I've been coming here for a few years now, and as of recently I have had a new stylist named Leah. At first I was leery of having someone brand new cut my hair, since I am very picky, but I figured I'd roll with it and give her a chance. I was super happy with how well she did, and have been ever since! I'll never let anyone else cut my hair! She has continued to get better and better each time. Soft touch and the head massage and wash are fantastic. Great atmosphere. First thing after getting there they ask if you would like something to drink, which is a nice touch. Leah, you're fantastic! Love the way my hair looks after coming in!

We walked in and was welcomed immediately with offers of comp beverage. Each concept is well planned for experience and style. Enjoyed the change of shirt, rinse and wash, rinse, with hot towel at end with styling. Brought my 12 yr old son who was not prospered for this and was nervous and wants to come back!

The experience is top notch. For a men's haircut though, the $$$ is definitely on the extreme side. Really would have to think about whether the experience is truly worth the cost. There are "comparable" experiences for more than half the cost. If the cost were reduced by at least 35%, going to 18|8 is a no-brainer.

Great experience every time! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Aimee is the stylist I see and she has a sharp attention to detail. She'll listen to what you want and go the extra mile to make sure you're looking great! If you don't exactly know what you're looking for, she'll suggest something that will fit you well, whether it's a fresh new look, casual or a professional cut. Overall a wonderful experience at a reasonable price!

Only good things to say about this place! I am new to the area- was looking for a new stylist and hairstyle. 18/8 went above and beyond all of my expectations! It was my first time with them but Sara made me feel right at home with a great shoulder massage and an even better haircut!! I loved the "robe" to wear instead of getting hair in the collar of my dress shirt. I will definitely be going back in the future! To be honest, I was hesitant to spending the few extra dollars to come here instead of a generic men's barber shop... best money I spent all week! Thanks 18/8!

The staff was awesome. I am a "raving fan". They take your coat, and offer coffee water etc. The service level was outstanding. My Stylist Amy was Awesome. It was my first visit and she took a lot of time to really hear what I wanted and suggested a lot of great tips, (that men just don't get anywhere else). Loved my harcut. There is a wine specialty store in the same parking lot that offers great service and knowledge on all types of wine.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. Unbelievable service and I am very lucky to have Amy as my stylist. I originally started going here because of a last minute emergency the day before my wedding day. Amy was a savior and I have been extremely happy ever since. I happen to know a lot of family and friends who do hair and have offered me free cuts but I haven't even been tempted due to Amy's consistency in quality and her professionalism. The rest of the staff has been great at helping work around schedules and filling in for clean ups when needed. Great place that I would recommend to any guy who wants/needs consistent quality. All the stylists are good from what I've experienced and been told but Amy is a rock star.

I'm willing to pay a little more for a good haircut, and 18|8 fits that bill perfectly. It's not the cheapest place in town but it's not the most expensive either and every visit I've made has resulted in a great cut and style. The stylists are friendly and talented. There are fun perks like free drinks in the waiting area. They also have a convenient online reservation system that is worth trying. I recommend this place to friends.

This is a nice place for a men’s haircut, they offer complimentary drinks and robe, however last time I was there I made an appointment at 1:30pm and wasn’t taken in until 1:45. What it seemed like to me is they pack in their appointments in as much as possible. I never had anyone come up and tell me the stylist was late with her clients. I got a haircut from Victoria and it seemed so rushed unlike any haircut I received there before. For $40 haircuts I don’t think I’ll be coming back there any longer, and it makes me sad because the girls are friendly. Instead I will look into The Barbershop A Hair Salon for Men which is a little further away on Capitol.

Amanda is my stylist. Her attention to detail and tricks (fading, thinning) limit the amount of time I need to maintain a groomed look. The free cleanups when you buy their Executive package (bulk buy of haircuts) is a steal if your hair grows thick.

Made my first trip here today, booked an appointment with their tier 1 stylist for a beard trim. Was bumped down to tier 2, since its cheaper, apparently the tier 1 stylist had an appointment with an older customer so I being a new customer was bumped down.
