Was happy when I heard about this shop and they where open on Sundays. Came by the shop that's suppose to open at 11AM and sitting here 16 minutes past the hour for the shop to still be closed.

Trash. Went to Lady V last Sunday and she rushed my cut. asked for a low fade and walked out with a high fade. Cut off all my waves on the side. Pushed my line back and messed my mustache up. Then didn't even give me the mirror afterwards. Now I have to cut it all off and start over. Never coming here again. Seems like she only cuts certain people nice or when she feels like it. If you are a barber you need to take you time with EVERYBODY not just when you feel like it. No matter how much of a rush you are in. Don't let her instagram fool you.

Raced to the shop and made it 20mins before they closed and only needed a lining, 2 barbers were present, one busy with heads waiting, the other watching the playoffs. Told me they close at 8pm then completely ignored me. Would've had a loyal repeat client but I wish I would spend my hard earned money where my business is not appreciated. Poor customer service so they won't have to worry about me returning.

I wanted a low taper and he trimmed my hair all the around my the back which is not the haircut I wanted the hair is uneven on each side. Probably the worst cut I’ve gotten in my life but I had gotten a perfect cut the first time so that’s the only reason I came back

Two stars: 1 for Lady V’s skills as a barber (love the job) and 1 for price (very affordable). Lose stars because: unprofessionalism regarding time management. My husband makes appointments to get his haircut because walk-ins are a nightmare (especially on weekends) and we want to secure our spot. Every single time, without fail, she is either still working on a previous client, or late to her station. In the off chance we arrive 5-10 min, a client would walk-in in between those 5-10 min and she’ll work on them! No regard for the fact WE made the appointment. WE got their on time. WE are courteous to her and come all the way from Federal Way, only to sit for an additional 20-30 min before our scheduled appointment. It’s such a slap in the face when our business is pushed to the side for a quick buck. Currently seeking a new barber closer to home.

I just got out of prison (so you know I been looking forward to a fresh cut). But once I got there I waited for at lest 30 mins. Then a small family of 3 came in after me and a young boy. Not one but two barbers skipped me and did others peoples heads before me! Totally unprofessional and rude AF! They didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in. I swear on God, people in the pin has more respect then these people! Just sad! All of this just happened like 5 mins ago!
