job, it's warranted. We will be back (again)

Unless you're in a league, you'll be talked down to by most of the people running the desk. With a couple a rare exceptions most of the staff is unfriendly and gets an attitude if you ask anything. The summer prices for their pass is the only thing keeping my family and I going there.

Great bowling! Tons and tons of lanes! It has a good selection of beverages and food. You aill have a waiter so prepare for tip! I do miss being able to go up to the kitchen to order food but having a waiter ain't to bad. You will be sitting fairly close to the other lane. It's not staggered seating like other bowling alleys but if you're comfortable with that then enjoy yourself!

Literally the greatest bowling alley in the state. Bumpers that come up for individual bowlers. Cosmic bowling and regular bowling at the same time huge arcade and fully stocked bar. This place is fantastic, plus the guy that runs the pro shop is very helpful and cheap but good work. All and all I couldn't recommend this place enough

Bowlero has recently been remodeled and updated quite a bit. They offer a number of specials throughout the week and have a full menu. Everything is very clean and well kept. Only downside is how popular this place is, ran into a 2 hour wait on a Monday night.

Bowlero has a pretty cool arcade. The place is themed nicely. There is a fair bit of redemption and it runs on a swipe card system, but they also do have a few video games available. They have a Dance Dance Revolution Supernova dedicated cabinet in the corner, so that's not bad!

We went during one of the weekly specials, and the place was jam-packed. We wanted to play pool, but the tables were way too close to the lane dining tables, and many bowlers left their bags underneath the pool tables around the legs. Wasn't really adequate room to set up to play. We ended up just being advantage of the arcade special for the day, which was a good price, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

My girlfriend and myself are on vacation and needed something to do. Boy I’ll tell you this place is AWESOME! Very VERY clean environment where you sit on nice couches instead of plastic chairs for your bowling lane. Large TV screens on the back wall that have on a variety of different shows and sports. The food was amazing we had the loaded fries and man those things just could have kept coming! And then of course the service was amazing, we were asked throughout the night if we needed anything or if they could do anything for us and even helped take our picture at the end! We bowled an entire game with 2 small children and our food and drinks didn't come till our game was almost finished. Couldn't even bring our drinks as promised till the food came out. My wife and I visited this place for a relatives birthday party. The staff and management were very accommodating and made us feel like we were at home. The chicken wings and pizza were great and everything arrived on time and in a very professional manner. There is a very good arcade here as well which we did not spend any time in but from the looks of it was very cool. Bowling was as would be expected. We just celebrated my Mother's 77th birthday at Bowlero. The staff was amazing and attentive. We had a package deal that was wonderfully done. The food was hot and plentiful. Tasty too. Bowlero is better than an ordinary bowling alley. Large open atmosphere, great music, and plenty of fun. I recommend this place. We will be returning for more memories in the future. Great place to host a party. The staff made it a memorable night for us all. Thanks Bowlero!
