The bowling was fun, and it was easy to get everything we needed to get started- being a big family that isn't always easy. BUT we had a lot of mistakes on our food and drink order, and I wish there would have been better deals since there are so many in my family (11). This being said we do plan to make another trip and give it another shot.

Although it may look rather run down on the outside, the inside has rather new equipment and nice atmosphere. All weights of Bowling balls available and all shoe sizes. Food is decent considering the small kitchen and there is a bar. Nice arcade for kids and adults with various prizes. Overall all great place to hangout or practice bowling. Would recommend

Go every Saturday for special Olympic bowling. Very clean. They did change management and had some changes but all in all a good place to bet the heat and have fun.

First time coming here and it was a pretty good experience. The area is clean, well-maintained and organized(we got to play right after we got there). Although we did had some problems when we started playing (like pin getting stucked and scoring was messed up), they fixed it right after we informed them, which was great, a great service! A little pricey but we had fun! This is a great place for a family night, highly recommended!

The bowling alley was just fine, the receptionist was fun and friendly, the atmosphere was fine. I will be returning because I'm assuming my issue below was a one-off be issue. However, on half the tv's they had some channel on that showed rated R scenes of nudity and provocativeness, like at the level I'd see at a strip joint. I asked them to change it and they did, but it made me very uncomfortable watching the 4 year old boy the family next to me being expressed to that at a family joint.

My husband, 3 kiddos and I tried our hand at bowling for the first time ever here. We had an amazing time! Fell in love with the game. It wasn't too busy or crowded so that was a huge plus. Would recommend for family night!

The bowling alley was clean and well-kept, including the bowling balls, Lanes and shoes everything felt clean. We had the chili beef nachos and they were terrible. Something about the meat didn't taste right the chips themselves were good and the way the meal was prepared was professional and proper. We look forward to returning.

This place perpetuates all the worst of the bowling alley stereo types. Semi-clean facility and a poor selection of bowling balls. I could overlook all of this, but the prices they charge are too high. For my girlfriend, her daughter, and I the cost to play three games was $66 and change. This did not include anything to eat or drink. If you are reading this, bowl somewhere else.

Definitely has a different, in my opinion better, atmosphere. And I would know, been coming here since the early 90's. Great for the league bowling, or a casual Saturday with friends and family. Good menu, has a bar, lockers, and even a game room for those pesky kids.

Would have been 5 stars but some of the games did not work and the prize machine is a joke(son's prize got stuck). The staff was very friendly and the machines that wasnt working correctly the staff member quickly credited my card. The lanes where spacious and well maintained. Shoes where taken care of and not all beat up from use. Food was delicious.

Had a great time bowling with the family. We had a few issues with one of our lanes and the girls at the desk were very friendly and helpful moving us to other lanes. They were able to keep our party together on multiple lanes even though they were very busy and even transferred all our games in progress to the new lanes. Kudos to them for making a great experience out of what we thought was to going to be a bad time.

While the facility is slightly dated, management is on top of things. They are friendly, personable, and prompt to respond to issues. Additionally, they have a great updated arcade and a top notch pro shop manager. The leagues here are super fun too with lots of great players.

Compared to back home, this bowling alley was fancy! The food is pricey bit you get free refills on drinks. The cocktails and mixed drinks are reasonably priced. We had great time! I had too much fun in the arcade

If it weren't for the fun I had here this would be a 3 star rating. This place has been here since before I was around and it continues to endure the test of time apparently. It's not as inexpensive as I remember. $45 for two games for 5 people plus shoe rental seems fair. But as far as food and drinks goes, you'd have to have plenty of throw away money. $4 for a soda. Close to $20 for a simple pizza? Seriously? I was close to sneaking food in from circle k! But I guess that's what happens when there's a $10 minimum wage.

Took the kids for a midweek break. Facility was clean and all the ball returns and computer screens/displays were in working order. Front desk lady was nice enough to give us a military discount. One game with two kids bowling and shoe rental was less than 20$.

We had a party for my brother here last month. The woman who greeted us was pleasent and helpful and we also met the Manager Chris Dance they both had great service. Chris personally made sure everything was taken care of and the food was hot and fresh. He really went above and beyond to make sure our party was enjoyable so much so that the following week we returned for some family time. This time we had some issues with the food area. 1.The service from the employee in the food area (not Chris)was mediocre. 2. The quality of food we were served was inadequate. 3.The price of the food is really overpriced for the lack of quality we recieved. At this point I found Chris and once again Chris came through with flying colors and made it right. We will be returning for bowling and games just not food.

45 minutes to get food, place is empty, they charge .20 cents a minute for a pool table in an empty bar that ended up costing us $4.20 per game, I see why this place is empty on a Saturday night.. it's a shame because this place could be cool, we won't be back tho.

This place is great! They have updated equipment, nice bowling balls with different size finger holes in the same weight. There's a snack bar that has burgers and such. Also there's a pretty cool arcade. Everything seemed new and clean. Definitely be back.

Me and my wife stop by this bowling place to play pool when we walked in we saw that the place had been pseudo renovated and we went up to the register to try to play pool they told us it would be $0.20 per minute to play pool I was floored because the last time I came here it was a dollar to play as long as you wanted to or until the game was finished highway robbery. Last time I will go to this place.

Equipment doesn't scuff, scratch, or knick your bowling balls. I don't like that they turn the lights off during the day after 1pm, turn them on at 5pm, then turn them back off at 9 or 10pm (may be a weekend thing, because I need to practice in the afternoon on Saturday). People that enjoy bowling don't want to bowl in cosmic mode at 1 or 2pm. I don't know of any bowler that owns their own balls to enjoy bowling in the dark.

Extremely rude lady who checked us in! She was very condescending every time we asked her a question... tossing our shoes on the counter at us, seemed upset at us as soon as we started asking for lanes (2). I guess she thought if she was rude with a smile we wouldn't complain. The nastiest bowling clerk ever! All the other staff were awesome!! We shared our birthday cake with them. Benny was the best! So helpful and accomodating. If we do go back, it'll be because of him!

Bowling alley was nice. Way too expensive . And she rental pricey . Have our group got nice shoes the rest of us got shoes that looked like they came out of a dumpster. Arcade was ridiculous! You had to buy an arcade debt card to play the very few games they offered. BUT the card actually costs to have it even though you can't play with regular money. Rip off! Employee at counter was rude. I wanted to buy a bottle of water (at their enflated price) the lady rudely asked if I was wanting to buy her personal bottle of water. WHAAAT? They have the cold drink display right at the counter! Never again!!!

Once me and my friend came in, the bartender ignore us because the bowling alley line of customers, and completely ingnoring the rest of the potential customers (we had to remind the bartender we needed service but overlooked), apparently there was only a single bartender who was in high demand( she had no support) to give the apparently bowling personnel their drinks. We also ordered some food which took longer than our 3 game process. Recommend if you are going to come here be ready to wait longer than usual.

Our family has visited this location a few times in the last 6 months, and the service has always been great. Most recently for their NYE event. The staff are helpful and attentive. And the location is a bit hidden so we've never had a problem with it being too busy to bowl right away.

There's not much you can say about a bowling alley they're pretty much all the same. Clean atmosphere and friendly staff. They need lighter balls with bigger holes though. Some of them seem like they're built to cater to toddlers. It also seems like the lanes are either over oiled or under oiled because the ball doesn't follow the path it should. Overall average bowling alley and I'll probably be returning eventually.

My dislike isn't on the bowling atmosphere per se. It's the management. It's nice inside, updated. The menu is way over priced to begin with. When I ordered a menu item (appetizer sampler) I was told they had to substitute one item for another because they were out of stock. No one in my group would like what was offered and asked if they could do something else. Was told no they can't substitute anything. However I was already being forced to substitute.

Bowling with my family. 4 kids, age 3-16. We apparently showed up just before all of the league bowlers and were placed right in between them. It was a VERY unfriendly environment and one person in particular in the lane next to us was awful. She was visibly upset by the toddlers, had a talking to with one of my kids and was very rude overall about being next to children. I know that having 2 3 year olds in a bowling alley is not the most peaceful event, but they were having fun and are NOT professional bowlers. We asked to move to a different lane after like the 3rd incident with this person in 5 frames, but were told there were none available. (It looked like 8-10 lanes were open in the middle of the alley). We packed up and left after 5 frames. They did not charge us, but it was overall a terrible experience. I feel like this isn't really a family or kid friendly place.

Went to tri city today with friends which we do most Sundays and during the week. Tournament going on so can get only one lane which I understand. Bowling 5 games each on one lane takes a long time for 4 people bowling 5 games each. Lady at desk is very rude put our friends on lane 35 us on lane 9 just out of spite . Immediately filled lanes next to us. You lost customers by having a very rude spiteful person working the desk will never go back

The staff told me they had a great price of 6 dollars a game but they did not tell me that It was for each player so the total was a much larger amount that was almost tripled, I even went to the cashier to confirm the 6 dollar game that was advertised I ended up paying a large amount, I wish I would of known before playing 3 games with the family and spending a good amount instead of taking my kids for ice-cream after. would be very careful before paying.
