Albby hooked it up with an absolutely amazing cut. I definitely will not be going anywhere else besides Knockout Fades! For a small shop in Mt Vernon they give out the best fades in Skagit County!

Ignored us as we walked in. We had to ask for assistance. Stated it would be a 10 min wait and we were there for 45 minutes before walking out, without even questioning why we were leaving. Horrible

Made an appointment and sat for over 30 minutes with two toddlers waiting for their hair cuts. Nobody owned up to setting our appointment or apologized for their mistake in being double booked. Not a good look for potential new clients and being new in town.

Haircuts from anyone in the KO crew is a home run. These guys have a great attention to detail and know not only how to cut/style hair, but also give you a haircut that will stay clean for weeks! I highly recommend any of the barbers at Knockout Fades (especially Robert).

JDAWG SIZZLE SAUCE

Not friendly. Walked in and didn't get a 'hey', 'what's up', or anything. Sat for 30 minutes thinking they were busy (Didn't take long to find out they were not.) and asked one of the barbers about a wait and got brushed off. I left without a "knockout fade". I've been to some hole in the wall sketchy barbershops that had better customer service.

Called and made an appointment for my children. NOBODY wrote my appointment down. Not a single man working had the balls to address me in their mistake in over booking themselves...I had snacks, drinks, toys, everything prepared for my babies to sit still for their cuts and I ended up needing it all for waiting....Finally, after 40 minutes of waiting and nobody communicating, I stormed out. Do not EVER waste a paying customers time. ALWAYS address the situation. Mistakes happen, but to simply ignore YOUR mistake is BAD BUSINESS. You could have apologized, you could have done much more.

Lots of attention to detail, super nice guys in the shop, undergoing some remodel work so don't let the boxes of new tile fool you. I booked my next appointment as soon as I was finshed with this cut and saw how good it was. Jose did a great job!

If your a pothead who likes to wait and chill then go hear the place smells like pot and the barbers don’t even Acknowledge you like say hi or anything when you walk in.setting appointments are pointless if you gotta wait for the ppl who just walk in just change it to walk ins or apt only not fair to the ones who set apt and have to wait didn’t even get my cut I left immediately after waiting for 10 min
