Only rating 2 stars because everyone is very nice here. I asked for super blonde hair with some low lights and not only did they turn my hair orange, took 6 hours to fix it and then left me with my entire head basically brunette trying to cover the low lights. I cried basically all night, normally I box dye my hair or occasionally get it done by a salon school because I'm pretty easy going but not only was this the WORST time my hair has ever turned out, it was absolutely nothing like I asked. I basically was brunette when I left, and I wanted my hair super blonde. The lady wanted me to bleach my roots always, when I never ever bleach and when I went elsewhere to get this fixed (because sorry I will never ever come back) it's only a half fix because my hair is ruined from the 4 times they processed my hair. I now have to wait 3 months to get the hair I originally basically had/wanted.... SHE JUST NEEDED TO DO MY ROOTS. The other girl told me I dont need to ever bleach my hair to get it blonde, as I should've known because I never do anyway. The lady who did my hair here appearently only knows how to bleach to get blonde. I've never ever wrote a bad review before and honestly I feel terrible I feel the need to do this, but this was the worst experience I've ever had, although they were all very nice. I swear I'm usually pretty easy going with my hair, I just wanted really blonde and couldn't have been more dissapointed. Have to spend more money trying to fix this hair then how much it costed here. Not worth it.
