It’s a wonderful bowling center. I’ve seen the community from local bowling tournaments to youth coming in during the neon nights. It’s lively, fun and energetic. The food is a plus and the service. It’s always a must and it definitely shows good service!

Cheap bowling center. They have a terrible selection of bowling balls, but you get what you pay for. Staff is decent, we waited in line for far too long, though. If you're just going to have fun, it's worth it.

Nice and clean. Well organized and properly staffed. It seems obvious that the staff really care about their business. You probably can't find a better bowling alley for at least 1,000 miles ;)

Haven't bowled in awhile, but the staff person behind the counter seemed completely uninterested in helping us and seemed frustrated with having to answer our questions. Once we got started the kids had fun but the staff interaction really left an unpleasant cloud overhead.

Had a BLAST at Jewel Lake Bowl the other night. Hangin with the wife and friends. Dj was really cool. Had some killer noodle soup. My wifes burger was the bomb too! Ended up in the Trophy Lounge bar after bowling and shot some pool. Crowd was super friendly, drinks were reasonably priced and well made. Definitely coming back again soon. Highly recommended. It was unexpected but JLB is a sleeper. Give it a try!

We went here for one of our first date nights out in Anchorage and we went on their "Neon Bowling" night. It was so much fun! The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. They also engage bowlers in fun activities. They serve drinks, have an open bar, pool tables and other games in the smoking area out back. This was definitely an affordable and fun date. They also have a family friendly section that is outside the bar area that kiddos are allowed to enjoy with their friends and family. We loved this place!

Wasn't very crowded which was nice, but feel like that's because the lanes aren't very nice. Anytime you needed something you needed to walk to the counter because the person working was on his phone the whole time. May be OK without kids, but with little kids we needed to go to the counter 4-5 times for help.

I Love this place!!! I take my kids all the time... They love they employees and have become family to this place :) The sunday extreme bowling is great for kids parties and i have had at least 3 parties there and everytime they get better and better. I recommend this place all the way for bowling! Center is too expensive!!!

The lanes are very well kept there weren't any noticable gouges or scuffs on the lanes. The pin setter never messed up through 3 games. My only gripe and to me it makes these lanes 3 star worthy is the equipment is so out dated. Old school software and hardware for score keeping. One step away from dry erase markers.

Fun place. Not sure about the restaurant. A bit pricy. I tipped them, then waited for my food as directed. Turns out they didn't have what I ordered. Refunded the cost of food, but not the tip. Seems like I lost a couple of bucks for nothing. Oh well, not a big deal. Just live, learn, and share.

What can I say? A fun bowling alley with beer. Have only been here for night bowling and had a blast. Lots of contests and giveaways going on. Everything was clean and the staff was attentive. Prices are not all that bad either. Dress up with white for the black lights!

Went for tight wad Tuesday and it was a lot of fun. Plenty of lanes and friendly people. A waitress checks on the lanes every once in a while which is nice if you don't want to leave your lane and don't mind waiting. Always a good time at Jewel lake bowl

I went there last night!! Was a nice bowling place!! But the people that work their were definitely racist!! Especially the dj n the old white security guard!!! literally said nothing bad to him but at the end made false accusation!! If they knew I was a practice lawyer they definitely wouldn’t try to lie in our face but it’s all good!!! Hope they know how to treat their customers!!!

I actually work here, I mostly work front desk, porter and Dj, sometimes mechanics. I can only give us a 3 star, because I always feel that there is a need of improvement on any business. Also I want to make it very clear to anyone who thinks that they can straight up call me a racist on a google review from one month ago, I have no idea why you would disrespect me in this fashion. Especially, because you don’t know me at all. To make it sweet and simple for anyone who thinks this way. I’m Mexican, I was baptized by an African American, my god father is African American. My friends and family is made up of an extremely excellent variety pack, we include everyone in my family that has heart is real and shares love, so if you think spreading a rumor will flop me you are so very wrong.

We rented out 8 lanes for our youth group and had a midnight bowling session. The youth loved it, and the staff were great helping all of us to enjoy our time. Several won prizes for strikes with special pins.

Horrible,Horrible customer service. Had set up a reservation, they forgot about it. Said we were bringing food,got yelled at for that,Was told we could play till a certain time.
