Took my son in for a haircut last week and Shadow was mad respectful and considerate. He asked if he should turn the music down or change it to something less graphic and he offered my son a snack for waiting patiently. The atmosphere and vibe I got were dope and well worth the price (plus tip) considering all the time the barber took to get my son exactly what he wanted.. We had to wait a while but we didn't mind because they were honest about the wait time and the playlist was on point.

I would truly rate his place zero stars if possible. Waited for an hour and was not greeted. There is no check in procedure. Barbers do not let you know if you are next. Left after an hour without getting my haircut. This place is terrible and extremely unprofessional.

The barbers are rude and didn’t even listen to what I was telling him and then he messed up my haircut and gave me a bald spot on the back of my head and when I was telling him that I want my sides shorter he said it wouldn’t look good but it’s my hair cut and then tried to argue about it and didn’t even give me a lining after I told him to.

This place is slow as hell..... I have been here for 10mins and everytime a chair open up someone else pass me up and they don't have a appointment, they are walk ins just like me, play most of the barbers are playing video games instead of cutting hair so all i can say is i won't ever ever come back to this shop

My son gets his haircut here. The place is a little rough around the edges, but the people who work there are very nice and welcoming. There is always street parking and lots of veteran barbers.

I took my son's, ages 6 and 7, to get a haircut here. We had never been here before. There was a snowstorm that day and normally this barbershop is open until 7pm but I called ahead and they stayed open until 8pm that night to accommodate me bringing my children in. The staff was friendly and professional. Nick did an amazing job fading my sons' hair as well as being patient and professional when my kids became a little impatient and squirmy. Nick even gave guidance and constructive criticism to my boys and encouraged them to respect and listen to me when they began talking back to me and not listening. I will definitely be back with my boys for all of their future haircuts. Not only do my children love their haircuts, the customer service I received from Nick as well as his superb character and professionalism ensures our loyalty to this barbershop. Thank you Nick!

At the end of the day, we sat here for at least 2 hours before anyone even knew we were there. Then, the guy that cut my husband's hair, definitely seemed to be on some sort of drugs, so he had a tough time. The ONLY reason I gave them 2 stars is because the owner told my husband that the haircut was on him, because of the long wait. In the end, we gave him some cash because we felt, it was the right thing to do.

Can't rave about this place enough! Super chill vibes, and Shadow the barber always has me looking fly afff. Sick fades, freestyle, and working from images, all for great prices. They take walk-ins, but I think it's best to call ahead to make sure they're not super busy or you'll end up waiting 1+ hours.
