Prices are decent. The food area could use a deep cleaning. The food was ok. Wings and Chicken strips are too breaded and hard. The fries were extremely salty. The pizza was the best. The fountain drinks are given in styrofoam cups no ice. I also ordered a beer the glass was dirty and smelly. If your going just to bowl it's not too bad.

I recently went back but the customer service is very slow. We returned a pine and was in the middle of the track and spent more than 30 minutes and never got to remove it, we chose to remove it with the same ball.

We like to go on Sunday mornings. At that time, there are fewer customers. The staff are friendly and professional. I am lactose intolerant and the staff will make me a cheese-free pizza. The bowling alley is clean. We enjoy going.

Came here only because the bowling alley by my house was full got here, its old fashioned but its clean. Ordered food before bowling a group in front of me ordered alot of food and i just had a large fry. They come out to give the first order but some how they got fresh fries while mine seem like they gave me the ones thats been sitting out. I dont know if its because the group was white but I did not appreciate it and on top of that she was holding them from the bottom and when she gave them to me she gave me a look like she knew they were old. The cheese one top wasnt even melted but the othee group you could smell the freshness in theirs...

I would not recomend this place they only open one line to get you a lane and the same line to pay after you are done took us about 20 minutes each time. The machines kept malfunctioning and when it got time to pay they mest up our bill and it was a headache trying to fix it. This was supposed to be a fun time but wasted our day . Definitely not coming back !

We have been coming to this bowling alley for years. Not much has changed, with the exception of an occasional/necessary upgrade. I understand that Bowlero has purchased Brunswick and that changes are imminent. I know another former Brunswick went through the transition to a Bowlero. I know that the transition brought updated/technological changes, it also ended the "old school" bowling alley. I hope the decision makers decide not too totally change. Only reasons for four stars is cost is a little high.

Haven't been there since last summer w pass for kids. Went today and thought was odd asked for my card to start tab?? ONLY EXPECTED to play 3 games as that's what i mentioned and ended up paying for 5 because i did not pay attention to the games dtr was playing as i was paying bills on my phone. NOT HAPPY! The cashier could have at least mention game would not end after 3 and that i had to come back up here once played 3 games. Not going back anytime soon. Miss Brunswick

I used to go here when i was younger and it was a trashy place since the remodel i have been here multiple times and everytime i find something new and awesome price isnt bad. Look for deal days like monday from 8pm to 12am it is unlimited bowl shoes included for 12 dollars. And they have food specials as well.

Front desk had great customer service. But the food service was horrendous. Took 20 minutes just to place an order. The staff member that was watching food register was texting behind the bar. Need to place a bell so if people are hiding they can atleast hear it. Later on other family members were trying to order as well. Took an additional 30 minutes just to order. The staff member did not even say a word to the people waiting. Not even a "one moment I'll get to you in a second". A simple courtesy would of been great. Many people were displeased. Also waaaaaaaaay to much salt on fries. This place was a fantastic spot for the family. Recently it has been going downhill.

WORST PLACE TO GO FAMILY BOWLING!!! I just took my nephews and little brother here and 10 mins in I already wanted to walk out. The staff is very rude and disrespectful. The building itself is trashy. The security were just standing there eyeballing us for no reason, maybe because my nephews were ruining around? That’s pretty expected with two 4 year olds and a 18 month old. Regardless we were not rude or disrespectful in any manner and they were very rude here! If I could give 0 stars I would! Will never be wasting my money at this over priced horrendous location again!!

Would not allow us to bring our own food for a BIRTHDAY party with 14 people, and their pizzas were 16.00 for a pizza the size of a little cesars hot and ready!!! So basically the bowling alley makes you only buy THEIR food or THEIR drinks!! i spent almost 200.00 to their bowling alley and they still want to penny pinch me!! But you can bring in your own birthday cake...why? because they dont sell birthday cakes!!

Dirty Roaches everywhere The Bartender is extremely rude and unprofessional all the way down to her appearance. Took my Kids in on Sunday the 14th was told there were no open lanes until 9pm and there were clearly lanes available. A league was just wrapping up and there were many lanes ready to go. The front desk guy was rude as well and the whole arcade smelled like Marijuana. With No one in the Arcade makes a man wonder where it was coming from. I dont recommend anyone go there especially with their children. The lowest rating here is one star. That is giving the to much credit.

It's Friday, pretty busy and they close half the lanes. I get a very crowded lane that's also very messy. There was still food on the table from the people before me. Which made it stink. Napkins all over the floor. AND the lane wasn't oiled at all. Only good thing is the price.

Bowl in a winter league here, always have fun. We decided to try the summer league but it is anything but fun. In fact it's misery, it is so hot. Their idea of air conditioning is ceiling fans. Yuck!

It was a nice bowling alley. I went for the ITG2 machine. Looks like a very run down arcade, but still active. Arcade games are very cheap, 1 or 2 tokens each game. ITG was only 2 token and had pretty responsive arrows. My only concerns are that ITG game has very wobbly bars, the arrows are slightly indented and if you step too light it may not respond. Some songs aren't cached, so be careful while playing some DDR charts. The timer is also funky and feels like it's sped up. But in all, it works just fine. (I did not test it the USB)

I've had the best time practicing here. Only one problem, that there is a thief that runs around stealing anything of value, and they don't have cameras covering the entire floor area to catch this jerk. Otherwise, I'd give them 5 stars because the lanes are well taken care of, and the people are fun to be around week after week.

I don’t expect any experience to a local bowling alley to be spectacular, but today was TERRIBLY. We waited 45 minutes to be helped at the bar with it not even being busy. The bartender said “I’ll be right with you” about three times while running back and forth messing up people’s drinks. It was very clear she was either new or just had no clue what she was doing. After we bowled and went to pay it was very clear that everyone just moves extremely slow and has no idea what they are doing. Everything is also very high priced. There are plenty of other bowling alleys in the area that there will be no reason to go back.

I've came to this bowling alley quite frequently over some years. I've always thought this place was a bit over priced and the more and more I go the price goes up or atleast that's what it feels like. The last time I went I didn't have a good time, there was trash on the tables next to us the whole 3 hours we were there and the machines were malfunctioning, they would let someone bowl 3 times per turn, it wouldn't keep score right either. I wouldn't mind so much but if you charge 16 dollars a person I expect a clean and a functioning machine.

My wife and I go bowling Sunday morning when the alley has bowling specials. The staff is friendly and courteous. The alley is clean. The bowling alley has many league opportunities and special promotions. The pizza is good and this bowling alley serves beer.

I went bowling with a group of students from my job for the special Olympics. I had a great time with the kids bowling however I am annoyed with the staff. The wings I ordered were horrible first they weren't cooked through then they were burnt Christ! I decided to just ask for my money back. While the staff was polite they weren't good either this little twit took my card and gave me a duplicate receipt no refund! I am looking at my account statement thinking I will never buy anything else in there!

1) NO FIREARMS ALLOWED. You can entertain your family, but not protect them. 2) In the middle of my daughters birthday party the staff started waxing the 4 bowling lanes we had reserved for the party when we had 1 and a half hours left. No explanation was given. The bumpers were folded down (kids party) and they waxed the lanes and that was the end of the party.

Love this place! It’s very retro! It’s like walking into the 70’s. I hope they don’t change! We have such a good time there. Unlike the other bowling alleys that hip-hopped it up, this is just good old fashioned bowling. The food is good and the drinks are better. The staff is friendly and seem like they treat each other like family which makes it better for us customers. I always go every summer with their summer special.

The attendant at the front counter was rude and the place is a bit smelly when you first walk in. Our nachoes were delivered to the wrong table. They got some free nachoes out of it. I stopped in there this afternoon while waiting to have a stereo system installed in my truck down the street, and I have to say, staff was super friendly and on top of things, food was great, and beer was ice cold!! So first off let me say that I have been coming here since I was a kid, I love this place, but the are some problems, 1st off they have hired new people over the last few months and that's good, but some of the old employees are horrible. The new black guy is great( I forgot his name) there is one guy in the snack bar Marcos, he needs to go. He has inappropriate conversations with the customers and makes some pretty nasty comments about some of the ladies, I have 2 girls and he gives me the creeps. They have painted and it looks great, the bar is wonderful and even the bartender. But I feel that the one bad apple is going to rotten the rest of the shiny nice apples (employees). They have some updating to do but other then that I love this place
