As a walk in I didn't feel welcomed. Tried to make small talk and was ignored. Waited for two hours, didn't stay long enough to get a haircut. I would not recommend this shop.

I was able to get a cut pretty much when I walked through the door because a client hadn't shown up yet. The fade and beard shape up was perfect. If I'm ever back in Seattle again, I'll definitely swing by for a cut and would recommend the shop to everyone.

So Overpice. Awful customer service. Not professional and don’t even have basic barbershop tools . wish I could give zero star . This place is a joke . Not only they overprice, also they need to learn good manners and especially customer service. Myself and my shipmate , both dressed in navy dress white uniform . We said hi /hello like 3 times they just looked at us and didn’t say it back . We’ve been sitting for about 30 min and they didn’t say a word to us , just talking between themselves. At least basics salutations like people did everywhere else we went to like asking questions about how do we like that city , how long are we gonna be here , give some advices about the town etc ... At any time , before , during and after both our haircuts they said a word to us . They kept talking to themselves the whole time. And worse part came after we got the haircut done . $20 for a 5 min lineup for my friend and $30 for myself . First time I got haircut without the barber brushing my hair . I have waves hair . The lineup was trash and when I was leaving I asked them for a brush to do it myself , I was surprised they didn’t have a brush ( A BARBERSHOP WITHOUT HAIR BRUSH ) . They gave me something small like eyebrows brush ... and obviously not a word when we were leaving as well . It like they just didn’t want to have us as customers. Someone take them to San Diego , Vegas, NY , L.A etc ( places where I lived , I don’t know about other cities and states ) to see how a barbershop salon look like. They have a tinny room with nothing special inside but they way more expensive that the very clean fancy and huge barbershop I have been

First, they weren’t open at 10 on Saturday like google says. Second, I came in a walk-in, 1 barber immediately told me he had no openings and the other said he would try to squeeze me in. Fine. While I was waiting another patron came in as a walk-in and the barber who told me to wait made this other patron an appointment in an hour, WHILE I SAT THERE WATCHED AND LISTENED TO THE ENTIRE CONVERSATION. When I said something to this barber he basically dismissed my concern and NEVER OFFERED A RESOLUTION. I luv being hated on by my own people I don’t even know.

Been there twice, last time was the shortest my hair been cut. Also the best cut ever. Was worth the cost and great tip. Shave and a Haircut at it's best. Heading there now.
