clean, well kept facility with fully functional equipment. Lanes and furniture are nearly brand new. Bar and snack bar on premises.lots of parking and easy access to palmer/wasilla hwy.

Reserved a slot for a birthday party last month, NEVER again would I trust these guys to handle even a simple event. They didn't have lanes available when we arrived, then switched us to different lanes 3 times. That's a big hassle in a busy place with a group of kids. The lanes we ended up with (4-7) were defective, requiring constant trips to the counter to have resets done. When our food came we waited 10 minutes for drinks, then had to go remind them of THAT. The woman who seemed to be in charge of the counter had a bitchy attitude, and seemed annoyed that we were even there. We were a group of over 20 people, reserved the slot, and were spending (a lot of) good money to have fun. Next time we will make the trip to Anchorage. This place sucks!

Not a bad alley. My only complaint really is that they need more light in the parking lot. Other than that, it's a bowling alley. I should go more often.

not very fancy of a bowling alley but it doesn't cost much to use a lane. only problem is that the food is expensive but very delicious. arcade isn't very good and the air hockey table had its puck and paddles stolen. so its okay

Family-oriented, clean, and safe place to go. Staff is friendly, lanes and restrooms are well-maintained. Burgers and pizza are good, and beer is cold! Best bowling prices in the area.

the only problem with north bowl is on saturday they only play rap music. anyone who thinks the crap that they play sounds good should have their head examined. but on the other hand they did have some good tunes on when i went there on a thursday.

Pretty good but there should be times where no kids are allowed you bring your squad bowl a couple games and then you're winning and some kid who's mom forgot his leash and bowls in your lane and you get a gutterball. Well that never happened but some kid stole a mozzarella stick but you go to a zoo and leave food next to fruity birds unattended you know whats going to happen

We spent a majority of our time waiting for the staff to fix the machine or retrieve our balls. When we talked to them they were rude and said it was our ball that was making the machine not work. It was their ball we were using. We asked nimberois times to be moved as they would not accommodate us. The employees were not helpful or apologetic for the hassles and wasted time we had. We made it work, had a few drinks and laughs. I would recommend some customer experience coaching and how that is good for repeat customers.

Bowling is ok but the snack bar leaves a lot to be desired. Last 2 times the burger was raw and when I brought it back the lady nuked it to the point it was inedible. 10 bucks for something I can't even eat. This time another young lady said well the patties "are weird", it's hard to tell if they're done or not. Is it ok if it's still a little pink? Umm..no. Come on guys, train your staff or expect to keep losing customers.

Everything was great but the pizza... Me and a friend had 3 slices, and it felt like we where dying for about 30 minutes... Though no one else in the group of 11 had it as bad, we all noticed that it isn't the best food to fill up on haha.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the prices are average for both the bowling and food. Their burgers are better than many Restaurants and the big dog, tater totts and salads are really great and tasty!

checking in to get started seemed a little bit of a mess and convoluted but once it was eventually figured out, getting started was good. could be better if the by the hour rate would still allow for the game that is in progress could be finished, maybe put a time countdown on each player to avoid people who are needing to finish a game actually wasting time and taking extra time to avoid having to go....

Had a lot if fun. It was my 1st time going. Few things they need to inform pple on when they come in and are buying beer and bowling. Like not being allowed to take ur drink to ur lane! And that it needs to be carried by an employee! They didn't tell me and I got "chased". Ended up waiting awhile for a lane, but once we started bowling it was great.

House balls are a bit overly chipped. Prices are above norm but overall that's to be expected due to this facility being the only alley in the valley.

We went bowling here and we walked in and the front counter girl imediatly had a bitchy attitude like she would just prefer noboy ever went there. Then are lane messed up so much we had to move, and we where down to 4 minutes left on our time when one of our friends showed up with some food for when we left, but as the snack bar had been closed and we where leaving in 4 minutes we started eating the fries and she came over and said we could not bring in food so we need to throw it away or bring it to the car we put the food away and left it be, to finish are last frame the she comes walking up like a minute later with a trash can and says "ok throw it away now" I asked to speak with the manager and she siged and walked off, the manager defended her rude employee and said that we should not have brought food and I tried to explain to her that I was not upset for her telling us we can't have the food I was irritated that she walked over acting like a toddler with a bitchy attitude. We have had issues with this girl in the past she is always in a bad mood and is really rude. I will just make the drive to eagle River the billing alley is much cleaner and the lanes work ALSO THE STAFF IN EAGLE RIVER IS AMAZING. I will never go back to North bowl again.
