He can do modern styles just as well as the old ones. I have a modern pompadour style cut, and he not only knew how to maintain it, but he actually improved it beyond what the lazy hairstylists who first gave me this cut did. He has a very strong attention to detail and is very friendly. I highly reccomend it.

I was in the neighborhood at an appointment and saw the barber shop. It says old fashioned. He fit me in I asked for clippers number two which took six minutes. No issue with the haircut but 27$ for a simple me s haircut is definitely not old fashioned. Not even new fashioned.

Do not come here if you a person color, felt I was discriminated against, it felt like a rushed job, first thing he asked me was where I was from then immediately commented on my skin tone. Wack job, do not let him run your fade wish I went to someone else, posting review weeks after the haircut because I remembered how bad it was.

What you should expect is a consistently good hair cut and hair style that fits YOU! How does Madison Cuts/Lloyd Stokes compare to the other barbershops? Well, the others are simply not as skilled. They will likely hack at your hair and tell you that you look great. Lloyd has been cutting hair for well over 30 years. He knows his stuff. I've been his client for over 20 years!
