Typically I dread getting my haircut! Ever since I discovered this place, now I look forward to it! You have to get the MVP, you get a nice massage before the super nice ladies cut your hair. And it's got a great, friendly atmosphere, very reasonably priced!

Never been there before, wasnt greet by anyone so I just sat down and waited in the lobby. The next customer came in and was greeted and told they need to sign in. That would nice to know earlier because obviously I just lost my place in line. Wont be returning anytime soon...

Back in February I came to visit family in Casper. During this time I brought my twin toddlers here to get their very first haircuts. Long story short, one of my boys' hair was BUTCHERED by a young woman with tattoos. Yes, I got a refund but my child's hair is still screwed up because she did such an awful job. I would never recommend this place to anyone living here in Casper. Thank you, 'hair stylist' for messing up so drastically. How do you even have a license?

I wasn't greeted. Then i stood at the counter and was ignored. I eneded up walking out and calling the store to take me off the list. I understand having an "off" day, but man, my experience was real bad.
