I spoke to them in the morning about coming in later for an appointment. I arrived a little late for the appointment but was very apologetic about it and asked to be seen. I was told that I would have to pay extra to be seen even though I was a little late. There was only one client having there haircut at the time and two barbers that weren't busy. They Include thought it was a joke at first but it turns out that it wasn't. I was told to come back later and I would still have to pay extra just to be seen. They obviously weren't booked so this was just ridiculous.

I have been going to the Presidential Barbershop for about a year now and I wouldn't go to any other barbershop in town! I like the environment and the guys in there treat me really good and I always come out with a fresh cut!!! Check em out!!!!

Perfect place to go if you want a flawless cut. You won't get quality as good as the Presidential anywhere else in Cheyenne. My son and husband have been nothing but satisfied with their experiences there. Angel and Derek are both friendly and professional.

This is a appointment barber shop.. don’t expect to get a cut as a walk-in. They don’t have a enough barbers maybe 2 to 3 you will wait a long time. Barber spent more time on his phone then getting clients in and out.. don’t waste your time here just go down to Sport Clips in town..

Came in for a haircut and beard trim, asked how much it would be and the guy told me $30, I thought kinda of on the high side, but figured I was already there plus didn't see a line. The guy said his chair was open and then left the room, I waited around for 5 Minutes and then left. He should look into working on his customer service skills.

This was the worst haircut I’ve had for a long time. I normally go to Trajios but a couple of my buddies go here so I wanted to give it a shot. It took the guy an hour and a half to cut my hair which normally takes around 20-30 minutes. My hair was not cut to the style I wanted it to be and was also cut way shorter than what I said. The price was also way more. Try Trajios, haven’t had a bad cut.

Fresh cuts fun staff and if you don’t like him they don’t care. There still awesome and the best in Cheyenne when it comes to Barbers. My only recommendation is to have somebody that sets up appointments for them.

I have been coming to Angel since he first came to this town. When he worked for the Trujillos he was hands down the best barber there!!! I was with him when he moved next door and I have been with him since he started presidential and he has been a great barber and a better. Friend anyone who says different is just a hater. Presidential for life!!!

Presidential is for the boys. Always chill and friendly. Music is always good. When you leave, you're turning heads with a clean, fresh cut. If you're short on time, make sure you set an appointment. Because these guys stay busy.

Come in on a Saturday, only 1 barber and says the owner is going to be coming in 15min. Wait 30min, no show and no one can reach him. There is no line, barber just picks and chooses who's hair he wants to cut next regardless on who's next. Good luck going here if you don't know them personally or new in town.
