Very Poor Customer Service.... I'm an Army Dependant/Civilian Employee... And I was falsely accused of being rude to the Cashier/Worker mistakingly not annotating the right amount of time That I asked for...And then my play was interrupted to stand in line for 30 minutes to pay for additional time. To top everything off the Lead Worker accused us for being rude due to the fact a new hire with no Supervision messed up my order..,. Really...is this how Black /Afro-American get treated these days on Fort Wainwright..... Really, I think the Lead Worker did not think I would have written a complain, But if this is not corrected with her , I promise I will take this Higher, with my word. If I as an Army Civilian have to put customers first on this Base as the Initial Impression coming on, than the Standards needs to be across the Board.

Nobody to help. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes, observed employee hanging out with friends/family as they bowled, looking directly at the counter where I was waiting. The friends/family had walked in after we had arrived, walked straight to the lane and started bowling. Lots of spilled drinks on the bowling area, seats. Old food on the floor in the lane area. Just not impressed with the lack of cleaning there (weren't) doing. Customer service was blah. They know they are one of only a few around and don't really care due to the lack of consequences. All of the kid bowling "ramps" (metal) were bent and weak. It was very hard to figure out where the ball was going to go. Lane 13 HEAVILY favors rolling to the left in the last 15 (or so) feet. Especially with children weight balls (at child ramp speed).

So clean, great atmosphere, fun for parties. Nice to feel like it's not an old smokey filthy place. Shoes are like new! Nice system used for scoring. Bumpers for kids can be chosen and play on same lane with adults, as they pop up and down if selected for a particular bowler. Up to 8 people on a lane. Great selection of house balls and plenty of small 6 pounders for kids just learning! Pizza and drinks ordered for party were pretty tasty too! Snacks and drinks easy to order to your liking. Very kind attendants. We were impressed!

Huge bowling alley with full restaurant. You can buy by the hour for $18 or $3.75 per person per game. Shoe rental is $2.75.

Way better than the off post bowling alley... i would have given nugget lanes a 5 star but due to them being closed on 6 july that forced us to go off base to the local bowling alley which was garbage.

Not to shabby as far as bowling alleys go in the middle of nowhere Alaska. Fair pricing and food available. Definitely a good place to take the family.
