You get what you pay for. $12 and I should have just left when I saw the price. They did not even bother to sweep up the previous customer's hair. I know I should have left. The people are nice enough but there is clearly a top down lack of emphasis on sterilization. No wonder there is a sign at the desk that says no refunds. Not to mention the sign showing their prices has a spelling error they tried to fix by sneaking in an L into scalp massage. Great attention to detail. Do not make my mistake.

If you want an expensive look, you obviously have to spend the money. Don't expect a designer hair cut for 12 bucks. I have been taking my son here since he was 1yrs old, and there's one lady I really like (but I forgot her name ). She has short hair and she's very friendly. She always does such an amazing job meeting my requests for my sons hair cut. He was very difficult this last time and she was patient and nice. Definitely recommend for boys. My Husband gets his hair cut here as well and we have no complaints.

Amy is incredible! I don't like lengthy hair cuts and it literally only took 15 minutes. I even told her half an inch or 3/4 off and that's exactly what I got! On top of that it was only $12! Absolutely wonderfull I will definitely be going to her from now on

Called 10:30am and asked if I could get a haircut today and the lady said, yes if I come in at 1pm. I get there and they said I would have to come back at 3:30pm because they are too busy. I don't live in Monroe.

Completely botched my hair, showed a picture and looked nothing like the picture, went to other salons and they said it’s too short to fix. Also very rude after I showed them what was wrong. Yelled and used foul language. Do not recommend.
